Picking up the truck was extremely convenient for us. The lady at the location (believe her name is Jessie) was extremely helpful. She made sure we have all the information and equipment we need to move. The Mobile app couldn’t load the pick up page for truck and Jessie was so familiar with the system and helped us get it through via her side. Because of her our pick up experience was so smooth.

I give 4/5 stars because the 24hr website was not working for me to check in and pick up my truck, however the employee, Jessie, was such a wonderful help! She was so friendly and helped me with my truck reservation before she was even on the clock. She went above and beyond to help me. I recommend and will use Norwalk Uhaul in the future.

The rental experience was great, no issues. What sets the place apart is the people. Jessie the manager is just awesome. We experienced some issues, completely unrelated to the U-Haul rental, which involved a lost key to our own vehicle. Jessie went over and above to help us, not only finding our key in the rental even after another customer rented the truck, but she remembered the type of car I drove and knew to call me to see if they were mine. Amazing. Thank you Jessie!

I had a lot of difficulty making the Uhaul app work so I could pick up the truck I rented. Fortunately for me Jessie, the manager of this location, was there at there desk to help me. She was extremely patient and kind despite the fact I was obviously angry and frustrated with the app. She took the time to help me when most people would have rightfully blown me off, which I really appreciated. She obviously has the patience of a saint so if you rent a truck from this location I hope shes there to help you. Without her help renting a truck would have been a hellish experience.

I used this U-haul location twice while doing a surgery residency at a local hospital. Jessie, who arranged my truck on both occasions was absolutely incredible. She was polite, professional, and made my sure i understood all terms and conditions. In addition she helped resolve an issue with my truck location on the second time I moved. Highly recommend this location.

The owner Jessie is an incredible professional. I have moved 4 times in the last 4 years and used Uhaul every time (at other locations in upstate NY). Before this location on Selleck street, I hadn’t had a good experience. The experience here at Selleck St was amazing. Jessie is courteous, nice, and extraordinarily helpful. She made a very stressful day a lot less so, simply by going the extra mile for us. As long as I’m in Southern Connecticut, even if I have to travel a few extra miles, I will come back to this Uhaul location whenever I’m in need of a truck, boxes, or hand cart. Thank you, Jessie!!!
