Darryl and Felix were so helpful. They made the experience easy and they didn’t make use feel rushed when trying out the beds. They checked the weight capacity of our bedframe to see if it could support the mattress in addition to the movable frame. Unfortunately, it couldn’t hold the weight of both but I appreciate the honesty and assistance they provided in determining this. Thank you so much for all your help and we cannot wait to receive our new mattress!!

Darryl was amazing! He welcomed us and as we were just exploring was then able to assist and provide answer to our questions. You can really tell the quality of this product line compared to other mattresses, which explains why they are more expensive. Our experience at Tempur-Pedic was amazing! Our sales associate, Jesse, was not only welcoming, but also very friendly and an expert in explaining all the details that led us to the find the perfect mattress for us! He took his time and let us try out the different types of mattresses they had to offer. One of my favorite things is they were very clean, they have these personal sheets they give you for when you lay on to try the mattress! I had an excellent experience at this store. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I worked with Felix who is an expert in Pillows. He has worked w/ pillows for about 20 years or so and was super knowledgeable. I also find it helpful when the salesperson has the product themself. We went through my sleeping positions and even tested out different pillows and came to the best conclusion. He was helpful explaining any kind of promotions that might be happening. The store was clean and relaxing. They have great sanitizing processes as well. I will be back !

Absolutely awesome service! Both salesman, Darryl & Jesse helped and informed us through the whole process. We had multiple questions and received honest input. We were never pressured to purchase. Both salesman were more concerned with us making a decision on what we were comfortable with and not the purchase. They are more concerned with a happy future customer regardless on whether or not you purchase their mattress. We did finally purchase a mattress after 3 trips to store. We are very happy with the service and product. Recommend highly.

We stopped into this store last weekend because my boyfriend was looking to buy Tempurpedic pillows and were helped by Jesse. The pillows my boyfriend wanted were a bit out of his budget, so he didnt buy them that day, but after he left he was raving about how great Jesse was to work with and how much he wanted to support his store specifically because of that. So, as an anniversary present, I purchased the pillows from Jesses store (even though we live in NYC) and Jesse was so helpful even over the phone to get them shipped to us in NYC. As we walked by the TempurPedic store, we wondered how one would feel. As we were in the market to get a new mattress but wasn’t sure of what type and when. We were invited in by Jesse who gave us a full demonstration of two mattress. He was willing to show us more but we had to go. I asked if he could email me with all of the info we discussed and he did the next morning. The email was more through than I thought it’d be. So we sat on the decision came back ! Hands down the BEST customer service I have experienced in a while. Felix was Great, literally from the time I walked through the door until the time I left the store. Mattress felt amazing (I didn’t want to get up) they put down disposable covers for customers to test the mattresses and pillows as well as sprayed Lysol down after I got up. Which I thought was great especially with covid-19. Each employee had a personal testimony on their product which I thought was great. If your looking for great quality product and Excellent customer service, this is the place !!!!
