Replaced battery on my iPhone 7 earlier today. Looks like it’s working fine, cost me $80. The t mobile shop right next door wanted $1,100 for a phone.The guys were very professional and helpful, definitively worth the $80 risk to Dave $1k.

Kamil, Hubert, Derrick, and Kyle are all awesome. I brought my phone in to get my screen repaired to get ready for a trade in for a new phone. The service was really quick. I took it to a specific cell phone carrier location where they were particularly picky about the trade in - the associate looked closely at my phone and identified that my screen had been replaced as he was able to see some unevenness with the new screen. I called ubreakifix Niles, they were so cool about having me bring it in, and Kyle worked on it diligently to make it look as good as he can, at no extra charge. Thanks so much guys!

When we bought this phone, they said it would last a long time but when the battery dies, the phone dies. It died after 3 months!. UBreakiFixFixed it!! They are wonderful!! Courteous, kind,Helpful. Yes, I recommend them!!

Had my Galaxy Note 9 LCD and screen replaced due to it being broken and the kit came with a new battery all OEM parts. Cost me about $260 after tax. Great workmanship. Four starts because it was ready 2 1/2 hours past the promised time. But other then that it’s a great place for Samsungs devices! Very friendly very transparent! Love it!

This place is amazing. I went to another phone repair place and they said my phone was “unrepairable.” My friend told me to check out ubreakifix for there free diagnostics that they offer. So I sent my phone in with 0 hope and it came back to me fixed perfectly. I got all my pictures and apps back. After Samsung told me to go there to get my almost new cell phone fixed, they refused to fix it unless I paid them about $80.00 telling me the phone I purchased in Arlington Heights was an international phone and they only fixed US phones.I dont yet know if this is a Samsung problem or their problem.

A while back a family member told me to use this company to fix my fried phone. I was stubborn and went to the company store where I was told the phone wasn’t fixablable and that I needed to purchase a new phone. My phone wasn’t old; I wasn’t even finished paying it off. Feeling defeated I took it to U Break I Fix to get their opinion. They were able to fix my phone for a fraction of the cost of a new phone. They were honest, professional, and responded/fixed it quickly. I’ve never been back to the other company store and send all of my friends here too.

Needed my Galaxy Note 8 fixed ASAP (wife in hospital). Dropped off @ 2:30 pm and picked up @ 5:00 pm. Fantastic job(replaced battery and a tune up). Polite, fast and professionally operating store . My phone was practically destroyed the front and back screen was cracked even the touch screen would not work or turn on properly and it looks brand new now I couldnt believe my eyes you all did an amazing job.. Should be zero stars. Make appt and still wait 30 mins to check in phone. Easier to check into a hotel. Told when to come back to pick up and still not ready. Manager wouldnt come up front once to help with people waiting or to make experience better. Prices are high as well. Complete disappointment.

Took my iphone in for a diagnostic, staff was very communicative, friendly, honest,and helpful! Dont think that because the diagnostic is free, that theyll short hand you or rush to a conclusion. The gentleman that worked the desk today around 3pm helped me out tremendously and cant thank him enough for helping me retrieve something I thought I lost on my phone... I also want to point out that the three people he helped before me also walked out happy because of his customer service and knowledge!! Definitely will go back if I have any issues with my phone or any electronics because of him.

The store in Norridge was horrible....I waited for call from staff who told me once the part came in they would call me never received a call. But I went to the Niles store and received excellent service. My phone looks brand new. Awesome job 👏 👍

Repaired phone quickly

Long story short my laptop is missing the HDD after a failed service repair at this shop. Im so upset it took me so long to open my laptop back up after they flat out told me it was erepairable and to come pick it up. I wish I would of opened it up before walking out the store. Beware if you pick up a laptop they cannot fix make sure all the parts are there. But I appreciate the tape they put on the connection to keep in place.

Great experience with my first cracked screen. Went in, dropped my phone off, and picked it up the same day. Only “problem” was that they didn’t have the white screen for my iPhone in stock, so I settled for the black screen. This problem isn’t really a problem at all because now my phone is one of the most unique iPhones I’ve seen with a black screen and white home button. Great service and great execution! Like the screen was never broken.

They did a nice job with a battery replacement on my Pixel 3. Reasonably priced and the phone is now working great. Overall a good experience & nice employees, and Id go back for future electronic repairs.It is very busy over there right now with the shortened hours and COVID restrictions. Definitely book your appointment in advance online, and expect to still wait a little bit when you get there. I arrived right at noon, and there were already 3/4 people in line ahead of me.

I cant possibly understand the positive reviews. My experience - I scheduled an appt. for 12pm (the time they open, BTW) and confirmed what I needed done and that the part was in stock. I needed a screen replacement for a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. It took them 25 minutes just to check me in. I was told it would be ready by 4pm. It was not. They preceded to blame Samsung for not being able to take it apart.... I really got the impression they didnt know what they were doing with this particular phone. I also believe they are trying to take in way more business than they can process. Its a far better business practice to be upfront with clients. I could not be without my phone overnight and they were not upfront about what they could do and in what time frame. I plan to contact Samsung to convey my experience.

I brought in my mother-in-laws old phone, to have her sim card switched and her phone unlocked. I couldnt do it myself because the sim card tray was jammed. They fixed it in under 3 minutes and did it for FREE! Thank you!

