Austin was the expert that helped me. He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and had superb customer service! My experience was absolutely wonderful! He answered all of my questions, had a great attitude, and knew exactly what he was doing and talking about. Truly a customer for life and I will always recommend Austin to everyone. I’m surprised austin isn’t a manager with the qualities and skills he has. He’s obviously a great fit for that type of position. He was just all around great, I will definitely be coming back to see austin with all of my t-mobile needs.

I purchased a phone July 4. Took it home played with it for a day and realized that I no longer want the phone. I decided to contact sprint/T-mobile. I was informed that if I returned my phone within 30 days I could get my money back. I returned the phone July 8. Today is August 30 and I have received nothing. I have spoke with numerous representatives I literally called about 20 times and they all have said the same thing you will receive your money in a week. I have received nothing. 143.00 dollars may not be a lot to most people but its a lot to me. I just cant afford to just give it away due to covid I struggle with finances just like most people. Its sad that Sprint/T-mobile is STEALING from customers that no longer want there service. All Im asking is to PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY. Its going on 2 months and you been received your product.

This review is more for Sprint in general rather than this specific store, but the store would not help me with my situation. So consider this a warning to anyone considering Sprint for any reason.I cannot possibly express how horrible my experience with Sprint has been. I have NEVER had such dishonest dealings in my life. In November 2017 I opted for a promotional offer of trading my iPhone 6 for an iPhone X. In exchange for the trade I was to receive half off the price of my rental phone for 18 months, totaling $320 in credit. For over a year they continued to charge me full price, despite MANY attempts on the phone as well as on chat to make them give me the promised credit. Finally, two months before my contract was up, they started giving me the credit. At that point, my remaining credit due was $269 and the purchase price for the phone was $249. I asked that they give me credit in a lump sum and let me buy the phone. They gave me the lump sum, but charged me the full $269 instead of $249 for the phone. In addition, they kept charging me for the rental for the last two months, despite the fact that the phone was now paid for. When I called them to correct this, they “credited” the overcharged amount to a bill that I had ALREADY PAID! Basically they took a $100 bill that I had paid, changed the amount due after the fact and still pocketed the extra money! No refund was issued to the debit card! SO DISHONEST!!!! Then when I requested to have my phone unlocked so that I could change providers, they claimed that $109 was “past due” on my account. Well my account had been on auto pay and was completely up to date. They claimed that charge was for June and was 30 days past due. Please explain how the June bill can be 30 days past due in May?!?! Despite the fact the whole thing was completely dishonest, I paid the bill so they would unlock my phone and I could be done with this company once and for all. That was 2 weeks ago and they have STILL not unlocked my phone and now they have cut off my service and I’m without a way to use my phone for 3-5 business days while I wait for them to do what they were supposed to do in the first place. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER get Sprint, and if they have it, they should get out before they are treated this way.

Larry, Kwasi, and the whole gang were great to work with. My phone had died and I couldnt get it to come back on- they gave it a shot but it was no go. So got hooked up with new phone and was back on the road in a short time. Knowledgeable and fun, you should go see these guys!

Literally the worlds worst experience in our cell phone lives! Customer relations in the North Myrtle Beach store is a JOKE! From the day we walked in the store back in January of 2019 until this afternoon we have had nothing but lies and bs from the the reps in that store. Most recent was a trade in for an I phone 6s for an I phone 11. Basically, they STOLE our 6s on the trade and we have been getting changed monthly. Trying to get anyone to help us has been an absolute nightmare. Thank God for the BBB as well as a lawyer.I implore you, unless you want! to get angry by a scruffy looking kid, stay away not only from Sprint but this store particularly. Very shady

My man Kwasi was the absolute man, he told us the truth, his opinion, all of his advice has been amazing. He spent like 2 hours with me and my indecisive wife, and didnt seem irritated or bored at all. If you go in here, make sure you talk to Kwasi, he will 100% give you the best experience youve ever had in a phone store.

