It is a sad business that decides not to DO business!! I went to a mom and pop mattress store. The sales person was not able to give much info on Soft Dreamer 1 mattress I wanted. No problem...I will call the manufacturer Golden Mattress to get data. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The young girl who answered the call put me on hold a long time. In her fairness she came back and apologized as they were short staffed. When I asked for the specs, she was extremely rude, not knowledgeable, and pointed me back to the retailer I told her did not have the specs either. She put me on hold yet AGAIN and some guy gets on the phone with the exact same script. WHAT THE FRACKLE NACKLE unprofessional clueless mattress company is this!! They do not want their product sold...so please get out of business. Furthermore...I know A LOT of people and I will make sure everyone knows never to purchase their mattresses. They do not value business and customer service is distasteful at best.

I am a mattress store owner and have sold Golden Mattresses in my retail stores for over seven years. They make a good quality mattress and have always stood behind their product. They do offer a low end/promotional line and my guess is that it is the reason for some of the bad reviews. If you buy a mattress that sells for $200 you might not be buying a quality mattress....

Best mattress by far I have ever slept on. I have the Reflections Latex Euro top and it is top quality! I am very satisfied with my mattress purchase from Golden Mattress and Jacksonville Bedding!

WORST MATTRESS EVER! Mattress broke within the FIRST MONTH! Sure, you can flip the mattress, BUT it only lasts a few days before you are right back, stuck in the dip in the middle of the bed! The WORST part is that the company expects YOU (the consumer) to provide transportation or accept freight charges to and from the nearest Golden Mattress factory, to either return the product for repair or replacement of the product! That is EASILY $100 or more!! Please, do not waste your time and money!

Worst mattress we ever bought!!!! In less than a year it had a crater in the middle so bad sleeping on it was agony.Purchased from Jacksonville Bedding they were no help either. All they were worried about was making the sale.Very sad that these two companies; Jacksonville Bedding and Golden Mattress are still doing business.
