A friend of mine referred me to this after I had pulled my hair out at Public storage. I called Norwalk storage and spoke with Vivian. She was so sweet and took the time to ask me questions to get me the best space for my needs. She assured me I would be taken care of and told me to come on over. I quickly high tailed it to Norwalk and heck yes they are better. They are more affordable, cleaner, NICER!!! you will see the difference the MOMENT you walk through the front door. The hallways to the storage unit are brightly lit and they even have good music playing over the system while you unpack in your storage unit...so much nicer than the other places.. Brian was at the front desk and was so helpful! with a peaceful calming disposition. He went out of his way to help me work with my budget and drove me around to look at several units. all around great experience!
