Oh my goodness. I called the store to buy a mattress for my elderly cancer ridden 75 year old neighbor. A quick sale for this store. I get a kid named samual on the phone. Suggests a buy a $2,000 set up between mattress and box spring. I explain it to him a second time “that would be too much. the gentleman can’t afford it “ He then treats me very rudely starts talking over me and telling me I’m making a mistake buy trying to spend $500. When I asked to speak to the manager so that I can proceed to give the store an order and complain about his treatment of me. He tells me he is the manager. But I really don’t believe it. Very bad customer service try to upsell a sick elderly man.

I was very, pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the staff was about their products, especially Kyle!I was dead set on having a soft mattress because I have arthritic joints and I like sleeping on my stomach. But, Kyle informed me on the research, that sleeping on your stomach, actually makes your joints hurt more. So, I learned a lot about the type of bed I need to be comfortable.I was also impressed with the way Kyle was able to give me the attention I wanted while still working with other customers. He was very attentive snd never left me or anyone else hanging and waiting-like they can in other mattress stores.I did go to other mattress stores before Mattress Firm, but Kyle blew the competition away because he was so knowledgeable and took the time to educate me so I could make the best choice for me.

The customer service at this particular store is fantastic. We have been customers for many years. Recently we remodeled the master bedroom and needed to move our bed into the new bedroom. We couldnt figure out how to take the frame apart, and so we called the store for guidance. Instead of just talking us through it over the phone, they came out to our house to take a look - on a Sunday! They helped us take apart the old bed, and helped us put together our daughters bed frame as well!

This review is long overdue but my husband and I had a very good experience buying our adjustable king sized mattress here last spring. I was pregnant and uncomfortable and just wanted a bed that I didn’t have pain in. The guys at the store (manager and two other gentlemen) were patient and welcoming. We were there a while coming up with the perfect combo of frame and mattress. They then worked with us to give us a really good price and payment plan. The best part of the customer service was when the delivery (done by an outside company) got botched and my pregnant self freaked out, the sweet manager rescheduled it for me and also gave me a credit for my troubles. What a dream service team!

We came in with a somewhat complicated request: Pick out and order a mattress at this store in Connecticut and have it delivered to Virginia in just over a week for my move into my college apartment. What we thought might be a difficult and even impossible request was handled with ease in about 15 minutes by Tom Drew. It could not have gone more smoothly, and Tom was helpful and efficient. We were able to get exactly what we wanted delivered on the exact day we wanted in a completely different state. Great service!
