We have been able to find parts we need each time and at an affordable price. This place really is amazing from the customer service and the availability of the product needed. This place no longer is a location for auto parts/ salvage/ scrapper. They are a carpet wholesale warehouse?! Not a single auto part entered or left this place in over 2 years.

One of the cleanest and most organized scrapyards I have ever been too. This is a modern day scrapyard.. I bought a engine off them, they gave me a 90-day warranty as well. the presentation and customer service was impeccable. Thanks again guys!

Cant even contact them!!! The phone number to them no one answers & mail box is full.. call the both # the 1st cannot even available. Way to run a business!!! Probably closed down, dont bother.....

I bought some electronics and they were all the correct parts that I described and I needed. Great price and friendly service with a clean enviroment. If you havent been for your used auto parts you need to check them out. I will go back!

Our experience with Planet auto recyclers is definitely 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 .Ryan who helped us, was super super nice and helpful, the place is very clean, everything is on pavement so that is a plus . The prices for parts could be a bit more reasonable but as a side note we have hard to find (in this area) - smart car parts that we are looking for. All in all I highly recommend Planet auto recyclers

I spoke with Ryan on Thursday and ordered a part for next day delivery to Ga. He confirmed the part ID through picture on text and the order was confirmed. I was happy because I had just ordered the wrong part online. I was told I would get a call back with the tracking number once the package was prepped.I never got that call.The next day (Friday) my part didn’t arrive and my calls to record the tracking number weren’t answered. No calls answered on Saturday. As of Monday it still hadnt arrived and wasn’t given any information. I was told by an employee (Jeffrey) that the manager would be giving me a call. Ryan (who I think is the manager) never called, never returned a text, & never answered my calls. Same the next day.I disputed my transaction, will refuse the part if it comes, and have ordered the part elsewhere! Frustrating!!

Scum. Called the morning of for a bumper, 2 hours later I get there after driving 80 miles one way and guy says oh someone came in and bought it this morning. Point is if you are driving distance, dont trust this place. Wont even try and make it right. Bait and switch people. Waste of time at this place, you would have better luck at a salvage yard.
