Horrible customer service. Just moved to Connecticut and needed to buy furniture. After countless hours browsing the internet I decided to go to this place. No one greeted us. As we walked around still no acknowledgment. Lucky I find exactly what I wanted or I wouldnt have spent a dime in that place.

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with US Furniture. Joseph was very helpful and polite and a no pressure type of guy. We had been to all the area furniture stores with no luck and found this on our way home. The store is very clean, comfortable and the lighting is great. We realize with the pandemic the delivery time may take longer than expected but that is everywhere. I wish US Furniture much luck in this location.

I will never buy from this store again. Very poor quality not worth the money. I bought a king size bed from this place and the frame for the bed does not support box spring and mattress at all. Very disappointed in the quality and definitely overpaid

What a nightmare has been dealing with this company. I waited 5 months for the chairs of my dinning table just to have one of them broken in a day. I immediately called and was informed to send an email with pictures. That has been more than a month ago and here Im with the situation unresolved. Run away from this place.

I wish I could give them 0 starts.. I ordered my bedroom set in September, they told us 8 weeks. We kept calling them and they would tell us different dates, different information and kept telling us they would give us a call back and never did. We finally got it in December, then when it was delivered they broke the chest piece and wrong mattress . We were suppose to receive lamps, also didn’t get those.. it’s June now and still no chest piece, I call to speak to managers and they never call back. This place is ridiculous!!! Customer service sucks!! I do not recommend it!! They are using Covid- 19 as an excuse!!!

They gave me a window of 14 weeks and that window just finished and after I called they told me that they never told me 14 weeks instead 1 year!! Purchased 3 rooms of furniture from this location with Omar and Big Joe...I did have an issue with a sectional that was taking way longer than expected to be delivered but after a few phone calls Omar told me to come back to the store and pick out something. Which I did, and I’m pleased with my purchase. This store is great for just starting out and needing multiple rooms of furniture at one time. US Furniture at the Newington location was absolutely perfect. From the moment I walked into the store the customer service was phenomenal. Omar was very attentive and patient during my entire experience. The delivery guys were also great. Although one of my furniture pieces didn’t fit through my doors, US furniture got the manufacture to come the same day to dissemble my piece and reassemble in my house. By far the best furniture store in this area. Needless to say there prices beat all surrounding furniture stores and my children LOVE the new sectional sofas. I will definitely be back to purchase more items.

I purchased a dresser with mirror and chest back on April 7th it is now July 13th and no furniture, no call, no updates on order, everytime I called I was told that they were waiting for one piece. Today I called to cancel my order and get my money back, and they had the nerves to tell me that I cant cancel my order. That hopefully by Friday they will get the mirror and call me for delivery. Very unprofessional now Im stuck with furniture I dont need. Dont buy from them. Very unprofessional.

We found our first-time visit to US Furniture a very satisfying experience. Omar, our salesman, was very pleasant, professional and patient. The store was very clean, Covid compliant and organized, with a wide variety to choose from. Omar was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. We were able to walk around the store without any pressure which helped us to make a decision. He gave us the time we needed to decide between two pieces. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to recommend this store and Omar.

The Newington CT store is by far the worse furniture store Ive ever been to in my life!! Dont go there!! They are SCAMMERS!! They took my money, over $2,200 and sent me the wrong couch!! When i called, and told them i received the wrong couch, the guy on the phone was rude and disrespectful, and they refuse to take the couch back when it was literally just delivered!!. Now im stuck with the wrong couch! To make matters worse, i later saw the same couch elsewhere for $800 cheaper!! So i was clearly robbed ! And I will be contacting my lawyers.

We were looking for furniture and came across this hidden gem on the Berlin Turnpike. As soon we walked in, there were nicely displayed furniture items available at a reasonable price. The sales associates took their time to help us with our needs, especially Omar. He was patient and allowed us to take our time without rushing. We eventually bought 2 different furniture sets - 2 bedroom sets + 1 living room set. One of the furniture sets came in record time - just about a week and the delivery and set up was very smooth. Although the next furniture set took an expected delay, the associates were very helpful and kept us updated with the ETA through phone calls. All in all, we had a GREAT experience with this furniture store - the furniture is high quality and we are extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend this furniture store for anyone looking to buy furniture or redecorate their living space!

