Nice clean and friendly but honestly our friends sold us on the bed. Them come to find out their sales person never signed them up for aPoint program. Thankfully they will get a rewardFor being us in that they did not know about. They are a bit conservative on letting someone try out the beds. I loved that our sales person understood the bed will sell it’s self. Corey was not to pushy. Good experience and Anxiously awaiting our new arrival.
Our Sales Rep Will was very educated on the Sleep Number line of products. There was no pressure on which direction to go in. It was based on what we felt was the bed for us. No pressure at all. Educated us on the programming of the bed and the benefits of each. Extremely pleased with the entire process. We were NOT going to buy the same day, but once Will educated us, we knew it was time.I would highly recommend this store and Will.Cant wait for our first nights sleep!Bill and Joanne Stewart

Just bought a pillow from here and the customer service is fantastic. My salesman Corey F did a great job explaining all of their products and was very patient through the process. Will be returning again. Also the comfortfit ultimate pillow is extremely comfortable
What a frustrating experience. I already own a sleep number bed and pillows. I like my wifes pillow better so we came to the store with the intent to buy the same pillow. The lady offered to look up what we had bought previously which was awesome. The pillows we had they no longer made but she told me with my broad shoulders, I needed a specific pillow. However I tend to sleep on my stomach so I was more interested in a flatter pillow. She helped me find what I wanted and then sold me on a soft and cooling cover for the pillow. Once the decisions were made, we proceeded to the counter were she told me based on our bed size, we would want a king size pillow. I responded absolutely. She then informed me they dont carry king size in the store. So tell me what I need but you dont carry it. No wonder people shop online. Then I said just get me the standard size as I want to leave with a pillow. She then told me they didnt carry standard size cooling covers. Im sorry you just convinced me I needed it but you dont carry it in the store in the standard size which is the only size pillow you have, wow. So in my mind the cost of the pillow was $79.99. She rang it up for $127 and change. I questioned her and said what the pillow is only $79, I double checked and saw it was really $99 which is fine, no matter what it wasnt $127 plus. I questioned her and she entered the wrong pillow. She corrected it and I said maybe you should take $10 off for selling me two items you dont have in the store and for attempting to overcharge me by about $20 plus. She laughed until I told her I was serious then she rolled her eyes. I walked out empty handed and thoroughly disappointed in my shopping experience. I will never go back and recommend you find another sleep number store for yourself.

David made me feel very comfortable trying several different beds. Used examples of himself and his wife to answer so many questions regarding various settings and sleep preferences. It’s all a little overwhelming to figure out what bed is right for you, but knowing you have 100 days to test it out helps a lot! Hope I made the right decision! But I feel confident thanks to David!

Great knowledge and professional staff. The store was clean and the layout of all beds and bedding was easy to see and shop. We love doing an upgrade on our new bed from our last purchase in 1999, and received over $1200 in savings, with new technology and beautiful bedding. David was very kind and helpful. Very good experience. Only downside ways that David was the only one there due to some staff being sick and the wait was pretty bad. However, I am sure that is the exception and not the rule. We are really looking forward to getting our new bed next week!
