I have been going to this place for nearly 5 years, and have seen a steady decline in the customer service and quality of parts. We have had many defective parts, which causes frustration among our customers, and a finiacial loss for our company. The owner is extremely petty to the point where he no longer accepts American Express cards due to the higher merchant processing fees. They have no sense of urgency, and never have parts in stock. This place is truly a cesspool! If you are looking for a quality and dependable wholesale parts supplier, look elsewhere!

They are really overpriced for wholesale. 6ft charging cable for any kind of phones is $5 for one, 3ft is $2.5, and the earphone is $2.75 for one pair which looks like Apple earphone! Way to high to be called a wholesale store buddy. Customers can easily find a much better deal on Chinese import website.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Got 2 screen repairs from them, one initial fix and one to correct the poor repair job. The first repair was awful; any amount of pressure would cause my phone screen to pixelate, and the second screen I received was obviously installed poorly and had a short, eventually resulting in my phone glitching constantly like bad cable and eventually becoming unresponsive in a matter of hours. Not to mention the software damage done, I cannot set a rington or keep too many apps open without my hone going completely black. It looks like I am out of a perfectly good phone. Definitely go to more reputable repair services, do not get suckered in by the low price because you definitely get what you pay for.

Every time cellphone repair shop owners chose to go with MW (Mega Wireless) Components the costumers got extremely furious. These components arent just simply bad they are repulsive. Every time companies I worked for or others that used these components and that I have heard of pissed their costumers off. A one star review to any business from me is not a easy task, because i do not like harming businesses in my industry however this review is based on my 5 years of experience what components should be and should not be. Do not fall for it! I have been there. Their components are straight garbage take it from a Professional.
