I’ve used this business a lot in the past couple of years and they’ve made mistakes before and fixed them, but I had a balance and alignment done on my truck, left the truck for a full day to do it and had a appointment. They still at the end of the day weren’t done with it and I had to wait 20 mins for them to only do a balance and they didn’t do a alignment. Then I drop a work truck off the next Monday and they broke the drip stick off wouldn’t replace it and put the wrong oil in my truck and it says what oil goes in it on the cap🤬

This was the best service I have had at a repair facility in what seems like forever. I was late but they still took me in. They were more than reasonably priced, they did not try to sell me anything that I didn’t need and they brought to my attention a maintenance item that needs to be handled. They didn’t try to push me into that repair they just wanted to make me aware so that I could keep an eye on it. When I told my husband how wonderful they were he stated that will be the place that takes care of our vehicles.

Great company! I have never seen an auto shop that is willing to pick and and drop off customers at their home while their car is being worked on. It makes a huge difference! They are all very professional and kind. Would highly recommend!

I brought my car in to have it diagnosed. They told me the problem and asked if I wanted it fixed. I said i have somewhere i need to be at 5pm today. Can you have it done early enough? They said we have a 3:30 opening, its a really quick fix, so it will definitely be done in time.At 4:30, i was getting a little anxious, so i asked if it was almost done. They said oh yeah, ten, fifteen minutes max and it will be done.I did not leave the shop until 5:30. I had to cancel my appointment.Edit to reply to owner: Im sorry I was unclear. This incident does not represent my only interaction with countryside tire, only my most recent. In fact, i try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt before giving 1 star reviews. I have in fact visited your establishment several times and had similar experiences.

Took a little long even though I had an appointment, but really well priced for oil change and tire rotation, so it was worth the wait. They even told me what I knew was already wrong and working on, but they never tried to force anything else on me.

Got oil changed and tires rotated for a decent price. Had to go back and have them relearn the cars tire sensors to correct location per in dash display. Only took a few minutes and no charge. I would recommend them to friends

I had a bad sensor that kept saying my tire pressure was low. They checked all my tires, and then reset my sensor. It took less than 5 minutes and didnt cost me anything

The owner contacted me after to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Even though its a large business they still make sure their customers are taken care of. They used quality parts and the labor was reasonably priced.

After purchasing a car that only came with one smart key, I contacted a local locksmith who told me to contact Countryside. Super friendly people and made my key for much cheaper than anyone else around. Saved about half price compared to getting it done at a dealership. Highly recommend.

I drive over 36 miles because I trust this team. I love the work they do, my car is a 2011 and she’s starting to fall apart. Anytime I need work done they will see me when it works for my schedule and time and they are happy to answer all my questions. They are extremely friendly, professional, helpful and will explain everything to you. And they don’t charge an arm and a leg which is hard to find in a mechanic. I love this shop and have been a loyal customer for over 5 years!

Let me start by saying their work has always been excellent. I have taken all my vehicles there over the the past 4 years. This time it was my truck for ball joints. Later they called and said I needed front u joints and it would probably be around $250. When I picked up the truck it showed 2 U joints for $94. The same parts at NAPA are $27. Then to remove and intall the driveshaft $70 plus. Then the additional charge to install the u-joints. When I questioned the bill the response was,it is what it is. Apparently a 200% mark up for parts are standard. If I knew it was going to been over $350 for U-joints I would have do e them myself

In July 2020 I used this establishment to repair my vehicle. 2 months later, my car wasnt drive-able. I had my car looked at today by another mechanic and would you know that my axle wasnt installed correctly. The wheel bearings are now shot along with my hub assembly. Beware.

I really wish I could give this place 6+ stars. Ashley, the girl who works at the front desk, always makes me feel like Im being welcomed back to the family. The work is impeccable. The owner is a sweetheart who knows how to run a business with integrity. To top it all off the prices are beyond reasonable. They made me realize how much other places were ripping me off. If youre looking for the kind of place you can trust, I cant recommend them enough. Ill never go anywhere else.

I live in Knoxville, but travel to Oak Ridge to use Countryside because of the service and value. I recently asked them for a quote of what I thought I needed, which ended being about a 1000 worth of work. When I brought the car in they inspected the car and turns out I didn’t need everything done on the quote. Bottom line is, they could have charged me for everything and I wouldn’t known the difference. Saved me 700 because they are an honest shop.

Good tires at good deals

I’ve forgotten the name of the lady that I met here, but she was so extremely helpful and friendly. It was definitely refreshing to have assistance by her after a long day at work and figuring out my car had a flat tire. They ordered the part for my car and service was very quick and easy. If there was any issues, she was more than happy to explain in detail.

