Customer service has always been fast,my complaints are the oder in that store. The man that works there has obviously denounced the use of deodorant and its unbearable to even stand in that store. Deodorant is a public service if you are dealing with the public. I will absolutely be going to a different location. Please tell him to be respectful and take care of that foul oder.

Do not buy from this place. My 70 year old grandmother just bought a phone from them in May! She is trying to learn how to use a smart phone. Well she forgot to pay the bill the last month so they recycled her number. When she stopped in at this location the lady their told her that she could no longer use the phone. The exact same generic phone they still sell but instead told her it no longer worked and made her buy a new phone. If that is the way they do business then please don’t shop here. If taking advantage of someone who is clueless just to get a sale.

I was told by another metro to request the district manager reach out to me, I would like the district manager to reach out to me.It all started on Decemeber 24.2020 I made my way into the Belmont ave store in liberty ohio. I was switching companies, I wanted iPhones XR and for switching the sign said 299 when switching, the will call him salesmen for lack of a better term told me they would be 499 each, why is that I say the sign says 299 when you switch, and I called another store and they said 299 also, to which he replied the store was lieing, but he didn’t have any anyway, he then went to the back of the store and brought out an iPhone 8, an iPhone X, and one other kind of iPhone, all of them where in clear bags and came with no box, which he said “his “boss” buys them for when the customer wants them” I said are they used? He said they are refurbished from Apple themselves, I said no thank you. I began to suggest I’d probably go to another store, to which he said his boss owns (liberty, niles (across) from mall, and another store I cannot recall which one) and that the prices and inventory would be the same I’d be wasting my time, that oh byea he had iPhone ses, that where better then the xrs, and spent 20 minutes telling me all the ways it was a better phone. It wasn’t, he said it was the same phone as the xr with better internals. It wasn’t. So anyway I change company’s buy to phones, that he assured me I owned, (which I will get to that ina moment) at the end of this my total is 367.odd change $ I go to press print recipet on the card thing, to which he promptly stomped me woah woah woah, are printer is done you cannot do that. Writes down 367. & odd change into piece of paper alone assured me we can find transaction using my card.Fast forward 48 hours laterThe iPhone se is horrible, I don’t think the guy told me one single true thing about the phone, and on top of that I’m dropping calls like crazy internet ain’t working nothing. I call liberty to explaim this, I get cut from two days prior, tell him I wanna return the phones he lied about performance design, visuals etc I wanted to return them get different phones, he informed me I couldn’t, I only had 1 hour to make any returns. Frustrated I argue, and get no where and get off the phone. I head to niles location not remembering the owner owns this store to, this is where I meet the owner, the snake oil salesman, that has screwed me out of 1100$ at least.This is maybe two days after calling liberty location so 4/5 days after purchasing the phones.I enter niles store where he’s greets meHow can I help you?Hello I was at liberty 4/5 days ago I switched from att, and the guy didn’t have anything I wanted, so he kinda sold me a pipe dream with these to iPhone ses, there nothing like he described and I’m not even gunna get into the poor service I’m getting with them, but anyway I tried to take them back to return them, and he said I only have an hour, however metros policy says I have 14 days as long as the phone isn’t damaged (which it wasn’t)The actual owner which I didn’t know at the time reply’s well to do only have one hour to return phones, but since you seem like nice guy I will return 1 phone for you, I kick it around, my first question is, so then I’d be a new customer and can get an xr for 299? He reply’s no I don’t get any deal any phone I got would be full price. Irritated I say then I wanna return both phones and I want my att service back because metros policy is 14 days why can you only return one phone that doesn’t make sense, and if you did return the phone I’d be a customer switching lines and should get that price, he says no doesn’t work like that to bad for me pretty much, so I say well then that sign says I can get an xr for 399 when I’m a new customer, so just give me two new numbers and two xrs. He tells me that, the prices up in the store are old from before Christmas and he has to change him 399 would not be my price. There is more to my horrible story but I’m out of words and would like someone to contact me thanks

What Ive learned about Metro PCS over ATT...its the same exact service and Im saving $250 a month! I could just kick myself for waiting! Great phones...great service....and this Niles location was very knowledgeable and had me set up and on my way!

WE HAD TO CALL THE ACTUAL COMPANY TO UNDO THE MISTAKE THIS STORE MADE WHEN THEY OVERCHARGED US BY $30. The supposed error by THIS STORE was corrected by Metro PCS. The manager here forced us to purchase $30 phone cases when we bought our phones, saying that it was MANDATORY, yet it isnt at other stores. Another time the salesperson working the desk insisted that my fiancé pay a $30 fee in order to change our phone plan to one that was less expensive. This was the $30 that we were OVERCHARGED at this location that Metro fixed for us over the phone.

The lady that works at this location Is just a sweetheart!!! But I never received my 50$ gift card. Never!!! Going to At&t!!! That was part of the reason I switched .

I went to metro pcs to get the 4 lines for a hundred with 4 free phones and wanted to get the samsung galaxy J7 prime but they said they were out of them so they said they will give me the LG K20 prime and said with in 60 minutes talk time or 6 days i can bring it back and get the J7 prime but the next day they said they cant do it im stuck with the K20 so they lied and they said their store in niles has the J7 in stock i went their they said they dont have them but they said the store i just came from has them another lie and i talked to the manager he knows me as Brendon hope he sees this but he said he cant give me the J7 for the K20 wich are on the same deal but other metros say they can and the clerk at his store said i could the manager also said i would have to buy it so he likes to rip you off so if you do go to metro i would not go to the ones owned by the same people that own the one across from the eastwood mall and the one on elm road im sure their are more owned by them just do your homework

They are very dishonest I went to elm road metro to get a certain devise they said they didnt have it they looked it up said niles metro had it went to niles they said they didnt have it they looked it up and said the metro i just came from had it big waste of time and gas
