Ive been here 3 times. As a Penske driver I expected service. Long waits for... I do not know. Ive been given advice to try another shop for repairs... I do not know why. Im waiting now going on 23 minutes for gas and a wash. Why the lack luster service? I guess now I wont get any service since I am telling the FACTS. Im here today, 23JUN21. Arrived 06:57hrs. Had to go inside, again, to let the same man behind the glass know I was in need of gas. He told me to wait 5 minutes. Its 07:06hrs. No one yet. I guess this station just does not care about there clients.

I have been driving trucks for 27 years I dropped back a rental truck to this location which Alonzo who works there called me several days after accusing me that there was traces of DEF in the dieselI am also a mechanic and know the difference between the Def tank and the diesel tank. I also kept and emailed them the receipt when I purchased and put the def fluid into the truckAlso the truck was driving perfectly when I dropped it backThey sent me an invoice for over $4600While talking with Alonzo he hung up the phone on me

Not competent. 2 very bad rental experiences due to Jerrell. I gave the benefit of the doubt after it took me an hour & a half to pick up a truck the first time. The second time, I made an online reservation & get awoken by a phone call telling me they cant honor my reservation & I have to go to a different branch. Jerrell then refused to do anything for me as far as discount. I hope the other branches are better, but Jerrell ruins this one through incompetence. This was not the first bad experience with this branch, beware.
