This mattress is the worse gimmick that my husband and I fell for .It is terrible to hard, zero benefits for my health.Since it was so hard and very uncomfortable I try to return it and it was impossible because they didn’t let me returned.I paid for it every month because it was automatic payment and I could buy something much better for the expensive price .It was the worse purchase of my life.The only way to sleep in this was buying a cover very soft and cover it.If you really love it I can cell mine for a 1/2 of the price or less.I don’t believe any of this reviews!!!!Everyone is probably paid for lie about it.Seriously if you love it you can contact me and I will sell mine for you. Bought one of their mattresses last year and after a few months if got deformed. Sent an email for the sales rep at the end of February which he asked me some pics of the mattress. Because of COVID I wait some time. Sent him another email in July with the pics. A month later, no answer. Just sent another email saying that I need better customer service and 30 days was more than enough to see some pictures. Also told them I was going to wait 2 weeks more only for an answer, in case my issue was not solved, I was going to suspend payment and want my money back. Guess what? They just sent me Nipponflex number and told me to take care of it by myself. You know a company by their customer service. Will call Nipponflex Monday (8-24-2020) and let’s see what happens...
