Ryan, was most helpful in answering my questions about weather radios and also helpful with my watch battery. I have gone here several times over the years and always a good experience.

Despite arriving 7:58, two minutes before closing, the lady cheerfully helped me. She listened carefully to what I said I wanted -- new USB cord with latest oval shaped connector. And recommended I keep that, replace instead the transformer, I call it, and try the cable again. She was right. Saved me lot of money. Also set up a new loyalty reward card they have now.

The employees at the W Main location in Norman, OK have always been great. The sad part is they work for a corporation that could care less about customer relationships.I bought a new car battery on 1-21-21. It went bad on 3-26-21. I went in today to exchange it and was told since I didnt keep the amperage at 10% my warranty is invalid.No alternator issuesNo electrical issuesSimply Corporate BSI will never step foot in their store again and I recommend no one else shop there.

Employee, who i am assuming was the manager, was a complete a-hole and called me a fraud for trying to use a business check. told me that no business would ever accept that check which is not true because i use it several times a week and never had problems. he caused a scene for no reason and was very unprofessional.

Visited the store with a phone charging problem. Evan and Jeff were welcoming and professional. They quoted what I thought was reasonable price for potential repairs. After listening to my issue, Evan took the time to further examine my phone and was able to resolve the issue without the need for replacement parts. Had he either a) not taken the time to understand the problem or b) told me repairs were needed, I would have been none the wiser and paid for the replacement parts. Thank you for doing honest business. You have gained a customer for any future needs!

I always shop with Batteries + Bulbs because they have great prices and discounts and good products.

I went to the Norman, Oklahoma location for a battery repair and for a screen replacement. The customer service was exceptional and the guys working were very helpful and did exactly what I needed them to do without and hassle or negative feedback. They never tried to urge me to alter my plans with my phones. The battery and screen I had repaired in two separate phones are running very well like nothing ever happened to them. Would recommend this location to anyone.

I was having a problem with my Note 8. I couldnt get the charger cord to stay in the phone. I thought I was going to have to get the charger port replaced, there are known issues with that phone model. Great guy that was working there pulled out a lint ball, and presto, the phone is fixed. He refused to accept payment. Great customer service, and no trying for the pushy upsell.

I talked to them on the phone. And was told that blank battery would work and that the plus & minus was on the sides that was the same as my battery had.. So I ordered it on line to save a few bucks witch the pics should it to be the same as well.. But when I got to store it was backwards.. So they looked and found me the right one witch was a little bit higher and they gave it to me for what I spent on the Original one I had bought because the pics showed it to be right.. Ive bought Several From them for different customers bikes and haven’t had to return but one of them.. And it was a yr & a half old..

They have AAAA batteries for my laptop stylus! The salesperson knew exactly where the were and what they cost before she even showed them to me on the display. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

I am somewhat disappointed in this store. I have used this store for various things while living in norman for the last 8 months, I live right down the road on 24th, and I dont feel it is right for me to feel the need to avoid the manager Jeff at this store. He isnt professional when i walk into the store and I feel like Im being treated like a child when I talk to him or ask him questions with the tone he gives me. I do not appreciate this and have since gone in at night since Jeffs associates seem far more professional than he wants to showcase for himself. Im not a disgruntled customer, but a concerned customer finding a problem with your manager at this location. I have even witnessed him yelling at and recording people in front of the store for what seemed like no reason. I dont know what happened but I dont think that is a very professional thing for a manager to do.

Great service and great batteries. I heave heard through the grapevine that the Duracell Quantum. I will really disappointed if they do. Ill be stocking up with a whole bunch of them it that is the case. Im glad they have a 10 year shelf life.

Im so pleased. I needed a battery for my car key fob (car wont start without it). I thought Id try Batteries Plus, yet assumed since they are a niche business theyd be expensive. NOPE. Under $10 is a great price for them to open the fob, replace the battery, and close it up again. Service and battery for $10 - Im thrilled. And the guy doing the work was professional and helpful. Im going to keep going to Batteries Plus. A great experience.

Clean good workers fixed my iPhone 7 Plus battery

They had the battery I needed. I bought it on line and picked up in store and received 20% off. The guy working there was nice and helpful and I will no longer mess with other stores. These guys know their stuff and they are super nice.

