Don’t even go through the torture of trying to buy a mattress online. Save yourself time and aggravation. I finally decided to go to us mattress and I’m glad I did. (After having to play games with the online mattress company that didn’t keep their promises) Joe helped tremendously with clarifying all of the different options available these days. I was also able to try them to decide which I preferred regarding firmness, foam or traditional inner spring. I have back issues so that was important and I haven’t shopped for beds in 10+ years and I don’t want to have to shop for them again for another 10 or so.US Mattress prices are on the higher end of the competitive spectrum and I like to find a really good deal but my time and aggravation are well worth the few pennies I spent for the ability to make a researched and educated decision when it comes to a good, cozy night sleep.Just do it. Your time and sanity are worth it.

Mike and Austin took time to confirm which mattress is similar to what we currently have for replacement. Mike reassured me which placement was best for baseboard heaters. I spent a lot of time online looking for a mattress that would fit Murphy bed requirements. I compared coils, foam, memory gel mattress depth and finally just called US Mattress and found Derick. To Whom It May Concern:Once that I had made up my mind up as to what mattress I wanted to purchase after laying on all types and makes and there are a lot of mattresses offered out there. I knew I didn’t want a box mattress. I laid on a few but never order them on line to try. I wanted to have the classic, authentic mattress with springs . It has taken over two years to replace my mattress and to find a place the right mattress I wanted. I have done a lot of research on varies mattresses and laying on them for hours. I finally decided on the Chattem & Wells Franklin Euro Top mattress. I have laid on many mattresses over a two year period trying to find the right mattress for my health issue back and neck issues and I loved the Chattem & Wells Josephine mattress. When I decided to buy it the company in Arizona no long carried the Chattem & Wells brand and sold their floor models which I missed out on. I was heartbroken and frustrated to know what to do. I then found U.S. Mattress and was happy to find Chattem & Wells on their list of mattresses they sale. I wanted the Josephine Chattem & Wells and found out the Franklin was the same mattress. YEAH!I loved the service that I received from Mike M and Derek Hill both. I spoke with Mike first time I called he was very, very helpful and answered all my questions and concerned ordering from an on line company for a mattress. We talked for at least and hour to help me and was very kind and patience with me and a very good listener. That is so nice to have that kind of customer service. When I made my decision a few days later, unfortunately Mike was not there to take my order and I spoke to Derek Hill. He was as great as well. He reinforced all the things that Mike told me and took my order and we got it placed. I was thrilled to get in on the sale they were having and an extra 5% on my order.
