I had a great experience leading up to my repair last week. Since the technician left and my dishwasher still doesn’t work I’ve tried to contact Mr Appliance through multiple channels (email, phone calls, chats) and I’m unable to get in touch with anyone to come back and resolve the issue. I hope someone will reach out to me to resolve the issue after I spent so much on the failed repair.

They don’t make driers like they used to - it’s a fact of life. Mine is only a few years old but was getting very noisy until it jammed up and wouldn’t spin. Mr.Appliance did a nice job. My repairman, Tyric, was professional, polite, knowledgeable and fast. Definitely recommend.

Our Mr. Appliance technician came right on time and diagnosed the problem with our gas dryer. He had the parts needed to fix it in his truck. He told us how much it would cost to fix before he started. We agreed and he fixed it within an hour. He was also a nice person to talk to. We were very happy with the service we got today.

Over the range microwave died on Saturday night. Schedule an appointment online. Received a call on Sunday confirming the appointment and offered to move the repair up one day due to a cancellation. Technician (Tyric) arrived well within the quoted arrival window. Received emails, text reminders, and a call from the Technician immediately prior to arrival. Repair was quick and straightforward - had to remove the microwave from the mounting, remove the cover, check the 3 door switches, blown fuse, and replacement fuse with a multimeter. Pop in the new fuse. Confirm operation. Cover back on, remount, recheck operation....done! Took roughly 30 mins. I could not be more satisfied. I highly recommend (of note: several local repair shops would not repair a microwave)

Highly recommend Mr. Appliance, they gave me an appt for the next day of my call and stayed in communication regarding the arrival of the technician, who arrived within the specified window. My technician, Shannon, was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure my dryer was working properly & was conscious of getting it fixed quickly and properly. He even provided a coupon for me! These people came to my aid on a Saturday when I had a broken washing machine from 30 years ago. The Service-man Tyric came on the scene diagnosed the problem right away, took the thing apart, went to his truck to retrieve the needed parts, sniped and repaired wires, put the whole thing back together all in record time! Mr. Appliance was a great choice for our repair from the beginning. The woman who scheduled us was very nice and not dismissive as other companies had been when we told them the age and brand of our refrigerator. She scheduled us in a very reasonable amount of time. They were in contact with me via text to confirm appointment and to remind me. They even included a picture of the technician so I knew who to expect. The technician was in touch via phone prior to let me know he was on his way. He was very helpful and very kind. He explained everything he was working on and exactly what my options were. I would absolutely use them again and recommend to others.

Mr. Appliance company was able schedule an appointment within 24 hours ofservice call. They were able to send me a photo of their technician the night prior to service. Shannon was my service person this afternoon. He was friendly, on time and very professional. Shannon was able to explained what happened to my oven and was able to fix it immediately. My price was very reasonable and you have a one year warranty on the new parts. Caution! Extremely Expensive service. I needed a new start knob for my dryer. Even though I knew exactly what the issue was, they require a technician to come out and tell you what you already know for $120.00. They then catch you by giving you an astronomical estimate for the repair. Mine came to $350.00. If you back out, they will still charge you the crazy diagnostic fee, so you literally get stuck. I searched the part online with the serial number and the part cost $25.00. Lesson learned the hard way...UPDATE!- Since I cant respond to Appliance Kings response Ill put it here: You stated a price quote offered to customers in-advance of completed work This is exactly my point. You rip people off with an unnecessarily high diagnostic fee. I had my doubts with this initially and called your office about it. The rep assured me, Id only pay that if I chose not to work with you. So I thought, ok - lets just get my dryer fixed. I never imagined replacing the start knob would cost a little less that the price of a new dryer! You got me good. Nice job. The technicians were fine. I just want to warn my fellow working class neighbors to choose better than I did. SEARS appliance repair is much cheaper. They dont have a diagnostic fee and offer you a 25% off coupon towards a new appliance if they cant repair yours. Go with them (or anyone else) if you need a small fix.

I went with them based on their stellar reviews but I was the unlucky one. I had an open window appointment of 10-12 and my tech came at 2. Looked at my washer for 10 mins and deemed new control panel was needed because it wont go into diag mode. He then told me to call Samsung directly for warranty work. I asked how much it would be if its not covered by warranty and quoted me almost $700 for parts and labor. When Samsung tech came, they were able to do a test mode without going into diag mode and found out its a different issue than what Mr. Appliance told me. Im out $120 plus tax for their faulty diagnosis, wasted half of my day, and for 10 mins of their work to tell me that control panel didnt work (which I already knew). I would recommend to call several other places to get some general idea of the issue before agreeing to their no refundable useless diagnosis fee. BTW, their receptionist is really cool tho.