I am highly disappointed with this store location due to the fact that I was told by another location that this store actually repairs TVs. I drove from Chicago to this location on a 30+ min hike to get there. To be told that they dont service TVs my size I only have a 40inch TV. This review is to educate anyone else to save you on the time I wasted to be told I couldnt have my tv serviced. This is not how you should do business. If you advertising you fix tvs then fix it. Change youre brand name to uBreakiMightFix. Might as well stay home if they wont do what they are supposed to do. Dont go here this place wont help you like they didnt help me.

Not impressed. It took them a week NOT to fix my laptop, and they seem to have a hard time being 6 feet apart from customers and each other during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This place is not that used to be .Horrible customer service, young guy have not even introduced himself was extremely rude and yelling.His excuse was that I walked into the store and that I were supposed to wait outside, however I booked an appointment 2 days prior . I visited this store last year. They deserved 5 stars, but not now.

The people working at the Niles location are absolutely wonderful. Even when very busy during a pandemic and many people waiting for broken items to be fixed these guys were timely, friendly, personable, helpful and fixed my phone screen the very same day. I would definitely do business here again and recommend to a friend. Pricing was fair with no need to wipe your phone data. Phone looks and feels brand new. Everything was throughly cleaned and wiped down during COVID protocols as well.

I usually never post reviews, but this is a moment where I need to do it.Problem: Dropped off phone to be fixed on saturday and was told to bring back my sim and come back on monday and give them 30 minutes to do some tests to finish the fix of a broken screen.Took time off work and came back monday 1 hour and a half to give them to fix and was refused based on first come first serve basis (i was a customer served on saturday). I complained on ubreakifix support number and never got feedback the next day.So i had to call before i came Tuesday to make sure they had a time slot for me and do the fix with my sim. Job was good, customer service was good. Only compensation that they offered me was on a discount on their store items that i can get cheaper than their discount online.Result: No compensation and business did not own up fixing my phone at the time promised. I took off work early two times to get this done.

My experience with uBreakiFix was spectacular. Starting with the acceptance of my short notice repair, Nina and her staff took my mobile device in right away. It was also a pleasant surprise that the store had the spare parts I required. I thought it might be difficult to stock screen for Google Pixel phones. The technician, Ray, was very knowledgeable and diligent in attempting to fix my phone, and, when they were unable to after exhausting all reasonable options, we were not charged. They have are diligent about quantization and keeping customers separated in light of COVID19.

This place is amazing! My home button was not working on an old iPhone that I use for an iPod currently. Took 5 minutes and showed me an alternate way to use the home button and didnt even charge me!! These guys are very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a Galaxy S9 Plus and made a mistake by not buying a phone cover. I ended up dropping my new phone and cracking the screen. I rushed to the same phone store, hoping they would replace/fix my phone because I have insurance on my phone... unfortunately, the phone carrier told me I could pay a deductible and then wait for the phone carrier to send me a refurbished phone.. Kyle is a phenomenal guy, he was very nice and cleaned my distorted sounding speaker really quick for no charge. he explained to me very nicely and in detail what could have caused it and he was very polite, prompt and smart at helping me out. I went in with a LG V10 in brick mode - the owner promptly diagnosed the brick as being beyond saving and told me it wasnt worth paying to fix.He was knowledgeable, clear and helpful.I would recommend using the service - I cant comment on the pricing because he didnt charge me. Very helpful, honest people, who don’t try to take advantage of their customers, but really strive to help and give an advice on what’s the best solution to the problem. Asked for help with 2 devices so far and was not disappointed. Even though one could not be repaired- they were more then willing to go extra mile and provide documentation so I could claim refund through the external warranty.

Guy there named Kyle was super cool. They managed to fix the battery in my S8+ in about an hour, and its perfect again. No problems like with those stands in the mall. Also purchased a case from there. Very happy.

I brought my laptop in because it wasnt booting and I thought my hard drive had failed. They replaced the hard drive at a very good price and I got it back within 24 hours. Unfortunately a week later my laptop started acting up again. I called them and at no charge replaced the hard drive thinking the one they put in may have been defective, and discovered that the same thing was happening. Kyle Burg did some research and figured out that it was a rare problem with a chip connecting the hard drive to the mother board (or something like that) and did research to find a place across the country that could supply the chip. Still at no additional cost they replaced that chip and now my laptop is working great several weeks later. They truly went above and beyond to fix my laptop and were exceptionally helpful throughout. They saved me a ton of money and Im very appreciative. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We came in with an iPhone 6 that had a broken screen at 4:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and Kyle from uBreakiFix did not hesitate to get started on getting the screen repaired for us before the close of the day, which was 5:00 p.m. At 4:45 p.m. we got the call that our iPhone was repaired and even had a diagnostic test run on it to make sure everything was working. They also price match and that helps a lot. Its hard to be without a cell phone and they were very prompt in getting my screen fixed as efficiently and quickly as possible and getting my phone back to me. When I got my phone back, it looked brand new. I was really impressed. Also great location and hours. You can just walk in also if it is an emergency!

Been there twice now and both times were quick in and out with good service. Free diagnostic on broke Nexus 6p which ended getting a new one for free direct from Google. Today I stopped in with messed up google pixel screen that I thought was broke from an earlier drop. They did soft reboot and simple pressure to put screen back into place to fix for free. Great job.
