Had to replace 2 phones in the last several months, and I hate to do it because Im not tech savvy! The staff at the Newport store made the process painless. Great location being very close to highway. Easy to get to in and out. Employees are easy to talk with in getting me the best phone that works with me. Plenty of accessories to choose from to make my life easier.Also with the pandemic that were in the employees were kind with the social distancing and staying on top of the cleaning and keeping everybody safe!

This darn phone has been killing me. I just switched to Verizon in December and got my phone from this store. The guys here are fantastic at service. The rep today took the time to transfer my photos to my SD card and really explained a lot about how he did it. I really like how patient they are and how they take time for customer not just sales. Asked for a cheap, efficient phone that was a little damage resistant because Im always outside working and didnt want another easy to break $1000 ipod phone just because it has three cameras. Instead of listening to anything I had asked for I am given a $1000 full glass android phone with an easily breakable waterfall screen, no screen protector, no phone case, BUT the best 5g coverage in the nation 😎. Of course the phone fell and shattered that very night and even tho I received a brand new one it broke too because duh, its a solid glass phone. If you drop it higher than a few inches its game over and anything that touches it is going to leave a scratch. The 5g service never works for me either. I stay running slow on 3g or 4g data in a city that has plenty of cell towers. The screen doesnt detect my fingers so I cant play any kinda games and I have to be careful on social media so Im not clicking peoples posts/likes on accident and for some reason nobody can hear me when I talk to them over the phone. Overall slow and glitchy phone. Very annoyed with the situation and service but that hasnt changed over the 5 years Ive been with Verizon so..

Then when I walked in the door he was ready with the device I had called about and got me in and out in under 20 minutes. We had struggles with the transfer and I was getting getting sick from low blood sugar. The rep offered me a pop tart 😺. They really make it easy on you at this location and go above and beyond expectations. I would give them a 10!!!!

These guys are no better than used cars salesman. When you walk in the store they are like sharks who smell blood. My wife and I bought a new cell phone recently. Our sales guy Justin Mitchell tried to upsell us on phone cases screen protectors etc. we indicated we weren’t interested in any of that just the phone. Justin proceeded to sneak in the 50 dollar screen protector that we said we didn’t want. We didn’t realize this until we got home. Luckily we have 13 days to return which we will do this week. Not everyone is bad we have had good experiences but Justin ripped us off today. After I return my phone I will be asking for another sales associate or taking my business elsewhere

I had a three year old phone, upgraded to a phone that fits my needs even better than my previous one. Also got a tablet to replace my old Kindle. The tablet is a lot better and more reliable than my old Kindle. Really appreciate all their help at this store!
