Weve been mattress shopping for a few weeks, and at multiple different places (and multiple Mattress Firm locations) and this was hands down the most friendly, comfortable, easiest process weve had. Chris is an incredibly genuine person, knowledgeable and informative, and was always helpful and never pushy. He was able to get us a discount even though we walked in between two different promotions. Id recommend this location, and Chris, to anyone looking for a high-quality mattress buying experience.

We purchased a mattress for our son from this location about 6 years ago when it was still Sleepys. We noticed a month or so ago that the mattress was starting to sag, but couldnt find the receipt to to check if it was under warranty. Through the Mattress Firm website we were able to easily find the receipt and submit a warranty claim, just with photos we took ourselves. After about three days the claim was approved and we received a store of the original purchase price.The mattress we had was discontinued, but the store manager was very helpful in identifying a suitable replacement. The only knock on the whole experience is that mattress prices have gone up in that time, so between the inflation and the delivery charge we still spent several hundred dollars; but for a brand new mattress it was a steal.

I had a great experience shopping at this location in Norwalk. I really just walked in to window shop, since I knew I’d need a new mattress soon. The sales person, David Perez, was so helpful that I made a purchase. The process was simple and took only a short amount of time. Best part was that I really felt Mr Perez went the extra mile to give me a great deal. I ended up with exactly what I wanted within budget, and delivery within 2 days. He even threw in a mattress protector. I was completely happy, and I would recommend this site and this sales rep to everyone.

Awesome customer service. We had a great experience with the first sale person, but the reason for the review is that 1 year after our original purchase we decided we wanted a lower profile box spring. Tyler helped us to work an exchange where he gave us full credit for our existing box springs and have us a deal on the delivery/exchange fee. Tyler was excellent. I normally wonder how places like this stay in business, but I have to admit their customer service is worth it. I’ll definitely go back if I ever have further needs.

Never been to Mattress Firm before. My son wanted one of their California Kings for his apt at school that had been on sale a couple of weeks ago. I told him the best case scenario was they would give us the sale price and deliver to his apt in NY on the day we needed. Our salesperson Selena was cheerful, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accommodating, and gave us both the sale price and the delivery option we wanted.Would have been a 5 star review except that we were told we had to order the gold service if we wanted the delivery men to do anything except leave the mattress and box spring by the curb. Since the apt has 5 stairs to get to his door and my son would be alone, we could not risk that they wouldnt help him bring it up those 5 stairs to the door where he could have managed it from there. Gold service includes removal of the old mattress but we dont have one so we paid $100 for them to bring in the new one and set it up, which we really didnt need. But we were very happy with Selena!

Wow how ironic? I was just laying here thinking about our experience with the mattress purchase.Our experience was good with the exception of a misquote for the bed frame. We were told that it would be $150 and it comes up 209.99. The salesperson told us he was referring to another bed, but we were standing directly in front of the one that he quoted me.Unfortunately we needed the bed right away, or else I would have kept shopping. Please record your conversations with the salesman prior to your purchase. Our salesman Chris was absolutely top notch. My wife and I went in not knowing what to expect and Chris was patient as he moved us from bed to bed, analyzing our preferences and feeling out what he thought wed like. In the end we found a fantastic bed, but I am so happy to recommend such a cool shopping process. And they have a nice selection of pillows that you can try as well. All in all the staff was great, and the experience was not overwhelming like you might expect.

Jose was great but other salesmen can be hit or miss. Buying a mattress is somewhat of a crapshoot. You can lay on them in the store but you dont get a good sense of a mattress until you sleep on it. They are now trying to compete with the online retailers and allow you to swap out out mattresses twice. This is good except that if you but your mattress when there is a sale the same deal doesnt apply when switching as you are essentially starting a fresh buy transaction. With a good salesman they will work with you some, but that can be the gamble here.
