I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but the girl who was working today was so sweet and she color matched me for foundation and she truly just felt like a homie helping out. This location Norman Oklahoma never has what I need in stock or no longer sale that product. It is sad....love the one at Penn Square Mall but it is to far for me to drive. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HERE go to Ulta instead. Sephora needs a free standing store in Norman with the customer service as good as the one at PennSquare Mall. I love there online shopping app. But prefer to shop in person and usually will buy more at a store.

Heather was SO helpful and super nice!! She deserves a raise/bonus!! 😉 I needed help with various product suggestions and she was so knowledgeable, even compared to my already extensive make-up product knowledge. The store itself was out of quite a few products and, of course, doesn’t carry everything a standalone Sephora does.. But I expected this. Over all, I highly recommend this location. Make sure you ask for Heather, she’s the tall blonde. 💖

Always have a great experience in this Sephora! Two employees in particular are always going above and beyond! Red hair girl and the others blonde (You would know who I was talking about if she was working 😂) only downside is people take the sample sizes 🙄 That is not their fault, obviously. 5/5 anyhow!
