My husband accidently ran over my missing phone. I must have dropped it in our driveway. Called Phoneaholics after going to Verizon, accessing my insurance.My screen was severely smashed. Everything else fine. But I was locked out of phone. I drove to their store. In less than an hour, perfectly fixed. Good to go, no missing data.

Always a great experience. They are extremely professional. They get the work done quickly and the price is very reasonable. I have a large family and even though we have insurance through our carrier we still go to them to fix our phones. They still come out cheaper. I called around town to get quotes for for my girlfriend’s cracked IPhone and not only was this the best price, but also most professional customer service. I also purchased a couple of very affordable and nice phone cases and protective glass which was put on by them. They also clean in case you have gunk near your port like I did. What is there NOT good to say about these guys! My phone was “destroyed” - I mean ran over 100x left in the road to die and they brought it back to life so I could retrieve the data. Awesome experience! From when I contacted them on google to when I went in to the store, they were professional, friendly and very helpful. A week after I fixed my phone, the screen stopped working and I was able to come in and get it working again. Amazing service and although they were very busy at the time of my arrival, they were able to have me out with my repaired phone within about 30 minutes. Not bad considering they had free coffee and lots of magazines to kill time. They also had a wide variety of phone cases to browse through as I waited with reasonable pricing. I didn’t need a case at this time but I know when I do need one, this is the spot!
