Very nice environment and clean. Im not sure who helped us, i believe it was the store leader though and he was so nice and helpful. He created such a good vibe. Im not much of a gamer myself and my gf and I just went in to look around, but if we were this would 100% be the place to go for the guy we saw.

I didnt get the name of the guy that helped my son and I that day (11/18/20), but he was really nice and very helpful. As we walked in, he greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. Which we did because Im clueless. He even gave us a whole list we could look for extra games if we didnt find them in the shelf. Check out was quick and he even gave us some tips for the games. Thank you.

I took my son in to sell his Xbox one, which was damaged, and the service was excellent with full explanations of all details of the transaction.

Best GameStop Ive been in probably ever! Staff resolved issues when they could, suggested good alternatives, and all this while buying back 2 different consoles I brought in! Ill be driving to this location from now on!

Well its just like any other game stop. Never had any problems with this store, and they had all the new and preowned games ive wanted.

I had a horrible experience with an online order placed in March. I had talked to multiple employees and nothing had been resolved until today. Philip and his Assistant Manager went above and beyond to take care of me and fix my issue. Not only did they sit on hold with Customer Service and get my issue resolved without me waiting another day. They were kind and accommodating to my son who was starting to become impatient with being in the store for over an hr. This type of customer service is rare and they deserve recognition! 5stars just isn’t enough... OH and the icing on the cake, I walked out with my Nintendo Switch in hand. Thank you Again

This was a pretty cool store. I figured it would be all computer games, but they had all kinds of cool stuff. From toys to collectibles and yes lots of video games as well. I will definitely be returning, as they have a few funko exclusive items

This is a fire star location. The knowledge and professionalism is worth the drive. I have visited several GameStops over the years. Back as far as when you mainly carried PC software and basically have found my experience to be pleasant. However even with online options this site is worth the trip. Keep up the good work!!!

Not impressed with the power up card anymore one of the best thing about game stop, just get a coupon off per month and no longer a discount when buy used games. Which I have noticed the prices for some of them are outrageous. Friend bought sehki for 54.99 really 5 dollars cheaper than new??? I for a copy off amazon for 25 dollars with 1 dollar for shipping. Company is trouble and price gouging customers isnt a way to save it.

You have to kind of grade gamestop on their own scale. In this case, this is a 1 star location for an already 1 star company. Double yikes.If you cant staff the shop, make sure the 1 person you have working the register isnt following someone around the store talking about old school video game t-shirts with a person who chose what they were going to buy 20 minutes prior.2 sales walked out after not being helped (or greeted, or asked to hold on or any other standard customer service move) for 10+ mins, myself and another couple. Thanks for the reminder to just use Amazon.

The associate I encountered when I came in was incredibly pleasant and gregarious, generous with his opinions and his time. He also, unbidden, after dealing with an obviously difficult and persnickety customer, volunteered that he didnt mind going out of his way to comply with her (to my mind), frankly above-and-beyond request. Had I gotten his name Id have submitted a very positive survey to GameStop corporate. Alas, this will have to be as close as it gets. This was a much better and more pleasant experience than I have come to expect from the chain as a whole.

This place makes me mad when you selling your systems they give you nothing for classic. They never send emails out about deals or sales, plus they never can find me in their system after sign up

Awesome customer service, friendly staff, easy to sign-up for their power card (reward card)!!! Ive been coming here several times to buy pre-owned games for the Xbox 360!! The store is pretty small, but in my opinion theres a good selection of games!! And sometimes, theyll have some graphic tees on sale!!!

The employee was very friendly, knowledgeable and energetic.

I normally have a pretty good experience when buying games from here but during Black Friday you can almost feel the animosity in the air. Employees (some, not all) were bothered by questions and had a bad attitude when I came in a second time to replace an Xbox case that was old and tattered. The employee told me that it “wasn’t necessary” as he handed me the new case and scowled as he walked away.

Good prices, and I love being able to buy used equipment. I was there last on a Friday, and there was only one person minding the store, so service was slow, but he still took time to help each customer.

Completely ripped me off. The website told me one price for an iPhone trade in and then the manager downgraded it to give me less. The guy who works in there is amazing but the manager, she’ll rip you off with a straight face. Beware.

They still sell physical games and you can trade them back in for credit towards another when you are done playing unlike a digitally downloaded game.

Outstanding Gamestop location that deserves support in the contiunally waning domination of the corporation. Been coming for years, long before they moved across the street. And through it all this location has remained pristinely upkept with a crew that contiunally offers unmatched, attentive, personalizied, professional, authentic service. Its a part of the community Id say, which isnt a feat many other gamestops could even pretend to carry.

I had been a customer of Gamestop since the 90s and i would say this is worst store period. I had multiple problems with this store which is usually customer service. However, the last straw was when the store manager Jessica refuse my controller trade and did not bother to look at my other trades. I dont have a problem with the refusal, but she didnt even look at my other trades. I am getting my preorder monies and taking my business to another store.

Loosing faith in gamestop

I have purchased a game and a battery charger twice from this store and these items were defective. The explanation they gave me was that they tested the device and it worked but they will not guarantee that it will work for you. Yet they still sold it to me defects and all. Just make sure you buy new items from this store.
