Ive never been to this store before. So I decided to take a look and see what they have to offer. The clerk questioned me like I was going to steal something. I have a note 3 and a note 9 on the way. I told him I just wanted to look around. He ask for what type of phone. I told him note 9. He asked if I had it on me. By that time I was done with his profiling.

Absolutely the worst repair ever done to my sons iPod! I am so sad that I took it there and had them repair it. I found this place from Groupon, though I did not purchase a Groupon (just went to them directly) as it was the same price as the special that they offered online. The iPod has a new glass piece on it, but it was scratched when they gave it to me and is barely in place. There is a gap between the glass and the body. When you touch the screen it discolors. for 65 dollars I expected a better job! I feel terrible, my son saved his money for months and he can hardly use his iPod. I would never encourage anyone to go to this place. Also they said that the repair would take 3-4 hours, but it took 6 days. Pay a few dollars more and get it done by a reputable repair company!
