Truck was there for a tune up get a call the next day that my starter had went out even though i cranked it the previous day so I ate that then I drove by the shop Friday an hour before closing time and my window was down in a rain storm so I waited until they closed to see if they was going to roll it up and it was still down,so I stopped to roll it up and someone had went through my truck and slung all my paperwork out of my dash..Very Unprofessional if you ask me to leave someones car unlocked an keys in the ignition

I have been going to Eastside auto repair for my car maintenance since I moved to Ocala. I have always been happy with their work. They go above and beyond to make sure they identify the exact problem and explain it to me fully. Ive always found them to be fair, professional, and very helpful. I definitely recommend them.

I love how honest and caring Brian treats me! He is always looking out for my best interest in vehicle care. He has diagnosed and treated all three of my cars in various problems from mufflers to air boot (suspension) to motor mounts and rack and pinions. We have had a rough year owning older vehicles and he has been super about it all. His labor rate is fair and he is careful not to charge for more time than he actually takes to do a job even when it calls for more time. He is a kind Christian guy, can’t ask for a better Shop for all your vehicle repairs.

Superior Service!! I needed a stud replaced for one of my front wheels, for it had sheared off. I called around for some estimates, and Danny at Eastside was one of the first people I spoke to. Now, there is another local business that was just a little bit cheaper than here, but Eastside was definitely less expensive as compared to some of the local boys around town. And I received excellent, superior service. Danny was a man short today, and warned me that I may have to schedule an appointment for the next day. But he took at look at my problem, and got right to work on it. After waiting a short time for the replacement part, he had me on my way. The lobby was comfortable, cool air conditioning, and plenty of antiques up for display (such as an old fashioned Coke machine) if youre into those. It gave it a nice homely feel to it, that went well along with their service where they made you feel like family. I told him that I will definitely be back here for my future repair needs within the coming weeks. Thanks Danny!

We always go to Eastside just because they always do a great job and NEVER over charge for their work. We had them replace the radiator,water pump and serpentine belt and not to mention the other repairs they have done on our two other vehicles..Today we went there to get two radiator hoses replaced and was charged over $200.00 when the hoses should have been replaced when the radiator was replaced (common sense)! AND to find out it is new owners so that tells the story! This place will not get anymore of our business and I will let others know how the hourly rate is now over $100 per hr! I myself and many other customers need to know this is ran by new owners and NOT the same so if you dont want to drain your bank account then you should consider going somewhere else!! I miss the original owners..

Great place! Danny went out of his way at a red light to let me know my tire was low and opened up the shop to fill it for me. I came back later and he located a nail, removed it, and patched up my tire. I chose to get an oil change while I was there, and they noticed some other issues that need to be addressed. Danny printed out the recommendations, explained everything, and put no sales pressure on me. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is pleasant. The waiting area has comfortable seating and TOYS, which I (and my toddler) greatly appreciated!

It took longer than expected, but I moved down from Ohio, so my car had alot of rust that they had to work through. Even still, the price was the best in town (trust me, I called EVERYONE) Thanks again, Brian! Yall are amazing and Ill be referring everyone to you guys!

Do yourself a favor and dont go. They do half butt work. They pass issues with your car by a hair then call you after and say that didnt work and you now have to pay double for them to redo the work PROPERLY like it should have been done the first time.

They always tell me the truth I appreciate that they dont rip me off their fair prices for what they do and I highly recommend them.

Beware! They quoted $950 for raditor installation on my Kia. When i laughed, they said, well that includes antifreeze... gee thanks. Went down the street to OBriens, they installed new radiator for $360. I had a quote from Fishers for under $400. Even Kia dealership beat them by $200+. Im sick and tired of getting ripped off by the auto repair industry. I dont look stupid so I can only imagine the ridiculous quotes others are hearing and Im sure many end up paying! Greed at its max, and if they are making money theyre not investing in the place, its a mess. Lastly, to those who gave good reviews, probably had oil changed and were treated nice... big deal, the rest of us are not making up these stories.
