My husband and I stopped in while waiting for food and were pleasantly surprised and the information we found out about temperpedic. I was vaguely interested in the mattresses, but after working with Elyse, both my husband and I decided that we would invest in one of the probreeze medium feel mattresses. She ensured that we understood the different styles and feels so we would get the best and most comfortable mattress for us. I definitely would recommend this location and this mattress.

Elyse seemed knowledgeable and walked my husband through pillow choices. However the pillow we received is SUPER thin and doesn’t look like the same thickness as the one he tried. While he seems to be doing okay with the pillow, it has created new issues. Now he snores every night and he needs a pillow for his knees. Just be sure before you buy-no returns on pillows.

My experience at the 12 Oaks Tempur-Pedic flagship store today was excellent. Tamara Barnett was most helpful and knowledgeable. I have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for 10 years and absolutely love it! I am looking to add one to our guest room. Tamara helped me understand the differences between the models. Very pleased with my shopping experience today. I highly recommend this store, and more important, I definitely recommend a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Best sleep you will ever have!

As many of the reviews suggest, Elyse is fantastic! My husband and I have been having a lot of trouble with our current mattress and I have serious spine issues. Elyse was patient with my needs and was not pushy when we told her we were actually on our way to sleep number. Out of the 3 mattress stores we went to, this was leaps and bounds cleaner and more covid aware which allowed us to relax better. We went on a high pain day for me and laying on the Luxe Adapt was the first time I wasnt in pain in a good while. We ended up coming back a couple days later within minutes of closing time and was greeted with patience and excellent service. Far above expectations!

Caitlyn was such a help in choosing a mattress! The stores protocols because of covid seemed to be very focused on keeping people safe without limiting our ability to test out the mattresses we were interested in seeing. We had a great experience! (And the mattresses were pretty fabulous, too!)

I knew when I bought a tempurpeidc I was going to get amazing customer service if something went wrong. What I didn’t know is that amazing service would be even better at the tempurpedic store. Long story short I had a defected mattress which I purchased from the now out of business art van. I made a claim with tempurpedic and they informed me that they would replace my mattress, then instructed me to go to the Tempur-pedic store to test out which one I’d like. It was at this point that I met one of the best if not the best customer service advisor Elyse. She couldn’t have been more professional, more generous, and best of all more knowledgeable about the product. Even with other customers in the store she made me feel like I was the only one. She really walked me through all the differences between the firm and the medium that I was having the hardest time trying to decide between. It took me forever because I was so indecisive haha but she had amazing patience and couldn’t of been more helpful. I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant customer service experience I have ever had. Thank You for all your help!

Went in a couple days ago and I have never had such bad experience. The customer service is awful. The store manager Tamara was beyond rude to us for no reason. She lacked knowledge about the products being sold. She was getting frustrated with any sort of questions we asked her (maybe because it was a Friday and she didnt want to be there anymore). We were there to understand what mattress we needed and instead we walked out attached and without a mattress. DO NOT buy from her, please visit a different location.

Experience was good, but needed to have more than one person working at a time.

My husband and I made the hour and a half drive to 12 Oaks because there were several mattress stores in the mall. Tempur-pedic was our first stop. We were greeted and felt very welcomed. Elyse helped us out - she’s very professional and knowledgeable. She made the process so easy for us - she didn’t throw a bunch of options at us instead she asked great questions to help find the perfect bed for us! We did let her know that we were going to shop around, and that Tempur was a bit more than what we were looking to spend, she still walked us through the whole process and was very patient. We went to the other stores, prices were a little better but the experience was not nearly as good, we didn’t feel as educated. We looped back, once again Elyse was so patient and understanding - we didn’t feel pressured to buy and she was thorough. We went to grab dinner and made our decision! Very happy with the service and product! She even followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Elyse is a great asset to Tempur-pedic!!! Thank you! We will be back for the adjustable base.
