If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I have tried to switch my prescriptions to this store for 3 months. The in store, drive through and phone customer service is horrible. I will be contacting their corporate office.

Its convenient because it is close to my house but the lines are always so long and they take forever!! Longest lines ever, I have been trying to get my prescription for a week and everytime I show up I sit forever and it sucks. Ive been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes now and the car at the window still hasnt moved..

I shouldve read the reviews before going so I wouldnt have expected some level of customer service! As other reviewers have stated, customer service is non existent at this location. Do yourself a favor, save the headache that I now have, go somewhere else!. I guess the mentality at this store is you should feel privileged we even acknowledge you let alone provide any help! Never will I be back!

Had my prescriptions called in 2 weeks ago. They still can’t find them. I tried to have my prescriptions transferred to this location as well. Guess who still can’t find them? Yep! I finally talked to someone who claimed to be a manager and she hung up on me when I got upset because it’s been 2 weeks! Filed a complaint with corporate and won’t be going back

Literally took 38 minutes if standing in line with 5 other people to buy one item. No one had more than 3 items on their hand. The lady up front was working photo and front counter. No manager in sight, and the lady kept calling for help, and no one showed up. This Walgreens is ran so poorly, its dirty, and its grossly understaffed, and management doesnt do their job at all.

The pharmacy is very incompetent. I recently transferred to this pharmacy and haven’t been able to get my prescription for over a month because their staff forgot to put in my dr’s ID# or something- i don’t know the whole ordeal, it’s very confusing. I had my Dr’s office call them and fix the situation, but i’m still being charged for my medication according to the walgreens app. Don’t even get me started about how difficult it is to actually get ahold of any of the staff because of the automated phone message system. At this point it’s getting ridiculous, i’ve tried everything I could possibly do and they just aren’t doing anything about it!

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I made an appointment to get a covid test had the appointment all set up and showed up. Followed all instructions and was told after waiting 25 minutes for them to find my appointment that since I made it same day it wasn’t in their system. They said they could see it but it wasn’t valid. I already don’t feel well which is why I was getting the covid test in the first place. I will NEVER recommend Walgreens to anyone ever again. I made my appointment 6-7 hours before I was supposed to be there. Nobody gets a covid test just because. Thanks for making a bad day worse Walgreens #awfulcustomerservice #noloveforwalgreens

The ONLY reason I go to this pharmacy is because it is 3 minutes from my house. I ALWAYS call to make sure my prescriptions are ready before coming. Very rarely answer the phones, and when they do they’re extremely rude, after being on hold for more than 20 minutes. Not only do they never have my prescriptions ready, after calling to make sure, they always tell me I have to come back, and when I do for some unknown reason my prescriptions are NOT ready. Save yourself the struggle and go to a pharmacy farther away

Employees are nice enough, but the service is absolutely the worst! Over the last 6 months 3 times their automated confirmation system called me to inform me to come pick up my prescriptions only to be told when I arrived that they didnt know anything about it. On one occasion I was told by a live person to come pick up my Rx. When I arrived at the window after waiting behind several cars I was told it wasnt quite ready come back in a few minutes...and they told me that four more times! Hour and a half. Do not do business here!

In May this pharmacy provided me with a different brand of prescription than what I usually get. The brand did not work for me. I contacted the pharmacy and they were able to fill my prescription with my usual brand. I went back in June and they gave me my prescription along with someone elses. I called and they confirmed that they did in fact give me someone elses prescription. Then in July they again gave me the incorrect brand. I will be taking my business else where.

Absolutely hate the fact that the store is open later than the pharmacy. Ive shown up at Walgreens to get an RX and the pharmacy is closed two hours before the store, very upsetting. And every Walgreens I have ever been too never has enough pharmacists to handle the amount of patients that need rxs. Please hire enough pharmacists to take care of us in a timely manner. Also all of the drive thrus are a mess. Please update your drive through.

It took an hour for me to get my second vaccine shot for COVID. I couldn’t tell if it was because people were working slow or if they were understaffed. Either way it was a ridiculously long wait and I felt bad for the cashier was an awesome guy but he was the only person on duty. Major staffing issues.

I love waiting 30-40 mins in the pharmacy drive thru after work every single time I need a prescription. I have absolutely nothing better to do. I don’t know why I even bother with the drive thru anymore, parking and going in is SO MUCH FASTER. Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy if you don’t like to waste your time, energy and gas in a pharmacy drive thru.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to the pharmacy, long story short they couldnt figure out how to enter my insurance so it would cover me. Twice they said they would call my insurance and never did, after a week I went to Walmart to have the script transferred and sure enough, done deal Im all set! Dont waste a week like I did. They all were friendly enough but seemed overworked and too busy for good customer service. (BTW I do not know anyone who works at Walmart nor do I have any family members who work at Walmart)

I do understand the weather is crazy and I appreciate you being open. What I don’t appreciate is the fact that because the insurance was having issues that you didn’t have to be rude tell me to call the insurance to see when insurance would be back up. Do you personally know what I been through to even get the script sent because the other Walgreens electric was off. Need to learn customer service better..

