I walked into this Cricket location in North Myrtle Beach, SC near closing time on a Friday evening and was greeted by Shameila, the Sun Com Wireless representative working this store.I already knew what I wanted and spoke with her about getting a new Samsung Galaxy A32 5G phone.Shameila was very professional and knowledgeable regarding what I was looking for.Long story short, Shameila provided top notch service and had me transferred to my new phone and back out the door in about 20 minutes.Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful.I give Shameila a 10 out of 10 stars.Im very happy with my new phone weeks after the purchase and I thank Cricket Communications, Sun Com Wireless, and most of all Shameila for the service and help in getting my new phone.
I love Cricket. Ive been a customer with cricket for at least 5 years and everywhere Ive gone, Ive always had a signal...Never had any problems other than it costing 5.00 if my service is turned off and it costing me $4.00 to go to store and pay my bill. My service is pre-paid,so why am I being charged a $5.00 fee to get service back on?
Went to return phone that I had bought three days before under the seven-day return policy. Besides that their fees almost equal half the price of the phone. I was told that the the return policy is even though I paid on a credit card they must give me cash. Never heard that before okay give me the $95 you owe me.she said oh I dont have that right now youll have to come back latter. Scam! I immediately called cricket who told me that she should have return the money on the credit card and had no idea what she was talking about. Cricket will be dealing with the refund. And short of the manager calling me and saying Ill give you a full refund on the entire phone I will be making a formal complaint against her and the store with cricket. Im told is not the first time. Ive been going to the store for 2 years and found everybody to be helpful and pleasant. Till I met the person who says that shes the manager. Shes got a lot to learn. I wont be coming back to store. And I will never buy a phone from cricket again. And you shouldnt either.
This store has the most helpful, amazing staff that Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. There is a store closer to my home, but I would go out of my way to only do business at this particular store. They went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my purchase and recommended the best deals possible for my situation (multiple times.) I could not be more pleased with their service and I highly recommend choosing this store for your phone endeavors. The staff at this store has made me a VERY loyal customer to this company. I could probably go on but Ill leave it at this.. VERY PLEASED AND AMAZING PEOPLE!
Jamie was excellent, I will be back for her to help me. I ha e a company with 3 plans and 14 phones. Wow she upgraded a phone for us and she was patient with all my questions and sales. Jamie was so super sweet, upbeat and overall great personality! She had a couple in at the time we walked in but she took care of us both with no problem, multitasking on both PCs! She became quiet busy when we were there but never failed not to take care of each of us sufficiently and quickly! Went in for an upgrade and worked with Jamie, she was really helpful and knew what she was doing. Brandy the store manager was super nice and remembered me from month ago when i bought my last phone. Drew was hilarious and had me laughing the whole time. They all treat you like family and make everything easy. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy before leaving. I only come here for any issues and dont mind the long drive

I went in with a phone that had died. Andrew sold me a new phone and was able to access my old phone info even though I didnt know my gmail password! And did it in record time!! My husband and I are very satisfied with the customer service we have received at this location.

I live 3 1/2 hours away. If I can wait til I can get back to NMB, I always go to Cricket here. Their customer service is +10.Yesterday Drew helped me tremendously with my phone. I bought a defective Moto G7 supra from this store. When I contacted them to rectify the situation, I was told contact Motorola. This was Crickets responsibility to make it right and they just wanted to pass the buck. My replacement phone is a glitch box. The data is slow and tbey will pump the brakes on you if you stream often. Mediocre at best.

Highly recommend this place. We went in this morning and they werent even open good but jumped right in to meet all my needs and then some. It was all hands on deck, all 3 associates were working together to help myself and the few other customers that came in after me. I will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone needing services of any needs.

I went to the NMB cricket store yesterday looking for the Manager Brandon. David told me that he was now the Manager of the Conway store. David “tried” to help me! He did not know what he was doing! Just know you lost a loyal customer yesterday! You also lost a great Manager!
The coolest people I have ever met in my life check this out... Had just accidentally wrecked my wifes mercedes lol. Already had two nights of no sleep had a decent air playtime on the radio these people kept their composure when I walked in there door with a so-called smart flip phone I decided would be cool to purchase from walmart not... Long story short they hook me up and to make matters worse their alarm kept going off and I do think the place is haunted but these people are so cool youve got to come and hang out at least come hang out trust me great peoplethey literally go out of their way to help you no matter what so if you want a good phone with a great network with an enjoyable experience stop in there and see all three of them and youre welcome
Brandy was simply amazing! She helped me with my insurance claim, changing my address, etc. She went out of her way to be helpful and I would certainly recommend you ask for her when you go into Cricket.

Very dissatisfied I went to the nmb cirket store to get a upgradeed phone and I brought the Nokia 3.1 plus and paid 189. For the phone plus I also had a 40 dollars credit for my new plan for that amount I wroke up this morning to only see my service has been disconnected I am very dissatisfied after paying almost $200 for an upgrade on a phone and then having the manager and sales rep on October 31st tell me that my bill will roll over for the credit that I have for my bill and it did not now I have to pay $127 to get my service started again I dont think so I am going to the cricket store today they will turn my phone on and they will fix this problem because this is not my fault even though I have receipts to prove it this is still very dissatisfied customer I can only hope that I get my phone turned back on without having to dish out any money after this is not my mistake