I went to this store Friday night and was helped by Julie. I said I have a solar gate opener and had bought the wrong batteries. I needed two 70 amp hour batteries. She told me that they didnt carry them and that was not what I needed, I said yes a friend is helping me and that is what he said to get. She still insisted that was not what I needed and showed me an 80 battery that was meant for a large vehicle, I told her the book said 70 amp hour she said I must have read it wrong it probably said 7.0. I asked to return the batteries I had previously purchased and said I would get the ones I needed elsewhere since she didnt carry them. She still insisted with great sarcasm and ridicule that was not what I needed. I went home and double checked the book I need 70 amp hour batteries to run the solar gate opener. As a single woman who is not very mechanical I have always been treated with respect and helpfulness in this store. She made me feel like an idiot in front of the whole store full of people. I will not be returning and I will be purchasing 2 $190 12 volt 70 amp hour batteries elsewhere. I checked the website Batteries Plus Bulbs does carry them.

Great service - fast, quality - gave me a discount and got me right in to repair my phone screen.

If you need to have your iPhone screen repaired Do NOT come here. Had I known that they would put a cheap low light screen that has a green haze on my phone, then I wouldve just paid 20 extra dollars and had Apple do it correctly. I took my phone in with a 10 min disabled screen (knowing that after my screen was fixed I would be able to unlock it) and I got it back with a disabled connect to iTunes screen (basically unless you back up frequently then all data is lost). Moral of the story... If you want your phone to be repaired with quality parts then just go to Apple.

The young fellow I asked to help me sneered when I asked to have the batteries changed in my grandmothers Dustbuster. Why bother?Instead of engaging in his insulting manner I just asked him if he could install more power, longer lasting batteries. Yeah, I can do anything, he replied, but its not going to make that thing any better.I asked to see his supervisor. Im the store manager. That was enough for me to walk out the door.Maybe he was having a bad day; maybe he just needed to dump on someone because he feels a little inferior about being the manager of a battery store. I dont know. What I know is I received excellent professional service at Interstate on 24th Ave SW. And Ill take my battery replacement business to them from now on.

I sent my son to Batteries Plus Bulbs to fix his phone.... BIG MISTAKE. The manager Jeff is extremely rude to college students, insults their intelligence etc. My son brought his phone there on Monday, Labor Day because it was close to his dorm at OU and open. We looked at the reviews and thought okay not bad, but wish I had read the one about how the manager was to young adults. My son left with a phone repair that wasnt done correctly, it had a hairline crack that they did when trying to repair it. They used fake parts and it was forced and not lined up correctly. Nothing worked correctly. It started dialing 911 several times for no reason in the middle of the night. He had to completely turn his phone off and communicate via his computer messenger with me. We did our best to play nice, but they told him that he would have to pay again to get it fixed correctly with the correct parts. WTH, uh yeah I dont think so. I then said that we want our money back because this is ridiculous. Jeff the manager told my son that he can take it to corporate and that he didnt give a darn about giving a refund. Also said go for it as far as receiving a negative review on Google, said corporate can deal with it. So there you have it and now we are dealing with corporate, but I am letting my credit card company deal with getting the refund. It shouldnt have come to this though!!!! So if the corporate office customer relations is reading this, please work with my credit card company and give the refund and I will then update my review. Thank you and take care.

I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of products, cleanliness of the store and the assertiveness and knowledge of the employees. I purchased a new car battery and they offered to install it for free!! great customer service has turned me into a long term shopper.

I would appreciate the owner contacting me. Not happy with the service and my device was broke by the person who was suppose to replace my battery and my battery was not replaced. I went to pick up my phone and they handed me my phone with the screen cracked not saying a word to me. I almost walked out of the store with my phone that way. They never told me they cracked my screen nor that they didnt replace the battery. Glad I noticed it before I walked out. Plus when I asked them about it they were rude and snarky.

PLEASE save yourself the frustration of dealing with this awful service. I took my phone in to have my screen replaced and long story short now my iphone 7 has a screen that is not cracked BUT I cant make calls, I cant hear people when they call me, my camera does not work, and when I went in less than a week later because it was under warranty for 6 months, the man working there was rude and basically told me it was not their problem. I work in customer service so I was not rude back at all. I still have not had this issue resolved and Im actually nervous to go back in because of how I was treated. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

I went looking for a battery for my HP laptop. They were very helpful in finding out what battery I had, but could not replace it because it was an internal battery. They were very friendly and professional. I will go back if I ever need another battery for something else.