I really hate they are the only people that do passport photos because they are always rushing you and they dont do a good job. Cassandra was rude and acted as though she wanted to be anywhere but in the photo department. Lucky for me I was able to use an app and get a much better quality photo. Walgreens needs to update their equipment and get more patient people in the photo dept.

When you send an email message saying an order has been fulfilled, please be sure the order is actually fulfilled. More often than not when I have arrived to pick up a curbside order from this store, I wind up discovering the order has not been fulfilled (by phoning the store). Also, in many cases, there were multiple items that were stated as being fulfilled that were actually out of stock.

Extremely poor customer service in the Pharmacy. Almost never has the prescribed medicines in stock. I coordinated with my regular pharmacist at The Medicine Shoppe in Shawnee to have my post operative meds prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy since I was not allowed to drive after going under anesthesia. The Medicine Shoppe was more than willing to transfer the prescriptions, however a Tech at this Walgreens Pharmacy gave me the lame excuse that they could not accept the prescription from The Medicine Shoppe since they were not a Walgreens affiliate. I recommend anyone using Walgreens pharmacies to do themselves a huge favor and find a locally owned & operated pharmacist to do.business with - locally owned pharmacicsts genuinely have their customers best interest at heart. I will never visit another Walgreens after this experience.

Just not a pleasant place to do anything, especially the pharmacy. Have had so many issues with them not getting orders correct and also completely billing insurance incorrectly (thats a huge pain). They also have no clue how to do flu shots and waits always seem incredibly long. No longer going here and moving to CVS instead.

Worst pharmacy ever! You never can get through to a human, automated system says my RX can’t be found, tried for 3 weeks to get RX filled because ins won’t allow me to fill elsewhere! Now, I’m out of meds & still having issues getting it filled! Have called & called, put on hold with someone picking the line up several times without saying anything; & after 25 min of waiting on hold, they picked up the line only to hang it up on me! Then, they were closed! Also, every time I’ve gone into the pharmacy, staff is so rude and disrespectful! Outrageous!

This pharmacy is worse than any Ive used. Staff is rude and either unwilling to be helpful or maybe they dont have the training. They actually filled my familys prescription with the wrong med label.Dangerous! Weve almost got everything moved to another pharmacy and once thats finished, we wont EVER use this store again.Anyone who uses this pharmacy should know to not be surprised if you dont wind up with the correct amount to follow doctor orders. We have been short on several prescriptions. No one thinks they need to actually COUNT their meds in front of the pharmacist to ensure accuracy.....but HERE, beware.

Waited in line for 40 minutes in drive through for a script that was called in... with a sick 6 month old with me(rx was for her)...finally got to window and they said it would be another 20 before the rx was ready but the staff would be on lunch at that time (which is fine everyone should have their breaks). Left and came back 4 hours later and waited in line another 30 minutes to finally pick up our rx... all the while watching people drop off new prescriptions and get them filled while they are in the same line!!!! Extend the courtesy to everyone or make everyone come back when their rx is ready. Will never use this Walgreens again... effing joke

We moved our prescriptions from cvs to Walgreens and Jasmine was so helpful. Everything got moved and set up so all our prescriptions will be set up for same day pickup which will be great to make one pick up trip for both of us. She was so helpful and made transition so easy.

I have been having troubles with the pharmacy for 6 months. I go to pick up my meds that I confirmed with the automated system and when I get there it was not filled and not in stock. When I went to get a flu shot the pharmacy was packed with people, the employees did not sanitize anything between customers, it was impossible to social distance, ridiculous. Ive spoken to the manager several times about the pharmacy employees never calling when the is an issue filling my meds and she nor anyone else takes any accountability.

Worst pharmacy of all time, go to the CVS less than a mile away if you can. You will be waiting over 40 minutes even if you have had a prescription already called in!! needed antibiotics and steroids filled and spent over an hour and a half in line to get them filled! Staff seemed lazy and rude throughout.

If there was a way to leave negative stars, I would. The most disorganized pharmacy ever! You cant even drop off a prescription without a 2 hour wait! 7 people working behind the counter, 6 people waiting in line to be helped and absolutely nothing getting done. We are moving all of our familys prescriptions to CVS or anywhere but here. If this was the first time we had problems, it might be different, but it is always like this. Poor management, poor customer service....POOR POOR POOR!!!!!!!