I went in for an oil change, and they found stuff that needed to be done. My check engine light had been on, so I didnt doubt them. When I finally got the money, they checked things again, and realized that they didnt need to do everything that they had figured during the first analysis. The check engine light is now off after todays repair, and I saved money when they were able to check things out in more detail during the repair (this was an EGR valve issue).The woman behind the counter, Ashley, is nice and friendly. They do NOT look for problems that dont really need to be dealt with. In other words, theyre honest. Ive been going there with my aging car ever since we moved here less than a year ago. Ive run into dishonest car repair elsewhere, so I know the difference.

I went into Countryside Tire & Auto Service today to apologize in person to the owner Mr. Cheek and his staff.I did a review on Countryside and mistakenly confused it with another tire shop here in town. The review was not so kind. I try to be honest with my reviews as I use them in my day to day life when looking to find a place to go for a particular issue.This is what the review for Countryside Tire & Auto Service should have stated.....Countryside Tire & Auto Service is exceptionally kind, courteous, and professional. They do a great job. The shop is clean and staff very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and fair. Had a flat in town and broke 2 lug bolts while trying to change the tire. They got me in quickly for replacement tires with no charge to replace broken lug bolts!!!!

Countryside ordered and installed a Jasper engine in my F150, in 2 days. I am very happy with the install and the price. (Another shop in Oak Ridge quoted me the same engine and install, at over $1000 more.) Larry, the Service Manager, is honest and keeps you informed about your repair. Thanks Countryside!

My husband took his Honda there for a 4 wheel alignment with specific instruction authorized by the owner Jeffrey for an additional fee. They did not perform the work. They did the absolute minimum quality of work to get the vehicle out the door and get paid. The owner (Jeffrey) contacted my husband and asked him what he thought. He told them of his dissatisfaction with the work done. The owner Jeffrey would not respond back. My husband left a bad review. Jeffrey deleted it.Do not trust Countryside Tire for anything. They will rip you off and lie to you. Then they will delete your review of them. I will now be sending a review to Yelp, Facebook, and every other form of social media that exists.Your welcome Jeffrey. Learn to honor your word/

When finishing up and paying the gentleman did mention a few other things that needed to eventually get fixed which unfortunately I had to turn down at the moment being I only had enough for the oil change and I was still treated professionally!! Best people, and customer service I’ve ever experienced at any auto repair shop. I’m from Connecticut and I was heading there from Nashville when my car broke down on the side of the highway. I found Countryside online and got towed there. They were totally swamped when we got there with my car, but they took it in to look at the problem. Jeff, the owner, and Gregg, the sales manager, were extremely nice explaining what happened and even taking me into the garage to show me the damage. Jeff got online right away to find the part I needed and they got it sent to the shop to fix my car by the next day. Gregg even gave me a loaner car for the night free of charge. They are the nicest, most helpful people ever. Definitely go here for any car needs!

We were traveling from out of town and had an issue w a pin bolt, they got us in that day and fixed our issue at a reasonable price. Came back again as we had a nail in our tire and didn’t charge us. Highly recommend!

Great guys know what theyre doing!

Well, the move hasnt hurt their service to customer one iota. Called to bring the Escape in for an oil change and to look at a chunk of sidewall missing from the driver side front tire. Was given a time to bring it in and they were expecting me when I got there, five minutes.They called a couple of hours later with the scoop. The wheel bearing and tie rod ends were out of whack in addition to the new tire and oil change. I was given an informative rundown with a fair estimate and no pressure. I was told it probably wouldnt be done that same day, but for sure by midday the next. It was going to cost more than Id expected, but the repairs needed to be made. I gave the go ahead...Next day around 11:30 or 1:00 I got the call. It was finished -- at the quoted price. I could pick it up any time at my convenience, no rush.Felt like they were On MY Side throughout.

I had written and posted a long review detailing some concerns I had with my visit yesterday. Within minutes of posting the review, the owner, Jeff, called me to discuss my concerns. During our conversation, all of my concerns were resolved, with most of them attributable to a communication gap. Jeff was genuinely interested in addressing my concerns and seemed similarly interested in improving his business and his relationship with his customers. I tried to add a discussion of the resolution to my original rating along with a change in rating, but it exceeded the character limit. The short of it is that I am changing my rating from two stars to four stars, leaving one star off the table because of the communication that could have been better. Overall, though, I am very happy that Jeff took the time to reach out to me and address my concerns. I can now continue to highly recommend Countryside.

Very trustworthy and honest people. Ive been getting services on my car by them ever since they were on the east end of town. Ive never felt nickel and dimed. Services are a lot more affordable than other places Ive had work quoted.

My Sprinter van needed front end work and the great people at Country Side Tire and Auto were awesome. Explaining what needed to be done and fixing everything at a fair price. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back with all three of our cars :)

These guys are top notch. No question. Ive been coming here for 3+ years with my fleet of beat up Volvos and other US cars. No question about it. Ive lived in Massachusetts for 10 years, California for several years, and other states where we never got what we expected. Not the case with Countryside Tire in Oak Ridge. I took my car in for an oil change. While waiting I was told I needed two new back tires because of the way they were wearing. I had not mentioned anything about my tires, but I knew something was wrong with them. The employee told me what the issue was, and I knew he was right. He told me everything from the noise it would be making to the way it would feel on the highway. I knew at that point I could trust the folks at Countryside to be honest about my vehicle needs. Ive not felt that way at other places in Oak Ridge. I got great tires at a great price, and the service was priceless. Countryside will always have my business.

