I will not be returning, after going here for years . It’s just not a good experience. The doctor needs to work on being more personable . I already found a new optometrist and she makes me feel more comfortable. I always feel rushed when I go here. Also, I called to express my concerns regarding my eyes a while ago, and they were very dismissive . Good bye
The best experience I have had at the eye doctor in years! Typically I would leave the eye doctors and my eyes would hurt and I’d get a headache. I would also have to block out 2 hours for the appointment in my day. My appointment lasted under 45 minutes and my eyes didn’t hurt! The staff was friendly and courteous. Best experience ever at the eye doctor.
Ordered glasses with a promise date of yesterday. Got no call or text. So i called and they informed me that my glasses came in and were broken. Glad i called cause they sure didn’t. Then called back today to see the status on when i would get them would be and was notified I’d have to wait 2 weeks. Once again glad i called cause they sure didn’t.
Amazing place! Great select of glasses. The assistants were very friendly and kind people. I went in just for an eye exam and had an easy going experience. They were well prepared for safety precautions; sanitizing every station, providing another face mask as i entered. 10/10 an excellent place for all your eye-glass needs!
One of the worst experiences I have had in 50 some years of wearing glasses. The exam was good. But when I picked up my glasses was terrible. I was a little nervous with covid when I picked out my glasses. The assistant told me they looked fine. Today when I picked them up I noticed they were to big for my face. She tried to adjust them and broke them. She found the display pair and changed the arm out, with the sticky from the label on them. I ask her if it could be cleaned, she wiped them several times trying to get it off. Then cleaning the glasses she got the sticky stuff on the lens. I ask what type of warranty came with the glasses she said none. But I could buy one for 20 some dollars. I just wanted to make sure they were right before I left since there was not even a 30 day warranty on them. She rolled her eyes and turned her head. I explained to her even with a mask on I could still see her attitude. This went on for at least 20 minutes. The frames didnt sit straight on my face, the nose piece were crooked, the arms on the side are to long(this is how she brook them trying to bend them to much. I was told to try them and maybe they would exchange the frames. I could keep going but I advice you to ask more questions when making a large purchase. As they say 20/20 hindsight. No I would not recommend them at this time. So disappointed.
Someone dropped the ball on reordering my lenses and it will now be more than a month without proper lenses. If I had not called it would have been longer. They dont have any way to rush the order when it is their mistake
