Very helpful and fast, up front about prices and what can do. Was helped by Andy and problem was solved in about 5 minutes. Would recommend to anyone that doesn’t know how to fix their phone and doesn’t want to deal with Apple stores

Nice people that gives fast service theyll look at your devices and tell you what could be the problem for free. Which for me helped me fix the problem myself and they where cool about it. I have all the confidence that they could have fixed my Playstation pro but it was cheaper for me to do it. All in all well worth them figuring out the problem and me fixing it.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Brought in and xbox 1 to be cleaned, done in a very reasonable amount of time for a fair price. They will be the people I go to first with and electronic repairs.The store used was the Newport, KY store.

Quick, expert service and turnaround. Less than 2 hrs to fix, and that included me leaning my house at 1:30 to drop it off, then going back to pick it up and returned home by 3:20. Kind of pricey - $140 to replace the screen on a Pixel 4a, but the cheapest alternative available.

I recently bought a new Samsung cell phone and when FedEx delivered it there were marks on the screen. I bought it through my ISP Spectrum and took it into their store the next day to see what the problem was. The service rep wiped it with an alcohol wipe and it appeared to work but later in the lighting at my house the marks were still there. Spectrum told me that since I did not take insurance I could not get a phone replacement which still makes no sense to me because the phone was only 3 days old and still under full warranty. I then contacted Samsung and they referred me to UBreakiFix in Newport. Service Technician Nick at UBreakiFix noticed that the marks on the screen appeared to be some sort of material like that used in packaging and used his fingernails to carefully remove all the marks then wiped it with a microfiber cloth which totally resolved the problem. I spent 4 grueling phone laden days with my ISP trying to resolve the matter and/or replace the phone. I had paid cash for the phone so the ISP was paid in full and frankly seemed to be trying to pass the buck referring me back and forth to so many people and entities that it was nauseating frankly. At one point they transferred me to their insurance provider and even he was totally confused as to why they would do that. On two separate days two separate Spectrum reps opened Case Ticket Numbers and told me that they would have a manager call me about the problem but said manager call never came and as of now still hasnt. I think Spectrum should better train their Service Reps to understand the problem and be able to handle it in the very professional manner as Nick at UBreakiFix did!!! Spectrum had very little customer service skills across the board in this matter and I spoke to quite a few of their employees over the course of 6 days which is definitely not the way to treat customers over a phone purchase. They should have immediately took it out of my hands (the customer) and resolved the issue immediately even it it meant replacing the phone. The lessons I learned in this matter is DONT BUY YOUR NEW PHONE THROUGH YOUR ISP but rather go directly through the manufacturer or Samsung in this case. The second lesson learned is if there is a problem take the phone to an authorized manufacturers rep as UBreakiFix in this case. Thank you again Nick for you excellent customer service skills! It was truly a pleasure to deal with you and I sincerely appreciate the expertise you showed in analyzing and resolving the issue!

Went in just to see if my phone could be cleaned so that it would charge better. Andy took a look at it and fixed it right up for me in a few minutes. Charges fine now. Friendly and helpful. Definitely convenient and recommended.

My iPhone XR’s screen was pretty smashed. They fixed it in 1 hour for $150. They were friendly and so quick! They also have a free 90-day warranty.

Its sad that as a verizon customer and when you need your phone fix they failed to me about their co op partner company that can fix it. THANKS YOUBREAKIFIX.. VERIZON NEEDS TO DO BETTER on their end. I had really bad customer service with verizon for the past 3 days but after I discovered youbreakifix they probably saved this verizon customer from telling them to stick their contract up their a$$$$. And as far as asurion insurance with verizon Im definitely dropping them money scamming company.

Dropped off my absolutely smashed Samsung note 10 to Josh and within a few hours it was like it was brand new. New screen, new battery. Like getting a brand new phone again. I called the Newport KY uBreak. First I am so happy we have store close to my home. I hate going to the store in Florence KY, there is so much traffic!So that is my first positive.Second, I called ahead to determine if they could replace the screen on the grandson’s iPhone 8 Plus.The person I talked with was very knowledgeable & there was a “smile” in his voice. Josh F. did a absolute excellent job in repairing our 2 cell phones. Both phones had cracked screens and one had a swollen battery which shattered the back of the phone. He brought them both back to new condition. And he repaired them both in one day. I was very very pleased!! He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent experience! They fixed the screen on my iPhone 8 in under an hour. They were so professional and the price was just right. I will definitely use them again.

I took my LG phone to have the glass replaced on a Saturday. They told me it would take 3 - 5 business days to get the glass. The glass came in on the next Friday about 12:40. I took the phone to the store about 2 and Michael had it fixed by 5:45. I would recommend UbreakIfix.

Brought our cell phone to their place in Newport Kentucky. My wife had problems with her charging unit. They said it was all fixed and a week later it started doing the same thing. Caused us a lot of problems. We took it back today, and they just cleaned it out and it is still doing the same thing. It was never fixed. All they said they can do is give a refund which is good but we just wanted them to do their job and fix it. I will be going later tonight or in the morning for a full refund, and will have to get a new phone. So I would not recommend getting a cell phone repair from there.

After my charger broke off in my phone, I took it into the shop! We were greeted as soon as we walked in by Zac and Kyle! Within 5 minutes my phone was charging again and we were on our way!! Great and speedy service!!

Pixel 3a screen broke... I signed up for an appointment online, then they called me the next day to confirm the phone model and the appointment time (which I changed twice). Took the phone in and they said it would take 1-2 hours.. I picked it up 3 hours later, and it works as good as new. Cost $116 (includes tax). I am a very satisfied customer!

My grandson threw his Nintendo Switch down after losing his game. He picked it up and it was still working. He turned it off. When he tried to play it later it would not turn on. It was determined that it might be the battery. That was the case.

The man who helped me was Kyle and he came around to the counter quickly to help me with my phone! He finished it in a shorter amount of time than expected and was super friendly with a smile!!

It was a very minor fix- tightening the screws for the taptic engine inside of my iphone8, now it doesnt buzz and click so loudly! It was great to drop my phone off & receive it back within 3 hours, while keeping my Samsung warranty. I had previosly contacted Samsung to replace my screen & i was going to have to mail it in & would not receive it back for at least 2 weeks. The location was extremely conveniant. Bonus was i received a new battery with the screen replacement!

Came into the store with problems with my charge port. It wasnt connecting properly and was falling out time to time when plugged in. I let the tech take the phone in the back and he came back out a few minutes later and the phone connected perfectly. He had advised me to take a look into my charge port time to time to see if any pocket lent or dirt collecting on the inside and if it happened again, he showed me the proper steps to cleaning it out. UBreakiFix will definitely have a returning customer in the future.

Owner and wife personally took care of our broken IPHONE. Thought my Iphone would never be the same again and they fixed it like new. The technician is an electrical engineer, so the quality of work speaks for itself. Not to mention it was ALOT cheaper than going to the Apple store. The repair didnt take any time at all.(less than hour)I highly recommend this store to anybody that needs a device repaired.
