Brit (with the colored hair) helped me when I was selecting my glasses last week and she was so patient, helpful, and has a wonderful personality. I also visited the store to pick up my glasses today (6/15/2021) around 3:30 and the female employee who helped size my glasses was super friendly and helpful despite us being in a rush. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name but I wanted to compliment her and Brit for their excellent customer service skills so they can be recognized by management for their efforts. You guys rock! Keep up the good work :)

I love the customer service at this Target optical… Brittany and Jebediah are always so patient, pleasant, and genuinely concerned that my glasses fit; even if I’m up there to to three times a week! Although I’m “out of network“, this is our go-to place for glasses!!

Brittany was wonderful. She made buying glasses in a pandemic fun and a breeze. She helped me pick out great frames and helped me find great deals since I was paying out of pocket. I can not recommend more highly going to see her for your eye care needs!

This is by far the worst experience, made an appointment for my daughter 2 weeks ago and I was calling to confirm the day of the appointment and nobody answered, they redirected u to call other numbers or leave a message and nothing, finally I decided to show up... to my surprise I show up and the place is shut down... closed and shut down at 12pm... still haven’t received a call back... DO NOT GO TO Target OPTICAL.. major wast of time

Excellent service and care. Employees took there time to ensure I was happy, and answered all my questions. As a first time wearer of glasses, there help gave me peace of mind.

I havent even been a patient (e.g., had an exam or bought frames/lenses) here yet, but I stopped in today to check out their frame selection and to see if they accept my vision insurance (EyeMed - they do). While I was there, I happened to mention that my current frames werent fitting well after 2+ years. The tech (without any prompting from me) volunteered to adjust my frames for me, and did so with great success. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back for an eye exam and lenses/frames soon, thanks to her!
