I went to the mattress firm in Norwalk, despite having one much closer to where I live, and did not regret it! I had the greatest experience with the manager (I believe) named Gregory! He was so friendly and went above and beyond to not only provide a positive experience, but at doing his job and helping me find something within my price range! I had ordered a mattress and base from another retailer. A couple of days before my set delivery date, I was informed that my delivery date had to be changed to after my move in date due to availability. I cancelled my order and began searching for an alternative option. I went into the Norwalk Mattress Firm store and Anthony was the sales associate who helped me. After asking him if he could match the price of my cancelled order, he immediately said that he would call to ask. It was promptly approved. I still wasn’t sure about it so I decided to go to another competitor, who I quickly was told that they could not match the price. What a great place to shop for a mattress. Excellent selection and plenty of time to shop around. Our salesman, Jamar, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He was very patient with us going from mattress to mattress and trying them out the best you can in a store. He never once made us feel hurried. Plus after all the time he spent with us in the store, when we got home I decided I wanted a different adjustable base. He very happily and quickly made a change to the order and EMAILd me a copy in just minutes. I would highly recommend this location and if possible look for Jamar to assist you. I really cannot say enough great things about Chris Peck and my experience at Mattress Firm the other day. He happily helped me, even with more than a couple of other customers entering the store, and more than a few phone calls coming in (He greeted everyone with a warm smile and a kind word or two, but still managed to focus on me). He was getting busy but it didn’t seem to ruffle his feathers. He knew how to multi-task so well, to keep everyone happy and attended to. He smiled, made jokes, laughed at my bad jokes. I don’t think he even made any money off of me!!!!I had to call and speak to him the next day, to ask a few simple questions, and not only did he answer my questions and clarify everything, he even took some time to talk to me about an personal issue that I was having (that was somewhat related to the purchase of the mattresses) for a while. He gave me the feeling that he would be there for me to talk and answer question for as long as I wanted him to. No rush to get off of the phone. He offered up his own personal experiences to help me muddle through my current difficulties. I would never expect to get such amazing, personal, and professional service ANYWHERE. Service was wonderful! I had my 2 school aged boys with me and I was able to get in and out ordering exactly what we needed while my boys got to test out some cozy beds.

I honestly cannot think of one thing I could say poorly about this location and the service we received. Chris, the salesman was more than helpful and patient with us while we chose a mattress. He worked with us and listened to what we wanted and we walked out purchasing a mattress and platform. All that we ordered was delivered to our home just a few days later. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience.

Mattress firm company offers zero costumer satisfaction, do not go there! No transparency, misleading advertising and a bunch of hidden fees. It’s not about costumers it’s about taking your money. I bought a bed from them at $1100 ish (Beauty rest)mattress full size it was like a stove. I couldn’t sleep I had to take few breaks During the night and then go back to bed. I went to the store to return it but salesperson encouraged me to give another chance for another mattress. Second mattress I was sinking about halfway. I started to have sharp back pain I couldn’t take it anymore. So I went to the store, salesperson gave me a hard time to return it. Instead he gave me a list of all the fees about $700 ish I was responsible because I Bought from them. Fees That they failed to explain to me at my first visit neither had them print out in my receipt or handle at the moment of the transaction. If I knew what was their policy I wouldn’t buy anything for them but of course they just care about making the sale. So here I’m with no mattress at all and A bill of $700 ish that company doesn’t care. Since I wasn’t explained at all about return policy neither exchange I asked to please wave some fees and they said sorry we forgot to print out our policy which It was supposed to be in the back of your receipt or handle / print out but that’s how the company do business. Taking advantage from people shouldn’t be the way to do business. Full disclosure to all costumers right at the beginning it’s my best advice. So now you know if the mattress doesn’t fit you they will somehow keep more than 50% of the money. Just don’t go there!

Excellent experience with this store. Deontae is top notch all around. Gave us a great deal on a mattress and adjustable base. When it was delivered, I had an issue of my own doing with the base and he actually left the store to make a house call and fixed it for me himself. I wouldn’t buy a mattress from anyone else.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Deontae earlier today. We got our bed from here during the Labor Day sale and saved big. Hank helped us in choosing our bed and he was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattress types. Before testing anything, he asked us questions about any persistent pain we have, how we wake up in the morning, if we toss and turn at night, if we get hot, and what we were looking for in a bed. He then explained the different mattress types, the pros/cons, and then recommended the type that would best fit us. After trying a couple of them out, we found the bed for us. Hank was a huge help in the process and I recommend going to him for any questions regarding your sleep.
