Ive called and left 2 messages trying to get in for service- no call back. I just called and a receptionist answered and said that theyre just overwhelmingly busy and that she could physically go over there and stand until someones free (I did not appreciate the patronizing attitude) I understand companies have busy moments, however, my messages were left last week. I bought my vehicle at Zeck, and was hoping to go to the dealership in Norman rather than drive to Purcell, but it looks like Ill continue going to Zeck. Sorry Reynolds, I was hoping for better results.
