I must say my day started off rough as if moving isn’t already stressful. I had called 2 storage spaces that weren’t very helpful. The 3rd call was a charm! Elena was a doll! She helped us out, with our questions and concerns. The process was quick and easy not to mention her customer service was beyond my expectations. She definitely made my day less stressful and quickly turned my not-so-happy mood into a better mood. I would recommend going into their office. Ask for Elena!

Exceptional customer service and the storage units are all downstairs I love that it made our move so smooth got all done in one day as they have access from 6am to 10pm better then other storages a used in the best. Elena showed us the unit also help to explain the best way to store our items.

I was there for almost 2 years and all I can say is just good things about those 2 people .. most importantly.. thank you Elena for listening to my life stories when I was there trying to find a space for my things when I really don’t know what to do and kinda lost .. They have been constantly cutting and replacing my locks for years without my consent and now they have gone and change the damn doors to a digital lock. Locks are meant to keep honest people honest, not get in the damn way.

The property is well lit and has an excellent monitoring system. The employees are top notch! I have personally seen her go out of her way to help customers with their moving needs. Her and her husband keep the property very neat and tidy. The hallways and driveways are swept daily. The staff is outstanding and will go out there way to find you the best size for your budget. The site is all ground level with suberb access hours go as early as 6am up to 10pm. And my mother loved it as they speak Spanish!

Clean, well maintained storage units. The manager Joe lives on-site and monitors the premises directly which is a nice touch. Hes pretty honest about pricing and how they will vary depending on the season and whatever else affects it. In general, Extra Space Storage is a reliable storage facility and this location, again, is clean and well maintained. No complaints, friendly staff, cold water and a smile.