This is a very long story of my experience so I am going to make this very short as possible. I have been with Sprint 7 years and was with the Murrels Inlet store 6 years the GM there was most excellent. Larry the GM did provide me with some good service when I was pressured into a series 5 iPhone watch by Quazi. I said 5 times I did not want it only to upgrade to iPhone 11 as I upgrade phone each year. Larry fixed these issue. The story, as I mentioned goes on and on and when Larry’s quick fixes did not work when my Apple 5 defective watch that fell off the back of a truck according to Sprints Assurian insurance because non of the serial numbers matched the box Larry sold me the receipt Larry gave me or the watch he paired to my new phone so I was not covered and have no ability to use the defective watch. FurtherMore when I went back the final time (I made 4 trips totaling 400 miles from home to store on top of hours of calls and filling out insurance forms to tell Larry the General Manager what happened he was off that day even tho we was also off the day before on Tuesday. I was very quiet and sat at a table while Quazi said he called Larry from a back room and that Larry would be back tomorrow come back then. I said I could not drive another 100 miles could I touch base by phone? I also asked for the phone number of who is above Larry or corporate and was told by Quazi we don’t give that out ever it’s a private owner who owns 5 locations. He then said in front of his co-worker, also male and black I was the only white person in the store- that the cameras were being watched and Larry said I could get up and leave or the police would be phoned . I asked why would the police be phoned I was quiet and asking for someone above Larry because the situation had gone from bad to worse and really due to young Quazi who had sold me everything on his second day on the job there . He said “I’ve been told to call the police on you” I stood and left and I never received even a phone call from store manager Larry the next day. I would sincerely like the person above Larry to reach out to me if possible unless there is no corporate and there is no person. I also had to drop my insurance on the defective watch and called Sprint direct for fear of even telephoning the store from the threats I received . My request is if someone would like to contact me above Larry to find out what happened I have the paperwork from Assurion insurance and all proof on my phone and I have proof saying the watch is fraudulent . I will go back to using another store because Larry no longer wanted to be bothered with me according to young Quazi who said Mr. Larry said just call the police on her . Too bad. I liked Larry personally. It’s a mess of a situation and I blame it on the young man who is a con artist when his proper management isn’t standing over him. I’m very dissatisfied with the end result of my treatment At this time. I would like a call from the owner or cooperate or a place to write my grievance with the exact details of the experience and lies that were fed to me. No one has a problem at sprint taking my 140 a month for 7 years monthsAfter month. No color in that except green. VERY SHADY store . Do not use this Sprint store. Pick anyone but this one. REPORTING TO BBB AND ATTORNEY.

Worst customer service experience EVER. While the support staff is friendly and hard-working, the manager of this store (Jessica Hunt) is a customer service train wreck. I came to her with a problem seven weeks ago, and she STILL has been unable to get it resolved, because, quite simply, she doesnt care.. She is rude, abrasive, and, judging by her inability to fix a simple issue, incompetent as well. Do your business elsewhere. I gave this one star, only because Montel and Austin were good guys and hard workers, who tried their best to help. Ms. Hunt on the other hand, needs to be sent back to Customer Service 101. If her Regional Director sees this, please feel free to contact me, so I can tell you the horrible things that were said to me by her. You would be shocked. I know I was.

Absolutely friendly and down-to-earth staff, frustratingly scripted outserviced customer services, and horrible cell reception/data around the NMB, Little River, Myrtle Beach, and Longs area.If youve got service then youve got a company thats decent on pricing, but we had to switch after years of horrible service to Spectrum Mobile (have to have a bill with them already to do so) for cheaper and far better service for the area; can even tap into every TWC Hot Spot around automatically.

Went to this location Sunday to add a line to my account. I was eligible to add the line to my account for free until 2020 as long as I added it by September 30. Long story short they didn’t have the phone in the color I wanted so the sales associate said he could have one in the color we wanted Tuesday, I told them I could pick it up between 2-3. They were supposed to call me when it was ready. 4 o’ clock rolls around and I don’t hear from them so my fiancé goes to see if he can pick it up. They don’t have it but they told him they would have it by 6 & would still be able to honor the promotion, & give him an otter box case for $15. 6 rolls around, they still don’t have the phone, and now said that promotion is no longer available but if I wanted to upgrade my device they could do B1G1 although when I asked about upgrading my device Sunday they said I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade until June. The staff doesn’t seem to have a clue. From now on I will be calling Sprint customer support or ordering my device online.

Samsung charger wire is fraying from using for about 2 years...called asking them to replace it so I could continue to use my phone...paying Sprint plenty for monthly service for phones. This genius explained that I would have to buy a new charger because they could not exchange anything that they could not sell once they took it back. Unbeleivable...is there another cell phone service out there that I can switch to...guess Sprint doesnt want my business anymore???

Instead of saying, Lets take a look they responded by saying we are not a corporate store and you need to go to Myrtle.Thanks for nothing. Worst Sprint Store on the East coast. My sons new Phone had a sim card issue. this store wanted me to Fly up to Myrtle Beach because his name not on the account I told them ill have him put me on the phone to verify.the guy cussed at me so I let him have it Call of Duty Style. this store has been a zit on sprint ass for years now. (Sprint Support Phone call agreedand sent me the sim card in the mail. Also Sprint said this manager is on the cutting block. Youve been warned
