Good people there. I got my phone repaired and still having issues with my screen. 3D touch doesn’t work and when switching apps it bugs out. I currently don’t have time to go in and get it fixed wish i didn’t have this problem.

James n Kimberly went out of their way to help us. Did not push for me to purchase a more expensive phone. Took their time explaining all features n functions of the new device n offered to set it up for me. I will definitely go back to this store for any future needs.

I love this place! The owners are very friendly and do great work! I have bought many things from them and they are always very efficient and kind. Their products are in excellent shape and they have so much to choose from too. They have apple watches, iPads, phones, chargers… This is my “go to” store! Great place!

I was very pleased with the Norman WSA store. Unfortunately during the replacement of my old iPad battery the home button switch was damaged. When I took it back to the store they discovered their error, but accidentally damaged my screen. They readily admitted it was their problem and within two days replaced my old iPad Pro 9.7” series 7 with cellular and 128K memory with a slightly newer iPad Pro 9.7” series 8 model with the same memory and cellular service.Accidents can happen anytime an iPad is opened up for repair. It takes a quality business to readily admit their error and quickly fix the issue to a customer’s satisfaction. WSA in Norman has earned my trust and I highly recommend this business.

Bought a used phone, knowing the risks.Attempted to get phone activated and had several issues, both through setting up phone myself and through the service providers store (Not WSA).Reached out to WSA and he called and had another phone brought to Norman store.THAT phone activated with ease.Great service, fair pricing and I would highly recommend them.He called the next day to make sure I didnt have any issues with the second phone.If youre in the market for a used phone, they should be your store of choice.

Fixed my phone battery for $20 in less than 30 minutes. They were nice people, the store was clean and well organized, and I will definitely use them again for any issues I face in the future.

I needed my phone fixed, so I went on Yelp and looked for places nearby. I put in a form about what the deal was and they gave me an amazing price. I rode my bike to their shop to get it fixed. Although it took a little bit longer than expected, it was totally chill and Im glad we were able to find the lil culprit of the problem. Super sweet people. They even gladly allowed me to bring my bike in the shop. Now, not only do I have a phone thats LCD isnt ruined and covering have of the screen; the body of my phone isnt cracked or scratched, my camera looks beautiful again, and my phone is way more responsive. All for 100 bucks. I really appreciate yall, seriously, thank you. You made a 17 year old very happy yesterday.

Bought a Samsung A51 here. Top of the line customer service. James stayed open late for me because I work late hours. Doesnt get any better than that. Plus I case I got with the phone was not to my liking. He replaced it with another at no cost. Love this place!!