I filled this out once. It went nowhere!!! Was told I would receive an electronic statement/receipt. Never got it. Only negative was that the vent hose was not reattached. I had to reattach it. Was not an easy job due to the tight position of the unit.

My Bosch washing machine wouldnt drain. I called Mr. Appliance and they were able to get me scheduled for the very next day. The technician was early (yes, EARLY!) And was able to fix it quickly. The price was a little more than what I was hoping for ($244 for 20 minutes of labor, no parts.) But the technician was professional, efficient and effective.

The tech was able to diagnosis the problem very quickly. He had to order parts for the repair. I had to schedule a second appointment for the work. I was disappointed that two parts were replaced, mostly because I think it was a shortcut in determining the actual failed component. However, the tech was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. The charges for the repair were higher than I initially expected, but I needed my freezer fixed. One downside, the tech did not clean up after his visit was complete, and seemed to be in a rush to get to his next appointment.

Worst experience I ever had!!! First i had the technician come in to the house with the part in hand (igniter $14.00 cost on line) He looked at the stove told me it would be 475.00 i told him i could not pay that so he dropped it to 428.00.I said its still to hi, he explained Samsung parts are expensive and the part wasnt even a Samsung. He then told me the part should be put on if not ill smell gas, why I let him i dont know. I then called Mr Appliance two days later and heard every excuse why it was so hi but no body reached out to me I had to call them. The receptionist said they would not cash my check till they investigate but they did cash it immediately. I made several calls till i spoke with a, manager Rich Gloskey who stated yes he over priced you and we will refund some of the money back and I will speak to the technician This company is so overpriced and still trying to scam people. The technicians are on commission so they are trying to get every dollar they can. If you use this place beware they are not a five star i give them a 0. If this is the only company available to fix my stove i will starve The manager Rich Gloskey just kept saying we guarantee the part for a year, the manufacture already does that..

Unit has worked correctly even since.Apparently the French door Samsung refrigerators had a design flaw in the 3 year old model I bought. Dont waste your time trying to contact them, their reps dont know what theyre talking about.

Checking the reviews online, I called in Mr. Appliance for my REFRIGERATOR REPAIR technician was scheduled and he arrived up on time and he looked around fridge in few minutes and determined that compressor is not working.. he did not check or diagnose any part behind the fridge just pulled the fridge forward by a feet and checked from side.. his recommendation - to check if there is issue with compressor itself he has to order other parts and with labor it would cost $600and if compressor still doesnt work then replace compressor which would cost $1400.. There was no point in repairing here but had to pay HIGH DIAGNOSIS FEE of 111 (105+ tax).. This diagnosis fee is too high just for quick visual inspection of the appliance and so the rating . To justify this diagnosis fee, I was expecting technician to do physical inspection as visually even I was able to make out that no humming noise means compressor is not working..

My freezer stopped working at night and someone came out the very next day. It was a Sub-Zero built-in with an overlay so, after figuring out the issue, Darnell took the time to learn about how to repair it while waiting for the parts to come in. It took 2 days to fix it, but he was able to come out first thing each morning, and it was literally no inconvenience to me. The last time I had this unit fixed some years ago, the repairmen tore it out of the wall and I had to replace the overlay and trim, as well as completely emptying the contents of the entire unit. Darnell knew how to repair it in place, so I simply emptied the contents of the freezer, which I had to do anyway since it was no longer cooling, and the fridge contents stayed intact. I also learned a lot. What a difference from the first experience Id had. Id recommend this company and Darnell to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful. My assigned technician, Darnell, was extremely capable and knowledgeable. I was able to make an appointment for immediate attention for my noisy refrigerator (a bad evaporator motor)--SAME DAY I CALLED (a Friday) and, while I was told the part might take a week to come in, it came in several days early. Darnell was able to fix it on TUESDAY! While I am a renter, I will definitely recommend Mr. Appliance of K of P to my landlord and to my friends who need timely, expert help with a broken appliance.

The repair technician Gary was prompt, courteous and evaluated my washers issues. Gary took the time to explain and show me the issues. The washer was to old to repair because the parts are not made any more and can not be obtained. If they were available it would cost up to $900.00. So either way the best thing to do is replace. Gary also showed me how to better care for the appliance, what to look for in a new appliance. Thank you Gary and thank you Mr Appliance for sending a knowledgeable technician.