I will likely be taking my car here for any maintenance needs! Had front roters and brakes replaced, and they did such a great job, I brought my car there to replace the rears as well Not only do they beat all prices and rates, but if they dont, they will! I got an estimate for work and parts to repair my car for the next repair that needs to be done, and the quote was LITERALLY 1/3 the quote from the dealership I bought it from (Grayson Hyundai of Knoxville)!!! Ashley was SO kind and helpful, even when I felt as though I was being a bother and pest. Best in autocar, in my opinion!

Went to Countryside to purchase a set of tires for my 2017 STI and a alignment. Greg was very helpful in helping me choose tires for my vehicle. The price and service at Countryside was as good as any big chain tire shop. Highly recommend them for tires and service on your vehicle !

They were super professional even over the phone and the appointment went quick, prices were good. The waiting room was very nice and clean.

I went in for an oil change and the staff was super friendly and got the job done quick. But after they were done, my car wouldnt stay running for more than a few seconds. When I went in to ask what was wrong they told me they didnt know and would have to charge me to look at it to see what was wrong. It was running fine until I took it in there to get the oil change. It ended up being a hose they didnt put back on. It seemed like it was on purpose and wanted to make another sale.

Friendly and professional staff but if told you need additional work get a second opinion. I was in for 4 tires that we ordered online..when completed they told me Not one but both wheel bearings were bad on the front and couldn’t do an alignment. This car only has 59,000 miles on it and generally if you have a bearing go bad it’s one at a time. This morning I took it to my mechanics that have been in business for serval years and asked them for an alignment and told them what I was told. Upon extensive research on their part no additional work was needed except a wheel alignment. Also when I was in countryside auto it felt like they were recommending work to every customer that walked in the door.. just use good judgment is all I’m saying

Had a horrible Experience. My father ordered 1 tire from them the day before and was told it would be there and they would be ready to install it on my 2016 Accord Honda at 8 am in the morning, right when they opened. I arrived promptly at 8 am and told them my father ordered a tire and I had an appointment for my vehicle at 8 am. Come to find out the tire was not in the shop yet. They ordered it and they were waiting for a truck to deliver the tire to them. A service rep there told me the tire should be here shortly. I sat down and waited 2 hours! At 10 am i saw the truck pull in. It was until 10:30 they finally told me the tire was installed and I was ready to go. I paid the full amount of $230.00 and went on my way. But the messed up part is that while I was waiting for 2 long hours, the service rep who told it would be there shortly never told me it was going to take longer and never even talked to me about the delay. Even though I was literally 6 feet away from him. I experienced the utmost horrible customer service there and will never go there again and I will not recommend them to anyone either. If I knew it was a 2 hour wait I would of took my keys and left, though I was thinking to myself oh well, lets wait another 10 minutes over and over until they arrived. Please dont use there tire service, it was disappointing. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Paid them over 3 grand to fix my trans October of 2017. They initially said it would b 2600.00 $. A year later I started having transmission problems again. So I took it back. They told me it was because I spilled something into my shift stick. Do they think I am stupid?: That was not the problem. I took it back. They told me to take it to the dealer bec. it was electrical problem. Though that was after they charged me 810 for wheel bearings and tyrod. Yes, they fixed a problem but nt THE problem. Turned out It was not electrical problem. It was the transmission solenoid. They should have included that in their 3100.oo job in fall of 2017. Many agree that Countryside now behaves just like Tates. They rip people off. This is a post script//continuation to my review. In October of 2018 I took my car into Countryside because the engine light was on. There were several transmission codes upon diagnostic testing. After the car was there for several days, roughly Oct. 15-20, the mechanic told me it was because I had spilled something in between my shift stick. For the engine light was still on. The mechanic said If I cleaned the area, yes, my car is/was messy, the engine light would probably turn off and he further implied the cleaning would resolve the issue. I relied on this information to my detriment. Further driving burned up the transmission. Because a few days ago I had another solenoid pack installed. I thought that fixed the problem but it didnt. The mechanic at Trans. Co.. of America told me that it was due to transmission being burned up and did not have anything to do with shifter hole needing to be cleaned.

Dropped off a Grand Caravan for someone else, mistakenly called it a Town and Country. Told them it was there, left my name, PHONE NUMBER AND KEYS WITH A NOTE for that vehicle. They were confused because it was a GC, not a T&C, but the key worked for the vehicle. They even brought it inside.They wouldnt call me and no work was done. Told me it would be several days to get it In again.Cant figure out a phone? Dont care enough to call?Not working on my vehicle.Told five people about it today, tomorrow maybe 20.I was loyal to these guys 2000-05, I moved away and came back. Disappointed, very disappointed.