I ordered the Grey table, I asked someone to be at my home for them delivered it this what I get, the table was Hang off on one side the pins coming out the chairs, the console table door cannot close, the dresser was good after waiting 5 month

I ignored the one stars at first seeing how other people had their luck but all I can say is they were true and it’s a scam. We were told our order would be all ready to go in about a month- month and a half. It’s been more than 5 months and we’ve still received nothing. Not to mention that when we filed a complaint they argued that they kept trying to reach us but our phone records showed no evidence of this whatsoever. Don’t waste your time dealing with them. You’re better off looking for some place else to purchase furniture.

One star is over rated for this place. Very rude sale manager, judging other customers for what they want to buy, acting like ‘ I am the only manager who earned little money’ . Super annoying. also poor quality furnitures, don’t waste your time unless you are into ‘ being insulted’.

If you DONT want any help and want to have all sales staff ignore you this is the place to go! We walked in, there was about 3 or 4 sales people standing by the back desk we were looked at and no hi how are you what can we help you with. I ended up walking by a salesman twice on my way into the back show room and then walking back out and still nothing. This was my first and last time there. They advertise enticing prices but thats not the case once your in the store. Just over all disappointed.

I am beginning to question this place as a SCAM...I purchased a sectional on April 5th 2021, paid in full $743, I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery due to the fact this couch was made by Ashley it was in stock and will be delivered by April 28th. Meanwhile they took my money and havent delivered my merchandise, every time I call I get a different excuse....Now going into May 2021 and I still have not received my furniture...every time I call I get a different person on the phone, they promise to call back and I have never receive a phone call back! Now they told me that my furniture delievery is delayed until the end of June because of lack of manufactured inventory which is contradicting the original agreement. When we questioned why the sudden change in delievery they said we are welcomed to get our money back, after waiting already two months. Now at the end of May they still havent called me to set up delivery, and at this point I doubt they will ever deliever my furniture that I ordered. At this point I feel as if I will be calling channel 3 news and taking them to court if need be to get my money back in full.....I will never do business with this place again!!!

Sketchy from the start. Zero greeting from any staff, only as we were walking out one stopped us and was very pushy and rude. Didn’t want us to have any time to think about it. 8-10 week delivery for just a sofa and love seat was also a huge turnoff. Just didn’t feel comfortable at all making a large purchase there, bad vibes.

This Place Is Horrible From Customer Service To Delivery Services. Delivery People took furniture out the box in the street than wheeled it in to the second floor and it was snowing that day! Dont Waste Your Time or Money Here. You will be very disappointed. The Bedroom set I ordered wasnt the furniture I received they gave me this bogus statement that the bedroom set they sent me was better than wat I ordered which I highly doubt on top of it came damaged . I told them I didnt want it and I wanted my money back they said no they would replace the furniture and damages three and a half months still calling to find out when Im getting replacements and they keep giving me the run around! Where do I begin? I moved to Connecticut recently and I was looking for furniture to furnish my new apartment and I was googling furniture stores around the area I came across us furniture.And let me tell you I had a great experience from start to finish. My salesman helped me with all of my questions and gave me the space i needed to make my decision. I added an item after i left the store and he was able to get it delivered on time with the rest of our order. Great service, no high pressure salesmen. The guy was friendly and efficient. Furniture arrived on time and in perfect condition. Definitely recommend this place.

There is another review calling this place a scam and Id have to agree. I was told 6-8 weeks for delivering due to COVID, took exactly 8 weeks 5 days. They did not take my phone number upon payment. I noticed this 7 weeks in when I looked at my receipt. I went back in to give them my phone number and I was told to wait for a phone call about my order. One week later, no phone call, making my third visit to this store. Once the item arrived, it did not look like what I expected. I looked it up, discovered it was from Ashleys furniture and $50 cheaper than what I paid. No returns or refunds. Avoid shopping here.

Went here looking for livingroom tables, the service was not friendly they dont really have much to choose from. It did not seem to us like they were even interested in making a sale.

I purchased a living room set, I was told delivery would take 6 to 8 weeks the sales representative was nice so i trusted he’s words, and said ok, I order from two different furniture stores the same day, they already delivered my furniture, three months after I have not received not even a phone call from this people, every time I call I get a run around, different stories, different statements, I went to the store, they said that supposedly they didn’t have the right phone number, just like somebody else mentioned in one of the comments.that’s how they play people, i started to call every week after the 9 weeks period went by, I requested a refund they Said they have to keep a 30% of my money when it’s not even my fault that they can accomplish their job, their attitude and customer service is very bad, WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER
