I bought insurance on my glasses, and I can say I am very happy I did that. I had my glasses broken probably 9 times last year and they never gave me any issues about repairing and or replacing them constantly.This year I got a much stronger frame and I still broke it twice so far, no issues still. Great staff, friendly and informative.

This review is for Dr. Tran. I have been in and out if his office for issues with both my contacts and glasses. He could not get my Rx right for some reason. I had glasses made with a Rx he gave me, they were extremely strong and I could not see. I went back in to see him and paid an additional $40 just for him to tell me that I may have Diabetes because my eyesight fluctuated so dramatically. No one in my family has that, thankfully and I was absolutely horrified that he went to such lengths to try and correct an error on his behalf in this way. Perhaps, he truly thought this was the case. But he was wrong. And cost me money and time. Today, he wrote another Rx that was what I had to begin with back when I first visited him.

Always good service. Go every two years (me and my son) for the past eight years. Glad they are there.

Friendly service and I was in and out under 25 minutes with an eye exam and no appt. Very impressed!

Was given the wrong RX and then they wanted to charge me $150 to change the lenses in my glasses.

Great service reasonable prices

They are extremely rude, and when you get your glasses they tell you if they break them while adjusting them you have to buy new ones. The glasses are cheap and plastic lenses... I just do not like them at all.
