This is my first time visiting Liles Collision. I was very pleased to see how clean the office is and customer service was quite helpful. My first impression was that these people really cared about my concerns and answered all my questions. Hopefully this experience will continue while doing buisness with them. As of now I would recommend this place.

They are great people,they took their time and explain to me the best thing that I could do in my citation, before this I took it to Alex collision center and they didnt want to bothered with me the men that work there though I didnt comprehended him. He kept on telling some lady to translate to me. You know that really tickled me.

The work was performed exactly as Gene said it would be. Rory helped by taking some pre-work pictures and sending them to me so I would have a visual record of what was being repaired. Gene Liles is one of the nicest, kindest, most helpful people you’ll ever meet! He is honest and straightforward and goes the extra mile to help his customers! My son’s truck iwas damaged in a crash and we couldn’t afford to fix it. Gene let us keep the truck there until we could sell it, and went way out of his way to facilitate the sale. He didn’t charge for storage or for the estimate he did. He helped us so much! An all around good guy! Thank you, Gene!!

My Explorer got damaged by a tree, and Liles did a wonderful job repairing the damage. They went above and beyond with paint matching and repairs. They had it longer than estimated, but that was because they had to get it right.

Of all the service companies I have dealt with in 70 odd years, Liles has to be right at the top. What an excellent experience. The truck fender was DOA and had to be replaced. Gene assured me my truck would look like new four days later, the day promised for the truck to be completed.New fender, straightened fender liner, new paint and fender alignment with the tailgate. It all looks absolutely new. Gene promised and delivered. Without a doubt the best collision repair experience ever.And, Yikes, Gene is such a nice guy.Thanks for being just the best.

Could not ask for better guest service or quality of work! Not only did the perform excellent service they even completed our work under the written estimate!

Very disappointing experience this time / I had used them before for some repair work and things were good. NOT so this time, Small paint job of rain deflectors and added some pin stripping to new truck. Took a good week for them to get around to painting deflectors and on the day they were suppose to install, oh we will have them done soonThen pin-stripping: applied and looked good UNTIL it started to peal off. Took truck back and they said they would get fresh strip kit / i was leaving town so lots of time to order & get it. Came back & supplier forgot to ship the color I wanted / finally went it to have strips put on: not level, never followed the arch of the window, looks like I did it myself. Other review stated forgetful, attention to detail was lacking I agree.

Over the years, I have had several cars and one RV repaired, repainted, and even one 1957 Alfa Romeo restored, by Gene Liles and his team. Ive been greatly satisfied each and every time. I brought my truck in as soon as they had an opening. It took about 5 business days but the repairs looking amazing, that side of my truck looks brand new if I had the founds Id go back and have them removed the rest of the dings and dents

They are the best auto collision place!

I was hete only to retrieve my vehicle from impound. These guys are also the location of carters towing and recovery impound lot. On this visit the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is a bit off of the beaten path but easy to finf.

Worst experience ever, no attention to detail, very forgetful and quality of workmanship is only fair. Returned the truck for a second time to get several items done and still not complete. Will not return.
