I was referred to the Owner of Billys collision, by a client of mine. I was in a fender bender and he said check Billy out. I used my Insurance company and Billy repaired my vehicle. I few months later I struck a tire on 85, and decided to continue a relationship and bring it back to Billy. We used my insurance company again. And I got the work done. When I picked up the vehicle the check engine light came up immediately. So I called Billy immediately. He told me take a picture and send it to his cell phone, which I did. When I didn’t hear back from him I called the shop phone from another number and he picked up. I explained there is no need for a picture. That I can assure him it’s the Engine light. He proceeded to throw his friend who referred him under the bus. Stating the car was a lemon he sold me, etc. I told him the car was running excellent prior to this recent accident. After a few days of hit And miss I brought the car to the garage Monday morning my only day off. Soon as I walked in the door he stated “this is the worst day I could have shown up”, seemingly frustrated with Me. Billy immediately started blaming other mechanics. Taking absolutely No Responsibility for the Engine light being on. Telling me I’m going to have to take it back to the dealership. Billy received 7 thousand dollars from my insurance company in the past 4 months. I would think I would a least walk out with the car running smoothly and No service engine light on? Being frustrated myself I found myself arguing back and forth with someone who apparently wasn’t willing to take any responsibility and do right thing. Instead he denied everything until we got into a yelling match, yelling at me saying he wasn’t going to except me yelling at him? I was the customer, he received payment, my engine light is still on. And he tried to make me the problem. The difficulty he had working on my car made him frustrated with me?treating me disrespectful, keeping my money. Being in the service industry. I will spread the word so no one else I know will suffer this faith. PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. BILLYS COLLISION…

I had a lot of damage that had build up over time on the right side of my car. I knew Billys brother from work and he recommended I take my car to him. Im glad he gave me that recommendation because Billy did and absolutely fantastic job! I cant say enough about how happy I am with the repair. I am already saving up to get Billy to fix up the rest of my car.

Re : explanation for mr patton this is a first for me, never had anyone in all the years in buisness have i been lied on or made out to be a bad guy the way mr patton has, made me out to be, customer did have veh. repaired here twice ins. did not spend 7000 dollars on the car, they wanted to total first time over 3000 it was repaired second time he ran over a tire, since first accident customer stated he spent over 18000.00 on car, i was in the car scanning the vehicle, while mr patton was cursing at me and then punched the fender while i was knelt down inside of car at this time, i exited his car and ask him if he had lost his mind, told him to leave and not come back, spoke to ins. company they told him take the car where ever he wanted, he took it to vw dealer they scanned car and codes were old . and ins. denied his claim. i just called mr patton and ask why he lied on me knowing the reason i didnot help anymore with his car was his behavior which was caught on tape, you have to remember this day and time cameras are everywhere, i dont like having to defend myself but this is not right thanks BIlly Jefferson

Billy is a Angel sent directly from above. I was in an accident and my insurance company wanted to total my car right off the back. Billy (knowing his stuff) told the adjuster that there is no way my car is Totaled! Not only did he work with the insurance company and gave them a price close to nothing (given the labor and cost of parts) but he also worked with me on the out of pocket cost for my deductible! This was my first accident ever and the timing could not have been any worse. Had it not been for Billy I dont know what I would have done. My car looks and rides as if it is new! He even touched up some scratches for free. He was very respectful, honest, professional, and transparent; His communication with updates were always in a timely manner. He kept his word and loves his job and reputation more than money, for that I cant thank him enough, now a days these characteristics are just about nonexistent. I was parked at the airport and someone backed into my 2011 Lexus ES350. The grill molding was cracked and things were slightly shifted out of place. No real damage to body. I went to a certified Lexus repair shop and got a quote for over $1300. Materials were $350 and labor $1000. And that was a preliminary estimate based on just looking at it from the outside. They wanted to repair it back to factory condition. Really, on a 2011? I was floored and started my research. Thats when I saw Billys. Because he is on my route from work, I called for an appointment. Billy answered. He was quite personable. Real good people. We discussed my issue and he agreed that my estimate sounded high. I stopped by and he gave me an estimate that was less than half of the first one, no painting. The work was done 3 business days later. I was able to drop off and pick back up the same day. The work is fantastic! Looks great! They even washed it for me. Thanks Billy!!! YOU DA MAN!!!

Exceptionally pleased. I have had two cars completely painted there in the last ten years, and I still own one of the cars he painted. On the car I still own, the original paint (from the factory) on the front and rear fascias, had seriously fade in less that 4 years. After ten years of being parked out side, the paint job Billy did still looks new. I have had other issues that were non-paint related, and Billy took care of them quickly and did a great job. Definitely the place to go for bodywork and paint!

My 2006 Jetta TDI with 160k miles got hit by a Ford F450 and I was SO afraid it was a goner. Billy told me it would be close, but he could do it AND DID HE EVER. It looks better now than the day I bought it 14 years ago and I am so happy that it will be with me for many more years to come. Thank you, Billy!!!

Honest work! I would recommend Billy to anyone! I drive a 2004 Infiniti G35 (I still drive it now, thanks to Billy and his team), that my insurance company wanted to “total” because they said it would be too costly to fix. I explained the situation to Billy and he worked with my insurance adjuster and came up with figures that worked for all parties. I received my car back only 4 days after speaking with him and it looks better than before! His team also buffed out my headlights (not part of the damage). Excellent work and customer service at its finest! It is nice to know that there are honest individuals that still exist and are willing to help you through situations like this, if they can. Please consider Billy for any of your body shop needs. When locating this body shop online, I went solely on the reviews I found online, so I hope this helps when someone has to make a decision in an unfortunate/stressful situation. I cannot say enough good things about Billys Collision Center. Billy did an absolutely amazing job fixing my car! He is honest, super quick with the repairs, keeps you updated every step of the way and so reasonably priced. Not only did he go out of his way to save my car, he saved me more than a thousand dollars VS the first estimate I got. I should have gone to Billy first. Repair time was a week and my car now looks better than it did before the accident. He even touched the car up in a couple other places for no cost and cleaned it up inside and out! I found Billys to be quick, helpful, and not interested in scamming you out of money. I went to two other body shops to get an estimate and they both told me Id need to spend $1000 to replace a bunch of parts.