Do not go here for a car battery. When I arrived there was only one person working, an elderly woman. I waited 20 minutes while she helped two people before me. Then I paid for my battery and she got ready to go out to install the battery. Then two more people came in the store and she waited on them first. I went to sit in my car to wait on her. About five minutes later she came out to install the battery. She did not have the right tools to disconnect the battery cables, and so used pliers, stripping the screws of course. She worked on trying to disconnect the cables for over 30 minutes, leaving the store unattended with other customers inside. Finally, another clerk came to work. He was able to get the battery cables off and install the new battery, using pliers, of course. What a mess. I’ll never go there again for anything. Lousy customer service. Lousy company to have only one person on duty.

Absolutly the worst customer service ever. If there was any way to give them a lower score I would.We were sent over there by AT&T because our daughters IPhone 7 quit charging.They called and said it needed a battery, then said it needed a screen.Then said it couldnt be fixed.We picked it up and tried to upload the pics from it but the home button wouldnt work. They said bring it back, they must have the screws to tight. That didnt work. They explained how to bypass the home screen. Then noticed the mic was muffled, and the battery was loose.I went in to speak to Jeff the manager and was told he was in the restroom and didnt know how long he would be. Wanted my number so he could call me. I waited 15 min, and Jeff said he was not aware of the problems but he would look into it.Two weeks later I get a call from the technician stating they had sent it off and there was nothing wrong with it. Some phones come with a security feature that he cant access because he uses an android, and does have an IPhome account When I question his credentials / training to work on phones, he said he didnt have any.After 8 weeks of dealing with this headache ownership decided to just replace the phone.Went to pick up the new phone today and was told that its company policy to keep the old phone. Was told by an employee that the old phone had already been reset to factory setting so all of her pictures and contacts have been deleted.Would have been nice to wait on the new phone to transfer the data, but I wouldnt expect anything less from the staff of the store.Somebody need to fire everyone there and start over. They are rude, arrogant, and no help at all.They need to put the customer back in customer service

Worst customer service I have ever had. Went in there to see what they would do for me for a cell phone battery that went bad, that I had bought 20 days ago and was informed that their policy only last for 14 days the guy at the counter was very snarky and just out right rude to me while he sat there with a scowl on his face about everything. I will never go back to that location ever again or do business with them. I felt like the guy was trying to rush me out the door the second I walked in.

I would like to give 0 stars to this business for the following reasons:On July 20, 2017 I visited this store to have the batteries replaced in my husbands go-go scooter (he is disabled and relies on the scooter when we are away from home). The gentleman (I believe his name was Ervin) was very rude from the moment I entered the store and asked him to assist me in getting the batteries out of the van and into the store. After much huffing and puffing, he agreed to bring the batteries inside the store and proceeded to ATTEMPT to take the cover off the battery box. Meanwhile, other customers have entered the store and their presence has not been acknowledged, even when they approached to check out. The clerk continued to huff and puff and mumble under his breath, until at one point he looked at me and said something to the effect of I have customers to take care of and this will just have to wait. I stood waiting until he finished with the other customers in the store, not saying a word to him because I felt sorry for these customers having to wait and listen to his mumbling. Finally he returned to the problem at hand and after several minutes he slammed down the screw driver and said that it wasnt his fault that someone had taken the screwdriver that was long enough to help him with my problem. He was extremely sarcastic, hateful, and extremely rude and disrespectful. I told him he was being rude and I did not appreciate his attidude. I then left the store, having to carry my own batteries, with one screw missing from the case, and no offer of assistance for help from him. Several points at hand: This store is where I purchased the previous batteries; I am a senior citizen (69 years of age) and should not be expected to carry heavy batteries into and out of the store; and furthermore, another senior lady was purchasing some items and was confused on something of her purchase and I observed this clerk also being rude and very impatient with her. Consequently, I went to a competior who was able to test the old batteries (without removing the case) and replace the dead batteries in a matter of minutes, all at considerably less cost than I had previously paid at Batteries Plus Bulbs. Needless to say, I will no long shop with Batteries Plus Bulbs and will definitely tell anyone who listens what a horrible experience I had and what I observed other customers experiencing.Thank you.

They have a lot of the harder to find batteries however they are way expensive. Go here only if you cant find it locally and dont want to wait to have it shipped to you buying online.

They tested my key fob and didnt recommend changing the battery. This was also a free service.
