We like the selection of clothes for us older folk. Quality and comfort is what I like. The store is clean and tidy. Anything you need for home, yard or farm..... without free popcorn. The staff was helpful and friendly.We like shopping here, we been customers for many years.

Wow, what a store! Everything you need if you live on a farm/ranch (or pretend to like me). We picked up a couple of bird feeders (excellent variety), denim shirt that was heavier weight but under $25, and so many other fun things!

Came in town to pick up a trailer. Was not prepared with a correct hitch. They had everything I needed at an awesome price. In and out in no time thank you.

This location has the worst management and apprehension of their own corporate return policy. I returned a new unused undamaged item within the correct time frame and the rude fork lift operator Deb had to investigate and double check the polite cashiers ability to do her job. The also rude manager Jennie said they have to investigate if item had damage and that they wont return damaged items at this location... so buyer beware! She also recommended I file a complaint with corporate because it comes back to her to deal with anyways. Will do anyways Jennie.

This store is remarkably clean and well lit. With helpful staff, this is a very pleasant place to shop.

Zero precautions for COVID. Went down the road to Rural Ling and they had a whole team wiping carts down and directing traffic. Also, went there to buy Purina horse feed at 7:50 and they decided to close early on this Wednesday night. People were still walking out but wouldn’t let me in. If I can, I’ll buy from any other farm store. Silly.

They have been around a long time, having bought out the old Farm & Fleet store. The store is always clean, the help always ready to assist, and if they dont have what you need they will point you where to go. Their website does need updated as it listed them as a place to refill propane tanks, and they informed me they do not. But I like how they stay supportive of the local community, way to go!

Love coming here and bringing my pup. Quick, clean experience.

Theyre always nice open early have everything you need

Tractor supply may have good employees who are nice and friendly but the prices are a little to high. The management seems to be more concern with other things then the customers. The employees under them do amazing at helping and trying to help answer questions but seem like they are confused as to where things are located at certain times. Not a place I shop at a lot due to this.

Very good rural hardware store. Way better than rural king.

The management at the TSC in Niles Michigan is not good. I have delt with other managers at other TSC stores across the country and have always been treated fairly. But not at this store. DO NOT GO TO THIS Tractor Supply Store. As the manager told I am sorry I can do that I know he can becouse it has happened at other stores. To bad for this review I am not sorry for it.

Did some rabbit food shopping because rabbits were bored of regular Rural king brand :) hope they will like it . they had some tools deal, I feel your corporate should throw some sales from time to time to wake up Niles because people love deals and that is the only things which bring smile on their faces ........... so keep rolling

I went for the pet clinic. Great service except poor at drawing blood. They have a decent check in system.

I love Tractor Supply. It is a really good place to get just about anything you need. And if you cant find it, just ask for Alexandra, she will help you find it.

This store always has the type of food I feed my animals! Frome dog and cat food, to horse and chicken feed. They always have what I am looking for! The staff is friendly and greet you with a smile.

I asked the cashier at register 2, Carol, about what I needed to buy. She had no knowledge of what I was looking for, sprayer elbow barb, and no interest in helping me. She came off very rude and dismissive of my needs. She told me that I could find what I needed behind the service desk and vaguely pointed towards the store. I had to wander, alone, around to the back of the store to hopefully find where my sprayer parts would be. To my dismay I had to find my sprayer elbow barb and I was asked by an older gentalman if I needed help, I told him I was fine, not wanting to be bothered, because of the troubles I had with Carol at the front of the store.I unfortunately ended up buying the wrong piece for my sprayer. I returned to the store and Carol was there to, again, rudely help me with my problem. She told me I could put the elbow pieces back while I was picking out my correct ones. Thankfully TSC has a great exchange policy and I was able to get my new pieces with no extra transactions, only the one to say I had gotten a different set.I also noticed I was not asked if I found everything alright as well as anything regarding having a membership with TSC. I have been to this store a couple times and have experienced a similar, but not as bad, situation with different employees at the store. Im sorry to say I will make a longer trip to a different farm supply store for my future needs.

A good place to shop for hardware that wall Mart and Ace hardware wont have in stock. They carry lots of fittings for tractor pto, pumps and hydraulic fittings and the like.

TSC has always been one of my favorite stores, workers are usually available and helpful. Can be expensive, so watch for sales.

The worst customer service ive had !! worst TS store ever!!! absolutely no one knows anything about tractors or farm stuff there unless u are buying clothes - u have beg someone to help you and even then its done with complete discord and its obvious they dont want to wait on anyone .....

Not enough staff. But thats ok. If I have a question, they arent far away. Most people who visit TSC can handle themselves.
