In at 9:05AM and ready to roll at 4PM the same day. I had already heard good things from my Audi friends. Autobahn Performance lived up to their reputation.

I miss Justin courtesy and truthfulness. I am not sure of his replacement, however his attitude in talking to you is nasty. He wants to be very argumentative with you. He tells you one thing, when you call him out, them he tells you you are lying. I have spent too much money with this complain to be treated rudely,. Be honest in your freaking and stop trying to take advantage of the elderly.

Great experience provided by Paul and the guys. Paul was able to see me same day from his busy schedule so I can explain my car troubles. He is knowledgeable. I got an oil change and then replaced the cooling fans. I have some other things that need to be changed and I will come back because the service is good and the prices are affordable.

Straight forward & great service. Called in for an appointment a few days ahead & had my car ready in 24 hours for a transmission switch. Best part, they saved me hundreds of dollars compared to other highly reputable VW/Audi shops in the NE ATL area by double checking the computer codes.

Great service!!! They work with you also. I had a warranty and they took care of every aspect. I have an 2009 Audi S5 which is more than difficult to work on and they brought my manual transmission back to life.. I haven’t gone any where else since then.

I have brought My Audi s6 here a few times for maintenance and specific repairs. The staff are confident with what my car needs. My first trip they offered to take my car to a dealer to check if a fix could be handled under a service bulletin for me, while performing the rest of the repairs themselves. Best shop to bring any European car. I have a 2014 Audi S6; Stage 3 APR tuned, thanks to these guys. Their labor rate, prices, and quality of work beat any other shop Ive been to, such as Eurofed and Solo. Paul, the owner, has 25+ years of experience with Europeans, and I wont trust anyone but Autobahn to do any mechanical repair to my car from here on out! I come here for all my Volkswagen needs and the guys at the shop are great at inspections and I never feel like they charge unfair amounts or ask to do unnecessary things like some places Ive used on other cars. Here they have knowledgeable answers to all my questions, and always make sure I understand the issue they found, how it happened, and how itll get fixed.

This shop is solid. They did a brake upgrade as well as an oil change and APR tune. Techs are very helpful and knowledgeable. Communication and coordination was excellent - Ill be back. Best of all, they wont scratch your wheels!

It was honestly an awesome experience! I brought it in and they explain what was wrong and what they would need to do to fix the problem! They were super busy but were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road that same day!

I was a Audi Dealership customer, but not after visiting this local shop. Front desk was very helpful over the phone and in store. I went for a service maintenance job, it didn’t take hours like at the dealership. Affordable prices, I highly recommended this for all Audi services.

Great mechanic shop. Will be my go to for my VW Jetta here in Atlanta. Jeff was very helpful and accommodating on the phone and then in person when I went to the shop. When I brought my car in, the service was quick and they addressed all of my concerns. My service technician Costas is a VW/Jetta enthusiast and he did a great, quick job diagnosing and solving the issue with my car. Their prices are also excellent. They actually worked hard to help me save money. The waiting area is comfortable with TV.

In the last six months this place has gone downhill in every way. Not sure if it has new owners or what but I have never had such an awful experience with any business. I cannot recommend Autobahn Performance enough! I went and got a quote at Audi and they were going to charge me a crazy amount that I knew didnt sound right. I called Mike right away and had him look at it and we found out that what Audi told me was not even correct and he fixed my car for 6K cheaper than the dealership had quoted me. Not only did he fix it at SUCH an affordable rate, he did it in 2 days. These guys are truly your go to hometown auto shop and will only do the necessary things needed to your car. I will never take my car anywhere else :)

I had an excellent experience with Autobahn Performance. I brought my car here after 2 other shops (including the VW dealership) mis-diagnosed my car. Autobahn Performance (correctly) diagnosed my issue, fixed my car first thing in the morning and my bill was literally less than one tenth of what the dealership quoted for their incorrect diagnosis.

These guys at Autobahn have never let me down. I have been taking my 2010 Audi A5 here for the past 4 years for routine maintenance. Mike and the team always go above and beyond to let me know whats up with my car without it being a high pressure sale. They have fixed small things and not charged me because they care about building relationships with customers. Recently I took my car in and they told me it was time for a new timing chain and if I push it too long the repairs could be more expensive. Well I decided to push it a little longer and exactly what they said would happen happened. After I had the car towed to the shop Mike gave me the news the chain was blown. He offered to send me pictures of all the damage I had done. But instead of charging me for a $4500 job, they offered me another solution that was several hundred dollars cheaper. Once the work was completed they found a way to give me another discount which saved me another few hundred dollars. I had already checked another shop and they couldnt beat Autobahns initial price. After the additional discount I wasnt expecting, what started off as a hard life lesson on listening to your good mechanic it turned into a exceptional customer service experience. Mike and the guys at autobahn are honest businessmen. My car runs like new and with a 2 year warranty. I was very happy. I will only take my car to Autobahn.

This is my second visit for routine maintenance on my 2015 Audi. Was able to book the appointment a few days out, at the time I wanted. They began working on my car within minutes of my arrival, and work was completed within an hour.

We had our 2009 Passat timing chain replaced. Mike and the guys did a fantastic job and very quickly. I was also given a two year warranty, which is really rare. This business is honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend you go there for your Audi or Volkswagen needs!!!

