If you are looking for a storage facility that increases your cost on a regular basis then this is the place for you! You would think that a loyal customer of six years would be appreciated, but no, just the opposite. We have had a 40% increase over the last 3 years on the unit and parking spots we lease and I feel this ridiculous. I understand an increase but this is out of control. Your prices are already high for the area not to mention the location features are rarely working such as the gate, security cameras, and outside electrical outlets. But then SecurCare still sees it as good business to loyal customers to increase and increase and increase. And there is no consistency with the percentages you increase nor the time frame. Weve have had TWO break-ins of our unit and not one time could SecurCare help with security footage because as your manager said the camera never work. Security is one of the main reasons we moved to this location not to mention SECURE is your name, whats up with that?2014 to current price:The unit was $235 now $364Parking space was $50 now $82Parking space was $80 now $132Thats $2,556 more a year! I do not know how many units are at your location and am sure I am not the only unit getting these insane increases, but if there are 50 units (which I know is a low number) thats $127,000.00 per year extra profit, yet you cant keep your end of the deal by maintaining the premises including security. Unacceptable.We have written to the manager and tried to reach upper management but we cant seem to find anyone that cares so I find it very ironic to receive a request for a review but as they say, ask and you shall receive.

Great prices and staff

They seem to raise the rate a lot. My storage unit along with many others was broken into a couple months ago due to the lack of security on the premises. They raised my rate again after that. I hope they get more security or locks with that extra money. Ill be looking for a more affordable option and definitely more secure place to store my stuff.

This storage facility has some of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff Ive ever encountered at a storage place. Both renting and vacating our unit was very easy, as was the automatic billing. If there was any sort of issue, they called me and always solved the problem professionally and quickly. I definitely recommend them!

Ive rented at a lot of storage facilities around town and this one is the best for my needs. The personnel are friendly and efficient and keep the place looking nice. The prices are reasonable, and when they had trouble with the gate, they didnt try to fix it, they put in a brand new one . Thats why Im staying.

My storage unit is not getting bigger but the price keeps going up.then I have had my unit for yrs now and they call me on the day my unit is due,even tho I have never been late...

This Place is has an excellent staff. I have rented a storage unit twice in the last year and I will continue in the future. Yolanda is an awesome manager. She will take care of you ! Thanks to all the staff there.

Rented space there for quite some time but they keep raising the rent till it was finally ridiculous. Originally had access to power so could do work in the space at night but with no warning they cut it off for some, not all, renters. Seemed very unfair that select indiduals got to keep electricity and some didnt. Also they locked out the restroom and prohibited the use of the dumpster. Just too many restrictions to pay the price they want for space.

This is a different type of storage to me it is more a place I feel that I can trust my belongings and I know that the managers are going to do their best to take care of things as long as Patricia is there and running things shes going to make sure everything is great for you and your stuff shout out to them for not having no attitude in the last couple of years that Ive been with these guys love them for their patience and support

The church usees this facility I just went to help, we had alittle issue regarding payment but it was resolved and someone came to let us in. Everything was dry so all was good.
