Their batteries are of good quality. I particularly want to give credit to the gentleman Jesse. He helped me clean and replace my old car battery, much appreciated! Though Costco sells its products, I prefer to purchase directly from their sides because of the warranty and convenience. This is the store I will re-visit and recommend to others in Norman!

Service was professional and well informed. Even suggest I didnt need a new battery but it was not charged properly Staff gave me a loner so I could get to work and handle my weekend without worrying. I came back and they switched out batteries and even put it in for me. I recommend them to anybody. Excellent customer service. Will be a customer for life. Thanks for the help.

Negative five star rating! Do not buy anything here. Lots of reputable places to buy a car battery. Questionable business with shady employees. The following happened to me twice: In 2017, I had a battery failing to start my vehicle and took it here for warranty and they said no problem found. After my vehicle wouldnt start again, I then took that battery to a Napa Auto Parts and Advance Auto Parts and both said the battery was bad. I went back to Interstate and when confronted, they decided to warranty the battery. Now in 2019, same thing happened in an almost identical manner at the same store. This time I may sue them for failure to honor their warranty. May collect a lot more than a battery cost. Their battery failed again and again they said it was good. I have documentation that 2 other automotive stores said the battery was bad.

I buy a lot of batteries at this store. They have an excellent selection and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. They are not the cheapest batteries. They are very reliable car batteries. They can also rebuild battery packs for things like tools and radios which is really awesome when you have an item in need.I haven’t been disappointed with anything I’ve bought here except for the 9v batteries those were a little cheesy.If you have an oddball battery or special need this is where I would go.

After 7 years it was a good time to replace the Intestate battery in my hot rod, even though the old battery still worked fine. Good, fast service. No complaints.

I have purchased many types of batteries and other products from this location. Really love the staff member. Today iam buying a motorcycle batteries for a large motorcycle. I really trust there products and will continue to but from this location.

I needed to replace the battery in my jeep, and called around other places, they wanted around $180 for it. Was told by a friend to give them a call and they quoted me $160, and also told me they sold used batteries for $40-$45.Went in and bought a used(1 year) battery for $40. The guy working the counter offered to come outside and swap the battery out for me, but I couldnt drive my jeep there, so he went and got the battery. Really nice and polite guy. From now on Im going here to buy my batteries even though there is an Autozone and Oreilys walking distance from my house.

They do not back there batterys when something goes wrong 1 year old battery and they wouldnt warranty it out took it in 4 times to be charged and checked never got a new battery every time and that was the problem with the vehicle the whole time stay away ...
