DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC SHOP.PROCEED AT YOUR RISK.I went to them for an engine installation for my Camaro, which they completed in a timely fashion. Within a day and a half, I had to bring it BACK to the shop because they reused old seals for my fuel injectors (more labor charges).  A year later, my power steering pump dies, so I go to change it, only to find out that THEY HAD INSTALLED THE POWER STEERING PUMP PULLEY BACKWARDS.BACKWARDS. HOW DO YOU DO THAT BACKWARDS?!NOW I cant take it off, I have a bad power steering pump, and I dont even trust them anymore to correct their mistake.  Terrible. Thats all I can say, I would rate lower than 1 star if possible.  Smh.

Was referred here by a friend of mine and it did not disappoint. Best customer service I’ve received at any shop. Very knowledgeable, up-front, and thorough. Great communication, constantly updated me via text on the status of my vehicle. And small things like always calling me by name and offering me a bottled water while I wait really goes a long way. The work done seems to be of good quality so far, planning on returning again soon to fix a coolant leak, will update about that experience as well.

Great experience. Went in expecting a 500 to 600 repair. Turned out to not be the problem. Its was less than 150. Repair. I bet not to many can say that. Good trustworthy auto repair is hard to find. I highly recommend this one.

Bert will take great care of you. We have been using them for years with multiple vehicles. They won’t overcharge!!! They treat you like you are their most important client!!! They let you know what’s going on every step of the way. They won’t do any work until they give your ok. Even when you want to be and pain in the butt customer. I’d never never go to anyone else!!!

They replaced both U-joints in my vehicle for a very reasonable price. The staff was very professional and personable and finished the job in the timeframe and for the price that they said they would. I also liked the way they kept me updated by text from start to finish, including copies of the inspection report and the final invoice. The place was also very clean. They are definitely my new go to place.

My regular shop highly recommended Advantage Automotive when I needed front axle seals replaced on F250 4x4. I phoned ahead and was given a rough estimate that was actually less than expected, took truck in same day, got a call with final price before work began, got updates on the work and my truck was ready to go next day. I was also assisted with transportation... Great people and great experience and I will certainly trust them with future repair needs !!

Super honest and fair, also very nice and helpful. I brought my truck in because I smelled gas. After a smoke test and an inspection it turned out there was no gas leak. I asked for an oil change while we were at it. They did the oil change at a very low rate and didnt even charge me for the time it took to do the smoke test and the inspection. Ill be coming back here!

My husband and his family have been going to Advantage Automotive on Jacksonville Road in Ocala for years. My husband has Raved about them since Ive known him and today I got to see first hand why he does.Needing more then we should to be fixed or taken care of on our Grand Marquis we called Advantage Automotive a couple of days ago and told them the Problems that needed fixing and the Necessities we had been slacking on. We spoke to BURT who was VERY helpful and had more of a Genuine Premier Customer Service Attitude then many, if not most. He was patient with us and made sure to cover things from A to Z as far as the availability of any parts needed and accurate pricing. Burt set up an appointment for us to bring our car in and did so working around our busy schedule.When we arrived at Advantage Automotive we were Greeted by a friendly man named Jason. There was NO unnecessary stalling and our Time was appreciated and not wasted. Jason showed us where the waiting area was and Burt was REALLY great at making sure we were comfortable and occupied with real conversation. I have to say, them having speedy service is an understatement. It was not even an hour that we were there and they were done. As if they couldnt have been any more wonderful they surprised us Because there was so much to be done on our car we had to split the work into two different days but The Awesome Guys there are so AMAZING that they got almost EVERYTHING but a couple of things being done this one visit.The guys at Advantage Automotive are extremelyProfessional, very helpful genuine honest and reliable. Advantage did an awesome job servicing my Jeep Cherokee! I was greeted promptly by one of their friendly associates, Burt. He checked-in my vehicle while listening to my concerns (I drive a 2003 model) about its performance. I was then given a work time as to when the Jeep would be ready. Not only did the associates meet that time, they exceeded it! A quick examination for other sevices (belts, transmission, brakes, etc.) was also done so I could plan for future needs. During this time none of the associates made me feel pressured into services I didnt want or need. Everything was explained to my understanding (I am not mechanically inclined ) as to what was done and what was need next. Advantage will forever be my mechanics!

Ridiculous! Had my car for over a week and kept saying the wrong part came in! Youd think if they were getting paid thousands they would order the correct parts and not make me wait for my car for a week. Go elsewhere for big jobs.