This review is not about the pharmacy themselves because they are always pretty good. Its about the cashiers. On two different days I have had the cashiers be very rude. Im always nice to retail employees because I understand the struggle. I went in last night to have a prescription filled and it took about 40 minutes which was fine, but my nine year old son really needed to use the bathroom. I went to find a associate to let us in the bathroom and she said it had already been cleaned for the night (It was 7pm) she then called her manager who told her that it had been cleaned and that customers couldnt use it. I didnt know how much longer the prescription would take, so my son had to hold it which was really hard for him to do. I dont know but to me this does not seem like great customer service.

I am a nurse at a clinic, I was calling in a prescription for a patient, I was left on hold for 23 minutes only to be answered by a rude pharmacist. I will in the future steer our patients away from this particular pharmacy. I understand that we get busy providing customer service to people who are not always pleasant. But we must always stay professional.PS: I didnt want to give any stars but had to in order to be able to post this review.

This is one of the most awful places in the world. It was convient because it was close, but I would rather spend time in a North Korean concentration camp than go back. I wish I was being hyperbolic. They routinely run out of medicine, consistently mess up orders and you can ALWAYS count on a 30 to 45 minute wait regardless of the situation. So if you like being punched in the face, the nauseating feeling of watching a love one get sicker by the minute, or just in general hate yourself - go here. If thats not you, choose anywhere else.

We’ve used Walgreens’ for years and years. We moved here last year and for the most part, not much of a problem. I warned my wife, if she could help it based on prior experience at ANY Walgreens pharmacy, to never use the drive thru and ALWAYS go inside. However, either drive thru or inside, you’re not going to get your prescriptions less than hour, just saying. One particular medicine we get, our doctor calls it in before we leave. Doesn’t matter, ONE HOUR. The ONLY way to get it on time is using their phone app and getting it the next day. If you compare all locations reviews, they ALL are negative.

I waited on 1 script for an hr. They kept getting scripts ready for people that came in after me. Before I become belligerent I left WITHOUT my kids medicine. They called 20 mins later BUT I was already home in the country. I came back the next day and got stuck in the drive thru for at least 30mins. Something you all are doing IS NOT WORKING! This is why Ive been with DOCTORS PARK PHARMACY FOR OVER A DECADE!

Ive used this pharmacy for several years, usually slow but decent service. I had surgery and my mom went inside to get my prescription. After waiting about 15 minutes on people ahead of her she comes back for my license because they dont have my information on file. Excuse me? Ive used this pharmacy for several years so what dont they have on file? Get back in line for another 15 minute wait and then more garbage putting her on hold and wait. I just had surgery and the Dr. ordered a prescription. Why the hell arent they doing their job and giving me my medicine??

This pharmacy is awful. I received a call my 90 day RX was ready, I get there at 4 and it’s the wrong one. I’m told the right one will be ready by 5:30. I go back at 6:15 and then I’m told it’ll be another 20-30 minutes. I get a call 5 minutes later that it’s ready. I go back up there and then I’m told that I can only get a 30 day RX, which is the one that was ready at 4. They’ve also given me the wrong dosages on my thyroid medication on 2 or 3 different occasions, prolonging testing until I’m on the same dose for at least 2 months. No attention to detail by the pharmacist or pharmacy staff.

Usually I use the one on flood and main. Made a mistake by going there. The pharmacist lady is rude, and does not care about the patients health. Messed up my prescription order and told me I have to wait for one more week if I dont like the idea then I can go there to pick up the prescription and go somewhere else. Disaster. No other word describes them best. When I walked in to get my Cipro the technician immediately replied it is going to cost you more. Then the pharmacist, with an attitude of course, told me mam we dont have brand name and if I order it is not until Monday when you are going to get it. You can get the generic. They made me feel like a moron. I work in a pharmaceutical company. I know the difference between one and the other. Ive learned my lesson .. I went to CVS next block and problem solved.

I always used Walgreens pharmacy but I am strongly considering switching to cvs pharmacy. This pharmacy is SO unbelievably slow. It’s gotten to where I need to give myself 1-2 hours to wait in the line to pick up a prescription. Sometimes they will call and say it’s ready, but then once I arrived it somehow was not really ready, I just don’t understand the confusion. I don’t know what’s going on at this pharmacy. They really need to fix it.. this is important stuff! People need their prescriptions. The pharmacy employees are not very understanding, which I am guessing they are just overwhelmed but it’s not a good situation. Please fix this situation!!
