My wife took my 2014 XC60 in, my brakes were making all kinds of awful noises. Trans Tech did an awesome job, my brakes have never worked better.

Paid $500 for them to say the problem was fixed but it actually not be fixed. Went back to see why the A/C was cutting off after having already paid. The guy said the car wasn’t being looked at until someone else’s car was done, yet I already paid and the problem should’ve already been fixed.

Highest regard for this company. They made repairs to my 5 series. A few months later I needed an oil change so serviced it at Grayson BMW because it also had a recall on a defective part. Mechanics at BMW rated the engine and will quote never seen such a clean and perfect running 2011 5 Series like this before. The Trans Tech team not only dealt with some issues in the engine, they got it up to damn near perfect working condition.These guys are solid gold. Will always take my BMWs to them for servicing.

I have had 3 great experiences with Trans Tech. Fair prices and great fast repairs when I needed a next day turn around. They provided honest recommendations on what needed to be done and what could be delayed to get more life out of some parts.They repaired my BMW for $200 after I had spent over a $1000 with two other facilities that failed to resolve the issue.Repairs costs are never fun but I have confidence in Trans Tech, trust their work and appreciate their competitive labor rate.

I took my BMW here to get my control arms replaced. I was charged over $200, honestly not that bad of a price but still negotiable, and the car was fine for awhile. But lately Ive been hearing knocking noises going over speed bumps and i had taken my car recently to get serviced at Turner Euro service in Knox. So i thought it was something the guys at turner did. Anyways, the guys at turners took the car for literally a 1 minute test drive and knew what was up. The put the car up, and turned out the control arms that the guys at transtech replaced werent tight or torqued at all. I saw with my own eyes how many turns it took them to tighten both sides of the control arms, which were a total of 7 whole rotations!!! How this went by them I HAVE NO IDEA!! If I had kept it for any longer god knows what wouldve happened to me while driving down the highway!! The people at TransTech are careless, take their time to uncharge you, and are dishonest!! Take your BMW or Benz to Turner. They have been in the Euro car repair for well over 30 years and they know what theyre doing!!
