I would recommend Mattress Firm to my love ones/friends. I would also recommend if or when they decide to go there, I would ask for Jeremy. He is extremely knowledgeable about what is, or what you are looking for, when it comes to buying a new mattress. They call themselves sleep experts, I do agree that he is. Their is only one thing I would suggest. Our sleep expert said he would email my receipt to me, only because Mattress Firm was low on printer ink. So, the printed receipt was not in full visibility, to be able to look over/read over. If you say your going to do something, it would be nice if you follow through with what you say, you are going to do. To have a copy of my receipt in full visibility/being able to read all information would be beneficial in future dealings.

Jeremy was very friendly and knowledgeable!I came in looking for an adjustable bed frame. Very impressed with the several models in store to see and try out! Their prices are fair and I was offered a generous discount! I found exactly what I wanted! A great place if you are looking for more than the best mattresses around! Great service too!

Got to this location at 9:15AM on a Friday morning and the doors were locked even though they open at 9AM. Decided to stay to see if anybody came. Finally at 930 somebody pulls right up to the front door. He proceeds to unlock the door and enjoy his breakfast at his desk. We waited several minutes and walked in to look at mattresses. As we walked in the employee said hi as he proceeded to eat breakfast, didn’t ask if we needed help or anything. As we looked for several minutes he finally came to the back and proceeded to walk past us without saying a word. We were the only ones in the store and were clearly obstructing his day so we left for a competitors store.

A great selection of mattresses, with knowledgeable, NO-PRESSURE sales team. Levon was our sales consultant, he took the time to understand what we were looking for, understand our needs and consider our budget. My wife and I are both in sales and, as any good salesperson can attest, sales people hate to be sold to. Levon did not sell to us, he learned matched our needs to what he had, giving us several options along the way. FANTASTIC JOB!

I purchased a matress because I was told it was IN STOCK. The delivery date was set for August 5. I prepared my home for the delivery. I tried to track my delivery, but there was no information. I called the Novi store and was told the item I purchased was NOT IN STOCK! I asked why I was not contacted and he stated he could not give me an answer. I had other options, but because I was told the item WAS available for delivery on August 5. Needless to say, I have NO MATRESS!

There are a couple things in life that you shouldnt settle for. One of those things is a couch in your living room and the other (and more importantly) is a mattress. We were able to find the most perfect mattress all due to Levon and Jeremy.My wife and I wanted to buy a mattress but we didnt know what we wanted exactly. Instead of just buying online from one of the bed-in-a-box websites, we wanted to see and feel the mattress before buying it. We figured that the best way to do was to visit Mattress Firm over other mattress stores because they had more mattresses on display. We tried Macys and some of the major stores but we couldnt find some of the niche mattresses that we were looking for.So on our arrival, we were greeted by Levon and Jeremy who welcomes us to the store and asked us what we were looking for in a mattress. We explained to them that my wife and I sleep differently. Shes a back sleeper and I am a combination sleeper (back, side, belly, upside down, on my head, basically anyway to get comfortable). They helped us by narrowing down our search to a few different mattresses.Now it was testing time. So I initially laid down and kept my feet off the bed just out of respect, but they insisted that I sleep on the mattress like I would at home. They got me a pillow and basically tucked me in to bed. As they explained the pros on cons of the mattress, I was drifting in and out of sleep because the mattresses they picked were SO PERFECT. They were very patient with me. We ended up picking a mattress that would suit my wife and I perfectly. They even had the inventory in stock and ready to ship. Thats the biggest thing for me. Lately its been very hard trying to find inventory on homes, cars, couches, beds, mattresses, appliances.. you name it. But they had pretty much every mattress we were interested in stock. We got the purple mattress. They helped us pick between all the different types of purple mattresses that would suit us both.So we picked the mattress.. now we needed a bed frame. If you go to this store, ask to try one of the adjustable bed frames Levon-style. Its an actual experience. From the zero-gravity feature (which is a must for people with back pain like myself), to the built in massager, to all the different settings in the frame we were sold.The best part as a consumer, we were able to save money. The bed frame was given to me at a discounted price due to the labor day sale as the mattress typically doesnt go on sale because of the manufacturer. True it cost a pretty penny for the mattress, but they helped us save money in different areas. Not only did they help us save money, but they also were very professional and personable. What I didnt mention early in the review is that we took two trips to the store. The first is to test out and a week later to make the purchase. They remembered us and what we did for a living. Thats pretty impressive considering they meet so many people during the week! Also, since I work in healthcare, I wear my mask everywhere I go in public. It was nice to see them wearing theirs when I walked in. So I am honestly very thankful for that.Now after the purchase, it was time to pick the shipping date. I was expecting a few weeks or a couple months, but we were told as early as two days. Man that is such a wonderful thing to hear as new home owners trying to furnish our home. As I stated, everything is in backorder and takes several weeks for delivery. Now I am just waiting a couple days for the delivery (I extended the delivery date since Ill be working), but I am happy that I made the right choice with the right people.In all, I am very thankful for Levon and Jeremy for helping us unjunk our sleep!

After looking for a mattress for about 6 months, we told Ray at the Novi mattress firm what we were looking for and the first mattress he put us on was a perfect match. I normally dont write a review but I just wanted to give Nathan a 5 stars. We purchased a Purple 3 mattress this week right after the business reopened from COVID-19 state order. The store was very well prepared for this situation. The store accepted only one team at a time so we felt absolutely safe and free to try each one of the mattresses. Nathan was absolutely helpful and knowledgeable. Originally we planned to shop around several mattress stores but Mattress Firm had every models we wanted to try, and offered great financing plans and deals so we were able to make decision without wasting time shopping around.

Great experience! I had gone to two mattress stores before going to mattress firm. One of the stores - we won’t say who..(Macy’s!) - the employees were so rude they lost my business even before they told me it’d take 4-6weeks to ship. The other store had terrible pricing. By the the time I got to Mattress Firm it was a breath of fresh air dealing with their salesman, Ray. He was Super helpful, very knowledgeable, and they have competitive pricing. I couldn’t t have asked for more. So, they won my business and now I’m a happy new bed owner!

Awesome service from the Novi store!...I bought a bed frame online but never opened it because I found out I didn’t need it. I called the store to see if I could return it and they informed me they usually don’t return those web orders in store but they made an exception and the manager actually came out to the car to lift the heavy box and take in the store.

My wife and I stopped in and was able to meet with Ray. He helped teach us about the differences in mattresses and did an excellent job helping us make a decision. We highly recommend him and this store for getting your next mattress.

I waited a while to post a review because I wanted to make sure I liked the bed. My fiance and I traveled from Lansing over an hour to come to this Mattress Firm. Matthew Scott helped us out and he was very helpful and accommodating especially with the covid going on and them only being able to have so many people in at a time. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I had picked out beds before hand online that I wanted to try, and a lot of them ended up not being in store. Matthew helped us find the equivalent mattress to what we looked at online. We ended up going with the BeautyRest Pressure Smart Firm. We got a great deal for a King and it was delivered the next business day. We got a memory foam topper to go over it and we have never slept better!! I highly recommend this Mattress Firm and Matthew as well!

J.Stew was very professional and kept it real. When you visit stores like these you typically expect high pressure sales techniques, but that is far from what me and my wife experienced. We went in with the plan to test out some new beds because we discussed getting a new one for some time now. Long story short, J.Stew showed us multiple bed types and was very patient along the journey. Eventually we found a bed that we both fell in love with. The bed was out of our price range but J.Stew hooked it up and made it work for everyone. 10/10 service and shipping was fast and painless.
