I would like to recognize Mark in the plumbing department. He was very helpful and very patient with me. He took the time to answer questions that I had, and helped me find the items I needed. That made my experience great!
Great experience as usual. Store is clean. Employees are helpful. Lines move fast even when busy. My usual Home Depot that I visit at least a couple times a week for awhile now for various types of purchases.
I had flooring installed, and now awaiting a garage door. the employees are nice /very helpful- if you can get a person on the phone. I call the store and there will be no answer at all, or i get transferred around several times. When I call them the static on the line (just them) makes it hard to talk.
We visited the store on a Saturday morning which Im sure is a very busy time. We asked 4 different people to assists us with cutting wood. No one would help until an older gentleman that worked in hardware tried to find someone, When he was unable to find someone. He came over and helped us. We were in the hardware section a short period later and he assisted us with 2 additional concerns, He is the true meaning of customer service. I think his name was BIll but I am sorry to say that I am not sure of this. I really hope managerment sees this review and gives him the props that he deserves!!!
All what you expect from an Home Depot… all you want DIY material and helpful staff to go with it!
I had an issue with a delivery from a different Home Depot (that was farther away from me) and Don in Customer Service took the time to really listen to the details of my problem even though I was so frazzled over the phone. He suggested a solution that was timely and got my moneys worth. He was so helpful even though it was a solution that was out of the ordinary (since we needed the materials for the project quickly!)I arrived in store to make an exchange and Don remembered me and the solution. He and Nick T helped tremendously! I did have to wait a while for them to bring the replacement back out, but that was because they were looking for a quality replacement! I really appreciate their help. It went from a very stressful situation to great service that will not be forgotten!
I switched one of the sinks water with pee im not going to tell you which one though you have to find out also another i filled another sink with soap and a soap dispencer with water anyways pretty cool place
Paid big money (for me) for their highest end gas grill that included delivery and assembly. I asked the delivery guys if they could carry it up the steps on the back deck (which did NOT involved going in my house) and they said no due to Covid and just left it in the driveway. Now I have a giant 150+ lb fully assembled grill that is very heavy and awkward to move and dont know how Im going to be able to get it on the deck. My small wife cant help and I dont have any strong friends that live nearby. I guess Ill have to pay someone to move it. Wish the sales rep would have told us that. If it werent already assembled and still in several boxes I could have easily gotten it up the narrow deck steps. Called the manager Jay who was not helpful and his only solution was to return it. Overall really bad experience. We just had a couch delivered and they brought it in the house without us even having to ask.
Went to Home Depot to grab a few needed items for a huge few home projects I’m working on I love Home Depot really do their employees are always helpful and don’t mind at all not to just tell you where an item is located but actually take the time to stop what they’re doing and walk you over to it though just like many other stores doing the cove at 19 pandemic their website might say that they have a few items left in stock when really they don’t have any of them like I said it’s not just Home Depot it’s many retail stores so I would suggest if you look on their site and they do say that they have it in stock you might wanna call before you drive down there just to make sure or the heck with it take a ride anyway you’ll probably be like me and even if I’m only there for one or two things it’s like a toy store I end up filling up half my cart with great interesting products that even if I don’t use right away I will definitely be able to use later for either home projects or whatever I may be doing at the time they allow service dogs as well they might allow dogs that aren’t service dogs but I know service dogs are welcome they always are having amazing deals on certain items at certain times yes other stores do as well but from what I can gather and what I’ve seenHome Depot always seems to be the others prices even if it’s by a few cents and like I said their employees are very outgoing and willing to help more so than other stores like this so next time you stop by the Home Depot I hope your experiences is as good as mine is every time I go
Did curbside pickup: used the button on the confirmation email to let them know I arrived. The order was brought out within a few minutes. He loaded it in back of the car, and I was out of there again in less than 15 minutes total. Great experience.Just a caution: the parking lot design is terrible. Low visibility at the end of the aisles for cars because they have bushes right on the end. Ive seen many close calls.

First electric wheelchair kept giving me whiplash so I got a second chair that died almost immediately. Time to upgrade these old chairs guys so disabled people can shop, too.

They keep changing vendors so you can never match the original purchase, or the shade is different. you have to hunt down someone to get any help in their aisles. They claim theyre primarily for contractors but were contractors and theyre not available to help. They dont have products we need, they are not a hardware store, most of their wood is warped, poor quality in my opinion, and real corporations use this stuff?! They dont have enough knowledge in each department, the only way you can make a reasonable purchases by using their store card which has extremely high interest rate.

My costumer service experience at the return desk was A+++ Neena and Mark were incredibly patient with my husband and I. We had many items left from our home renovation and they were kind enough to take their time with us so we could get our money back. That speaks high volumes for their costumer service support. The store itself is always clean and the staff members have always been very kind and friendly.
The man mixing the paint is unpleasant to interact with. I needed another gallon of what I bought at a different HD store and walked in with the paint card and finish information. It should have been much simpler and easygoing. Typically I shop at Lowes but I was stuck on a Behr color which is why I had to come here instead.

