Please, tell me how a phone store has no phones that I ask for? So I get my own phone to bring in and they have no SIM cards. Are you kidding me?!?!

Very unprofessional African American woman was working alone. I gave her 2 chances...each experience was the same. Very nasty disposition about herself. I don’t know who the regional manager is, but they need to take a close look at the hourly employees. That’s the face of the company...and as of recently...it’s not a good look.
Never has any newer phones yet the sales reps constantly have them and when they do get a shipment its sits in the store for 2days before being told o that phone we never got in this order ... For the same owner to own all 6 local locations and all to have the same exact issue is seems its poor ownership...
We came from out of town, and I forgot to grab my phone charger on the way out because I figured I had both of my kids and didnt need anything else. By the end of the day, my phone was not going to have enough juice to use the GPS to get home. I wish I would have got the employees name who helped us because he was great. I have the galaxy s8 and therefore have a different charger than every other phone on the planet and couldnt find it anywhere else we stopped. The employee figured out what charger I needed, and even tested it on my phone in store to ensure it worked because the store has a no refund policy; all without us asking. We dont even have service through metro pcs.
The most mismanaged store Ive ever been to they are never open on time the salesperson told to go to cricket i couldnt believe she said it so asked to repeat what she said and she did the owner needs to wake up

As of 3 days ago Im no longer a customer . The gentleman behind the counter gets worse and worse with every visit . You can tell he has job security bc he is very comfortable by his decreasing customer service skills . I would love to say many more things but I just went to a different company and found someone who wants my buisness . I guess metro NMB and A have all the customers they can handle and didnt need my buisness .

The representative was rude to my and my mother and he looked far from professional . My job most of the time is being an interpreter, I dont need to get a nasty look for translating in Spanish.