The timing chain went out on our 2011 Audi A4. I called Autobahn and spoke with Mike after being disappointed with Audis warranty department (they only wanted to pay for the timing chain and not the engine damage the chain caused). Mike immediately gave us hope on repairing the car at a reasonable price. The price at Audi & a couple other places were more than we could justify paying for the car. Autobahn saved us $5000 and our car has been running great so far. They also gave a 2 year warranty on all their work! Extremely pleased with Mike and the crew at Autobahn.

I had a Kohlefaser Luft-Technik Intake System and an upgraded chassis reinforcement x-brace installed and they were easy to work with and gave me an excellent price. They took the time to keep me updated and I definitely going back to get my exhaust upgrade done as well.

The absolute very best! The most honest, professional, caring, and integrity driven people you will ever meet in business. In the year I have owned my VW beetle, it has been in a local shop 4 times. I have been without my car for over 2 months while a mechanic worked on it. After spending a lot of money, my car was never fixed. A co-worker recommended Autobahn which is 75 miles from my home. I am so glad she did and I am so glad I decided to take it 75 miles from home. Autobahn had my car for less than a week and it is finally fixed. It is running better than it ever has. I have a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta, and needed to pass my emission, (check engine light was on) and mind you at the dealership I spent over $1,600 on supposedly “repairs” which was such a complete waste of my time and money!!!!! I was referred by a family friend to this shop and I am in awe with their service. We spoke to Mike, which he was so patient and understanding with my situation, and fixed what really went wrong in my. Car. I am new to the Atlanta area and had been taking my car to the VW dealer because I didnt know where to go. I have taken my car here twice. Fast service, everyone is friendly, and communication is outstanding. They have a good at home feeling. And most important a passion for the VW & Audi vehicle. They know what they are doing. The dont try to rob you blind like the dealer. I cant see myself taking my car anywhere else. I feel like the staff at Autobahn care about your vehicle just as much as you care. Its a good feeling.

I got a used Audi about 9 months ago and have taken it to Autobahn a couple of times when I needed to for a repair and for some scheduled maintenance.Theyve gone way beyond what Ive been used to when visiting other auto repair shops...theyre in a different league when it comes to taking care of their customers. As I sat in a parking garage downtown with an A4 that wouldnt start because it had overheated, I wondered what to do. The car had been in the shop with my previous mechanic two months prior to the tune of $1200 for the same issue. I was assured the overheating issue was fixed. It wasnt.The car was hooked up to the tow and Gerald (tow driver) asked me where I wanted to go. Despite having never been a customer before I told him Autobahn. Why? I knew I needed a specialist. I wanted a small shop. And I had personal referrals- about 5 years ago a fellow Audi owner said it was the only place he went. I called a second friend and he said the same. I even called another Audi specialty shop and even HE SAID Autobahn, no joke. Then, I read the reviews, I called Paul and I was sold.The guys in the shop were great, they were fast, up front and honest. They did the work (timing belt, two fans, water pump, sensors, a couple other things) in less than 2 days. They took the time to explain everything and the service and communication was very good. I feel like I got good value for the money and I feel good that I now have a group of guys who will look after my 10 year old A4 moving forward.If you are a new customer, dont be afraid to give these guys a try.

Mike was incredibly professional and helpful when I serviced my VW. I had received a $3,000 quote at the dealership and had formerly gotten my car serviced exclusively at the dealership until I received that quote. Ridiculous. No more dealership. Autobahn got me in and out for a few hundred and my car is back to tip top shape. I’m going back for my scheduled maintenance as well!

Finally found an independent shop I can trust with my Audi. Dealer quoted me (I kid you not, $7-8,000) estimate for a list of repairs. Autobahn discovered the root cause of my engine misfire and worked all the items on my list for about half of what the dealer wanted. This included timing belt swap, motor mounts, radiator fans and cylinder head repair. All along the process the guys were great to work with and very upfront and knowledgeable. I am very familiar with Audi repair processes and engineering so I know what the job should cost and these guys we really fair and never tried to take advantage of me.

Great staff and very professional. They keep my A6 running like they day it left the showroom and considering it’s a 2007, I think that’s saying something. Never try to up sell on unnecessary maintenance. Prices are very reasonable and since they only work on Audi and VW, they are truly experts in that field. I would never take my car anywhere else.

I have been taking my MK5 GTi to Paul and Mike at Autobahn Performance for over five years. I give them 5 Stars! They always take the time to explain their diagnosis of an issue, sharing fault codes and going over the options I have. From oil changes to any other mechanical repair needed, they are my go-to mechanics for my GTi and my sons Passat.They also did my APR upgrade over five years ago and I have recommended them to my VW Audi owning friends and family.

Paul and JR run an excellent independent shop. They are honest and considerate of customer expenses and have put together a very friendly and helpful team (Able, Alex). They know their stuff and are very good at troubleshooting the odd, one-off problem or finding an inexpensive solution where a less-scrupulous shop might propose something unnecessary. They are also car enthusiasts and have excellent cumulative knowledge of go-fast tech. Just good guys that I can trust to do the job right and treat me with respect and consideration. I wont take my Stage 3 Golf R anywhere else.

Best shop Ive been to so far in the Atlanta area. Replaced my rotors and pads on my S5 for almost $400 less than the any of the Audi dealerships with equivalent parts and seemingly more knowledgeable mechanics. Only took them an hour to do it too with A+ customer service too. This is definitely my new go to shop.