Never have exactly what I want. Most times I end up going to Lowes which has a better selection of everything. Home Depot manipulates its stock of products to their advantage not the customer.
My husband and I shop at this store frequently. We have never had an issue. Recently we decided to fix up some walls in the house meaning we needed the same paint as before. Luckily we still had the paint can with paint color, etc. He went to the store Sunday 4-26-20 and got a quart, the person must have messed up because it’s clearly NOT the same paint color. My husband went back today 4-27-20 to tell someone it was made incorrectly and the woman at the paint desk was literally telling myHusband he was wrong and it’s all correct. She was giving him so much attitude and being plain rude. It’s no way to treat a customer at all. He was simply trying to get the mistake corrected from the previous day.

I ordered a stacked laundry center in-store but when the (very rude) delivery employee arrived, he looked at my space and informed me that the appliance might be too big. I did measure but ok, my mistake so I refused delivery. That very same day I went into the store of purchase and had them process the return. I was refunded for the hoses, delivery charge and haul away at the time of my visit but was told the actual appliance refund of $1,100 would come from the manufacturer within a couple of business days.Two weeks have passed and no refund. I have called the store several times and no one seems to know what is going on. I called their corporate office and was left on hold for 27 minutes so I hung up. As a last resort, I had to file a dispute with my bank for a provisional credit to my credit card. The bank will work with H.D. to collect the refund.I normally do not write bad reviews but this is unacceptable.

Very clean, shelves well organized and abundant selection. There wasnt anyone greeting or near the doors which was unusual for a Home Depo experience. The team member who did help us out was very friendly and approachable. He admitted to being newer but really tried to help us out, even walked with us to the aisle to ensure he gave us correct directions!
I dont mind loading the 80 concrete bags by myself.but the cashier shouldnt hand me the receipt an say good luck .Do you need help seems more appropriate.

Home depot always has everything you need and they do a military discount
Home Depot keeps getting worse and worse. If you get returns, you should verify that all the parts are still in the box. Spending time to buy something, get it home and get everything out only to find a major piece missing and they wont just order and send you the part. No you have to rebox it and return it, I am guessing so they can put it back out on the shelf for the next sap to go through the same ordeal. Guess that is why ordering online is so much better. Missing something, theyll just send you the part. It truly is sad how things are in this country today

My boyfriend loves this store and I think hes lucky to have found a woman who likes using tools. Christmas I got a bunch of tools, a scroll saw that Im going to cut names out of wood and other things. Bought some wood here at the West Norriton Home Depot because its cheaper than the Home Depot in Lebanon where I live.
My only problem here is I want so many items.
I really like going to HD, but due to it being the holiday season now it was so busy!! Other than that the store was clean and there were tons of associates available to assist me. They had some pretty good deals going on as well. Great spot for handyman as well as weekend warriors.
This trip was to return unused materials from a project Id been doing, and I had the receipt for some, and others they looked up using the credit card Id used. Very easy and straight forward. In and out in 5 minutes.
This is my favorite Home Depot. The staff are extremely helpful and the store is very well stocked. Employees go out of their way to find you what you need by leading you to find it instead of spitting out some random location and expecting you to be able to find it yourself. They also help with online orders and custom purchases.

Selection of annuals in the garden section was poor during this visit.

I worked with Nick Zubrzycki, one of the store supervisors. I had 3 different items I was looking to buy. He help me with all three without trying to oversell me. He asked me questions to find out what my uses were for each item. I will definitely go to this location again and work with him.

I have been coming to this store for years but not anymore. Emplyees do not seem to care about customers. I asked for help to find paint for my floor and got an attitude.
Online order late -- I gave up and bought it separately in-store. Six people all standing together at the Customer Service desk instead of handling online orders.

Writing this as I have waited 50+ minutes for someone to help me locate a sander the Home Depot ap says is in stock. Apparently the team isn’t cross trained to know how to assess inventory levels outside of their department. I am walking out as I await the 3rd person who should be able to help. Wish I could give negative stars.

What can I say home depot is home depot. Although I have noticed at this particular one since it is the one I go to almost all of the time, the employees are blocking some aisles talking to each other instead of pulling it over to the side to let customers move more freely around the aisles. And the ones that do the blocking have to be the most overweight employees that can block the entire aisle, but they dont move put of the way!? Of course unless you blurt out excuse me...although I dont think I should be the one who needs to excuse themselves, since I am, after all, the customer. And although I am not always right, I am still the customer.Anyway, I can usually find what I need on my own. Like I said its home depot after all, the DIY store right?Thanks!
Ordered product for store pickup. Was told it would be ready when I went to store I was told by CS that it was there but no one from receiving to check it in and that it would not be ready the next day either. When I got home I called home Depot CS and they put me in touch with a Manager who said she could check it in and I could pick it up the next day. The next day I arrived and used curbside pickup, I checked in, no one else in curbside, it took over 30 minutes before the item was brought out. This store has horrible customer service go elsewhere, I will certainly take my business elsewhere.

I placed an order a week ago and the day before delivery the store just canceled my order. No notification no sorry no explanation. I called the online service and spent an hour on hold then got transferred to a manager who didn’t apologize just said we don’t have it we won’t put your order on back order and canceled. I spent some money on this order and spent money in the past not anymore. I’ll go to the mom and pop shops and drive farther away just because of the piss poor attitude from senior management no sorry no nothing.
Very pleasant store atmosphere which probably filters down from store management. Was asked several times if I needed help. Two actually went out of the way to do so. Garden Department was full with all kinds of plants. Got my Mr Lincoln rose so Im set...at least for today.
