Came in store hoping to get a deal. Prices were very high. Started to walk out door after hearing outrageous prices, but SHericka had a look on her face I couldn’t resist. She was very convincing . I recently moved to this area and was not Familiar with the many storage location. I decided to google one and came across Life Storage. The young lady that assist me name was Tiffany. She answered all my questions and concerns. Me being a NewYorker customer service is not something we are known for. However, this young lady gave the best customer service I have ever encountered and I appreciate her kindness. I will definitely tell others about my experience and suggest Life Storage to them especially this location. Tiffany made me realize that there are still people in this world that knows how to be nice.

This place is full of rats! Originally I gave this place a five star review but last week we went into the unit to take out some shelving we stored there and found that the unit was full of rat droppings. The particle board used as the backer for our shelving was chewed through on several pieces and now useless to us. When we told the manager all she could say is that we can put down traps and we can file a claim with our insurance company. We decided to vacate the unit that had 2 price increases since we rented it a year ago and the manager asked us to give a good review. COME ON!

She never once got agitated in fact she actually remembered who my mother was and asked about her and kept a friendly conversation going the entire time I was there . This was very refreshing as these days good customer service is far and few to come by. Now I see why my mom always speaks so highly of her and I completely agree, she is one of a kind. It was refreshing to see & experience quality customer service at this facility. I was greeted and treated better than being in a department store. I was queried as to what I was looking for and promptly shown what was available. It kept me from looking any further at some other places that were close and in the same area. The terms were straight forward and I was able to have my concerns addressed on the spot. The unit was ready and waiting when I arrived to store my excess belongings into the unit. She even gave me a counter-discount because of a coupon that was on the counter. Great deal!!

I met a customer service professional today. Her name is Ms. Natalie and she was terrific! She was very personable and accommodating. She was also very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and concerns. I got a great deal as well. I got my admin fee of $25 waived by reserving my unit online with Rapid Rental and I got half off my next months rental charge. Yay!
