My experience at the Newport location was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased my phone and in less than 20 days it would not take a charge. Manager at this location was rude and did NOTHING to help me. Told me I could receive a new phone in 2 to 3 business days and did not offer me a new battery or any other option Just you get to wait and go without a phone. DONt use Metro Mobile Go to Sprint Att Or any other wireless carriers out there
