Yep, 5 stars! Having had no vision care in over 20 years, I called N2 Eyes when I encountered a spontaneous concern. These folks took care of me. Dr. Pham listened to my concerns and explained in terms easily understood. The staff are courteous (a shout out for Isabel!) and knowledgeable, and the office is very clean. What a great find! Love these folks!

My experience here was great. There was some confusion about my appointment (I came on the wrong day) but they still accommodated me which was a great first impression. After filling out my papers I was taken in right away. Both the technician and Dr. Pithwa were super nice and informative of each step. My eye exam was fairly quick and I came out with contact lenses that I like much more than my previous ones! I highly recommend this optometry, great staff and professionalism 10/10

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Extremely understanding of my busy schedule and rescheduled me 3 times when I had to cancel appointments. The doctor was so friendly! She introduced herself, explained producers, findings and tests. Advanced testing made my exam easy. She took feedback about my needs and fitted me for contacts and glasses with great detail. The staff were all very friendly and inviting. I never felt rushed. Time was taken to ensure everything was accurate and my prescription was correct. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone looking for good service with a smile.

Very professional and friendly. I had an appointment for my son and me back to back. They did great with my son and handled his shenanigans well. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, the optician and optometrist were thorough and took their time with me. Their technology was so much more updated than any previous optometrists office I have been to. They were able to access my medical records from Sentara, so I didnt have to create a complete history of my entire life at my initial appointment. I got more direction and help when looking for eye glasses than previous offices as well, which has made me feel confident about the glasses I chose. Their contact lens package and new glasses package were both a little expensive, but they include quite a lot in additional care (covered for further visits if needed, repair/replacement of glasses or lenses if damaged, replacement of contacts if prescription changes). I dont think I will go anywhere else so long as I live in this area!

Dr Cassis and her staff as well as the office staff are top notch. My job contracts this office for all eye exams so Ive been coming here ever since I was hired in 2011. Great people, very friendly, courteous, professional. Dr. Cassis is a very thorough optometrist. She knows her medicine in optometry. Shes very personable, engaging, and disciplined. Great place to meet all your vision cares.

The women that work here, including the doctor, are soooo nice! They are very helpful at explaining everything in detail while making the whole comprehensive eye exam comfortable. They even offered me a drink or snack! I also love their glasses frame choices. It may not be a huge selection like some of the chain stores, but I found the perfect glasses for me. I will definitely be back!

I went to N2 Eyes for prescription safety glasses, sunglasses, and a new set of regular frames. I was really blow away by the professionalism of the staff! Dr. Cassis was fantastic! She was warm and personal as well as totally in tune with my needs. All the ladies working in the front of the office were happy to share advice on picking exactly what I wanted. They were incredibly timely, and when I found out I needed my safety glasses sooner than expected Angela went above and beyond to keep me informed on the process and their status. Overall, it was a great experience!

Love the eye doctor here. Have been to another optometrist in the area, but wasn’t as happy with the way optometrist was towards my daughter and I....they just didn’t have the great rapport that Dr. Cassis has with her patients. My only complaint is the expense of glasses from here. The glasses come with a 2 year replacement warranty for lenses and frames so I suppose that may be what ups the price so much. So that would be cost effective for those that are really rough on glasses.

I had an eye emergency after having an outpatient surgery due to breast cancer. I tried to get an appointment with National Optometry in Patrick Henry Mall. I have been a patient there for over 15 years and was very disappointed at their lack of compassion. I called N2 Eyes and the staff was amazing and sympathetic to my pain and got me an appointment. Dr. Cassis was so nice and I felt like I had been her patient for years. This is what is means to serve others.

In both diagnostics, such as retina scans and issues impacting your eyes health, like dry eyes and facial nerve damage; competent, professional treatment is essential.Environment and service. Every visit feels like a gathering of friends, but more than just warm hosts, they are focused on your eyes and how best provide that ultimate level of satisfaction. Ultimately, while friendly is nice, competent is critical. Friendly, competent and professional.Hopefully, this part will clear up: my most recent visit was during COVID-19 lockdown. I am especially concerned, as I am the care-giver to my 90 year old Father. These folks are fantastic!

Ive particularly had trouble finding stylish glasses that also accommodate the thickness and curve of the lenses I need, and they worked with me to find a great pair that met all my needs, AND they came in several days before they were expected.
